The young ladies were so helpful not only trying to help with looking at my groupons but finally (after just asking to pay to avoid holding up the line) she offered to just let me go on the honor system and I call groupon(30min wait) then redeem at home. That was so nice so the second groupon called me back I was sure to not only get the issue resolved but have them redeem the vouchers immediately.
