Not related to this location, but to the website: you receive an email confirmation with the trouser length in big font and the waist size in much smaller font below that. So at quick glance you can misinterpret that the order was placed incorrectly. Adding "inseam" and/or "waist" to the number would alleviate any confusion. read more

snooty service at this location and a general level of being difficult with anything other than a direct purchase. it's more about the attitude towards whatever the issue is that is a turn off at this location. might be better to just order online and or deal w the online customer service. also just a note this is not a large location so i feel like the selection here isn't great either - not a huge issue but just that paired w the other problems idk if it's worth it to make a trip here (if you're already in the area then it's whatever). i won't be supporting this location any further. read more

Sydney's service at this location was above and beyond. As a plus sized woman, it's extremely difficult to find clothing in my size at in-store locations and constantly get redirected to online shopping. Online shopping is great when items are in stock and you know what you're looking for; difficult when new to the brand and sizing. I am new to Lululemon and have always steered clear regardless of how drawn I am to the clothing due to size discrepancies and feeling as though I don't belong. Sydney did the complete opposite for me today and made me feel seen, wanted, and made space for my feelings of displacement. She was comforting and apologetic (although not her fault), and understanding of the difficulties I was experiencing. I was about ready to give up believing Lululemon had room for someone with my body type, when Sydney handed me a pair of leggings off the discounted rack, a size smaller than I assumed I was, and longer than I knew would be right for me. She encouraged I try it on and reaffirmed me that I could get my leggings hemmed for free. Despite being one size smaller, the leggings fit perfectly. Sydney made my experience memorable and I couldn't be more grateful for her service read more

We frequent this store, but won't be going back. My husband and I were there this past weekend, to try on some shirts. The person working in the fitting room was oohing and ahhing over my husband in a lewd way, and openly made a comment to me about how good looking he is. Needless to say it was not professional or appropriate, never mind the fact that it was a man doing it. Made my husband uncomfortable too, he is a straight male, what was he supposed to do? Who knows how many people this has been happening to, and how many customers will be lost because they don't want that kind of attention in the fitting room. I went in today to the store at Bridgeport Village.,love their products but never have had good customer service. Was looking for some of the socks that I love. A young associate asked if I needed help and I asked if they had any of the size I needed in the back. She said she would look. I waited there in the store by the socks for about 10 minutes. I noticed her over in another part of the store helping someone else. She never returned after she said she would look and be right back. I left the store and will just order online. Fantastic customer service, I purchased some items online and one of them ended up being too big so I stopped in for an exchange. All the gals I spoke with were friendly and helpful, one gal even informed me of a store out of state that had the item in a size down and suggested I call and order it over the phone if I really wanted that item. In the end I found something else in their store and paid the difference, it was worth the trip. The girls at this lululemon are helpful, however they don't have a lot of WMTM , in fact they didn't even have a section for WMTM unlike most lululemon I've been to around the world from California to Singapore. When asked they said they usually ship off their WMTM to the outlet in Washington state. Previously having been here in December of last year, their WMTM is also few-- I counted maybe 3 pieces , and scattered around the store. I took off one star for that and also because their selection isn't very good so I don't think I'll be back unfortunately . I was super disappointed but still managed to get a polo shirt with 15% military discount. read more

She was able to provide me with a solution to my problem. I appreciated the quality customer service as I know my situation could have been managed differently given my circumstances. I had such great customer service today by Mikayla! I came in with align pants that were recommended to me by a sales associate at Washington Square. This previous sales associate gave me incorrect information about the aligns and their design. I wanted to exchange them for a different pair of pants and Mikayla was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about each style and their intended purpose. Their seamstress in July of 2020 is solid. I brought in several pairs of pants that have been collecting dust because they're too long for me to wear. The gals were nice and helped walk me through their new hemming process, where guests have to pin their own pants (I came in the first they they started taking in hems again). 2 days later, my pants were ready for pick-up. I'm impressed with the quality of the hems, granted they were all simple straight across hems. The seamstress made sure to keep the width of the original hem for each of the pants. They all varied, so I really appreciated this. read more

