I'm a lulu junkie so when I saw the store I had to check it out! If you park towards the bottom of main straight you'll have a good time working out just to get up to the store! Space is great, a lot nicer than Chicago stores, but they do cater to vacationers (with the moola to spend) so the fireplace in one corner and the espresso coffee machine is a great touch. They have a nice selection of items. Their pant wall and tank wall seems smaller than most, but it's still setup the same. Service was great, everyone was nice very nice. read more

I used to live in Park City and one of the things I loved was that because of all of the athletes who train there, body shaming just didn't happen. When I read the following article and found out that it happened at the Park City store, I was terribly disappointed. Shame on these two women and on the store management for allowing this sort of environment to develop. "After losing 80 lbs., Heather Albert was thrilled to finally fit into Lululemon clothing. The human resources manager from Las Vegas had dealt with polycystic ovarian syndrome for years, which made it difficult to lose weight -- and postpartum depression following the birth of her son in 2011 made matters worse. "Having been an athlete my entire life, it saddened me to think that I wasn't able to do all of the things I wanted to do with and for my son and my family," Albert, 35, tells PEOPLE. So Albert slimmed down with a gastric sleeve, and "over a year of hard work, dedication and lots of yoga!" Now that she can wear Lululemon -- the athletic wear store didn't carry her old size, a 22 -- Albert started buying items secondhand, before she built up the confidence to go in person to the Park City, Utah location during a work trip. Every time I'm in this Lulu lemon the staff there always go to every effort to get whatever size or style I'm looking for. They just automatically start calling stores and ordering from wherever they can for you to get what you need. Such a great experience! The associate that helped my husband and I went above and beyond to assist in our shopping experience. Ashley, thank you, you're amazing. You made us feel welcome, important and happy. From offering us waters, to helping us browse what we were looking for and even offering us an extra bag, when you saw the mess of a bag we were working with before. I also have to mention how respectful she was, as the first person she spoke with was my husband. I can't tell you how many times, female retail associates have spoken with him and completely ignored my existence while next to him or called me his sister. Ashley did nothing of the sort. She approached me right after speaking with my husband and acknowledge me. It made me so happy. If you find yourself in Park City and go shopping, make sure to stop in Lulu and ask for Ashley. This is probably the worst lululemon I've ever been to. Managers are extremely unhelpful. This store is horrendous. I'd rather never wear this brand again than to ever go in there. I purchased a skirt from the sale rack on Sunday with a few girlfriends. I was charged double of what the price said for the skirt. I just called and the girl said there is nothing they can do since I dont have the receipt. Im pretty sure businesses have a way of reviewing transactions. Never asked for my information, never asked any questions. Never asked for the type of item. She was sure quick to get me off the phone. Bad business. WONT BE BACK. I come to Park City, Utah every year with my family. We enjoy shopping on Main Street and I along with my mom have recently become obsessed with Lululemon and when I remembered seeing one the last time we were here I was very excited. When we walked in we were greeted by more than one employee. They asked if we were looking for anything in particular, we were just looking around. I ended up finding a few items but needed to try them on, I was given a fitting room and on the door was a jacket with a really cute heat pressed Park City logo. I checked the size and it was to big so I asked an employee and she said they were able to put the press design on any jacket so, I found a jacket and within minutes of me giving her the jacket it was back. Definitely my favorite Lululemon item I own. Both of my parents found something in this store as well. I had a great experience with the store, the items and the amazing staff. 10 out of 10 in my book! read more

I can't even describe how awesome our experience was. Went in with my 82 year old grandmother who ended up finding the perfect outfit and obviously wanting it to wear it out of the store I wish I got the ladies name for reference but she took the tags off and even had her get up on the counter to remove the security tags. Amazing staff inside all around and honestly they were all so cute I personally wanted to dress like them! So cute! Thank you so much!!!! I recently won a gift certificate at a 5K race in Park City. When I went in to redeem my gc, I chose an item for my daughter that exceeded the value of the gc. As I was checking out, the person helping me told me I was all set and told me to have a great day. I responded by saying I hadn't paid the difference yet. She said, "I know... Have a great day!" The gc they donated as a prize to the 5K was, in and of itself, very generous. To then extend the value of the gc to the entirety of my purchase was extraordinarily nice!!! Thank you!! read more

What an awesome store! Every time I go there I am welcomed by the wonderful and warm staff who are eager to help me in whatever way they can. They genuinely care about how you feel in their clothes and will make every effort to see to it that you have a fun and easy experience. They strive to make sure that whoever is buying their clothes will feel beautiful and comfortable.
