I've never had a terrible experience at any store as I did at this lululemon today. I walked in with an Alo tie-dye tote bag filled with a few items that I had to return at other stores... Immediately, the educator at the front (a female with blonde hair) turned around and sent a message to her colleagues via the walkie talkie. I noticed it because she made it obvious! I didn't make it three steps inside when a male educator came to check up on me. This interaction confirmed my suspicion that they were accusing me of something, either because of my tote bag or because I'm Hispanic. The latter seems to be a common pattern at this store! As a Collective Pinnacle member, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I can purchase ANYTHING I want, whenever, because I have the $$ to do so! I have bought a pair of pant from a different lululemon store so I just went to get my pair of pants hemmed at this location since it's the closest to me. Somehow I got an email telling me it's ready for pick up but when I got there they said they didn't have it. Like they LOST my pair of pants. the only thing they did for me was give me my refund back no sincere apologies or any explanation of what happen to my pants. so I would really consider not getting it hemmed at this location. not sure what happen with my pants like did the employees stole it or give it to the wrong customer. I was so upset as the item I got was sold out and I can't even get it anymore even if they gave me the refund for it. read more

Great customer service. I purchased a pair of pants online. After 2 days of delivery I stopped by this store to hem the pants. Lani is who helped me and what spectacular service. She went on noticing that the pants was in poor shape. There were thread coming off of the waist line with a safety pin and stains on the bottom of legs. I was appalled but at the same time I knew there were sold out of these pants. She called customer service support and proceeded to help me with finding a solution. She found a resolution for me in the end. Again I'd go back to Lani anytime for her amazing customer service. read more

Seems like being of Latin descent is a problem with the girls who are working the dressing rooms. My girlfriend who was trying stuff on could over hear them whispering about her about how she had clothes with her and also that they kept coming up to her in a rather unsettling manner. She loves the clothes but today somewhat left a bit of a sour taste in her mouth. The gentlemen who was taller and had arm tattoos was the only person who made us feel comfortable and more importantly not like an outsider. Customer service was really bad today, it made me really upset. I just had one question and there was one customer at the register. She was taking some time trying to locate her receipt/account. Even she suggested that the employee take me while she does some searching on her phone. The employee still did not acknowledge me and so I kept waiting. Even after she helped the customer, she proceeded to gush about the customer's rings and nail polish and TOOK PICTURES OF THEM ON HER OWN PHONE. Still in no hurry to help me. Love shopping at this lululemon location! The staff is so helpful and I feel they go out of their way to make sure you have a positive experience. I went on a Thursday evening and was blown away by how attentive and kind the staff here was. Folks here are really knowledgeable and happy to help, and Jasmine took extra care to make sure I found the leggings that worked best for me! I got the wunder trains that I am already obsessed with. My girlfriend and I were gifted with such a pleasant experience at this Lululemon location this Saturday afternoon. Aside from being the most reasonably distanced Lulu to us (626 residing), the staff at this location were all very kind and extended such body-positive and non-judgmental compliments towards my girlfriend and myself as we tried clothes on and asked for feedback. In particular, Lizzie (with badass red locks of hair) was so kind to us and provided my girlfriend with valuable input as it related to the way the Instill HR Tight leggings were supposed to fit. Additionally, she accommodated our request to go with a paper bag versus a plastic bag for our checkout. Lizzie, you're awesome and made our day - thank you so much! read more

Then I attempted to redeem the 15% as a new customer. They wanted to verify my order first and it took forever. They refused to honor a measly 15%, when they can charge $238 for jackets. Ultimately I decided to forgo a 15% discount for poor customer service and overpriced cheaply clothes made in China. I heard they are going bankrupt. That may be why. No no no lululemon for me. We looked through the store and found a couple of things that could work, but wasn't what I was REALLY looking for. While I continued to shop and without me knowing, she tracked down exactly what I was looking for, the All Day Essentials Belt Bag! Firstly, allow me to briefly provide you with some context of the accident. I have very goal-oriented to buying a white hoodie today. This hoodie is the only one on the shelf, but this hoodie neckline is a bit dirty. After that, I want to look for staff help to change a new one. Me: Can you check if you have a new one of this hoodie? Staff: is there any problem? It's all the same! Me: there is some stain near the neck Staff:(keep silence............no answer） Me:(repeat) this part looks a little bit dirty Staff: I'll check However, she went to help other two customers, the first customer is an Asian girl like me, this staff still kept a poker face, this girl is asking this legging if other size is available, she didn't even use her device to check if the size still available or not, directly said: it's all sold out. Then, she turn to help another white lady with great attitude and smiling. (while I was standing there and wait for her) Afterwards, she finishing to help those costumers; she went to the back for few seconds and gave me a new one. And said, they are all from the factory and I don't think it's "clean" (quotes finger) and you are going to wash, anyway. 1) Standing at customers point of view, I think I may ask you to find a new one for me. 2) I knew all the hoodie are the same, therefore, Is it preventing me from getting a new one? Customers were required to wear mask even in the fitting room. They have a good selection of clothes and accessories. Staff was very helpful, patient, and willing to answer all of my questions. My favorite line is their Align high waist leggings (black) and crop bra tank (neutral colors only). It's what I wear for my Pilates and barre classes. The quality and simple styles are consistently excellent and it's why I wear this brand for my workouts. It's pricey but with proper care, they last a really long time. My previous leggings lasted me 10 years before it became threadbare and loose in the waist. Their pieces are super functional, stylish, fit well, and all of that is worth the money to me! Every time I come in here I get friendly service. I'm the kind of shopper where if you don't greet me, I won't get offended, lol. I don't sweat the small stuff like that.