I am a frequent and long time Lululemon shopper. I went into the Bridgeport store on Friday to purchase a new top with a gift card I received from work. When I went to check out I could not find my gift card. I bought the shirt anyways on my credit card. I went back 5 days later with the shirt never taken out of the bag and my receipt wanting to return the shirt and rebuy to apply my giftcard. I was told that they are not allowed to do that. So I just returned it. I was confused because they ended up losing an entire sale and it was a $58 shirt and just a $25 gift card. I contacted customer service and they could not give me a reason why I could not rebuy the shirt in the store. I ended up ordering it online and was able to use my gift card. I will be going to Washington Square for all future purchases. read more

I will start by saying that this was my very first time in to a LuluLemon store. My rating comes solely from the customer service I received while I was in the Bridgeport store about a week ago, which was none. I was barely greeted while walking in the store by one of the women behind the counter who was helping another customer to check out. Then as I proceeded to look around the store, not one of the 4 women working in the store came up to ask me how I was doing, if I needed help finding anything, etc. One was chatting to another customer at the front while managing the check out line, another was folding clothes, and the other two were in the back of the store chatting with each other. I was pretty shocked by the lack of customer service, as there were more employees than customers in the store. I have worked in retail and customer service for many years and this was surprising to me. After hearing so much about the brand and clothing, I was excited to go into the store with a friend, who is a loyal customer. However, I was very bummed out by this experience I don't really know if I will go back and spend my money on their products. read more

I am in my second month of my Lulu addiction and I know I have been to this location no less than 8 times since the second week in January. This is the Lululemon store that I frequent the most in the PDX area, as it is closer to my home in Wilsonville and I find parking to be much easier than in the Pearl District. I love coming here and seeing what new product may await me! In addition to paying full price for their running crops and tops, I have found excellent deals on running crops as well as tank tops. I enjoy the shopping experience because I know I'll hear some good music and get some good service! I like how they have employees outside of the fitting room ready to help and give advice on merchandise. As for Lululemon's clothes and merchandise, I highly recommend them. I know why they say if you don't have them, don't start buying them because you will become addicted! Since I am new to them, I can't speak on their prior quality but I will say this, their running crops are second to none. I have searched for cheaper alternatives (Zella, UA, Nike, Athleta) and I don't like any of them as much as I love my Lulus! Their fabric and the compression is perfect and might I add they make my bum look nice? I actually feel more motivated to work out and work out hard when I am in my Lulus, so to me, that is actually priceless! I consider my Lulu addiction an investment in my health! ;) read more

I love Lululemon workout clothes! I also love that OR doesn't not charge sales tax, its almost like getting a discount for us out of staters! I've bought a lot of my lulu here and I will be back next business trip to get more. I agree with the stuff being over priced but it really is very nice quality and most of the clothes are slimming and cute so I love wearing them while working out. I feel thin and it motivates me to work out more. I love how soft the material is and how my butt looks in the pants. So as pricey as it is, I definitely get my money's worth because I'm wearing the clothes 3-5 times a week! read more

Nice store with an array of workout gear to choose from. I only bought a headband and yoga mat strap thing, but the girl that was on the floor was very enthusiastic about every item I showed the least bit interest in. Nice, but a little too helpful for my taste. I know the clothing is pricy for a reason - they're supposed to last a long time and be very comfy, but I cant bring myself to pay $50 for a pair of gym shorts...even if I am on vacation and spending like my life counted on it! read more

Really nice yoga, running and lounge clothes! It's similar to Lucy but they also have stuff for men. My husband bought some lounge pants a few months back. He's really hard on his clothes. (A pair of pajamas from Nordstrom's lasted only one night before they had a hole.) He's worn these almost every night since he bought them. He says they're the most comfortable pants he's ever owned. After months of wearings and washings, they're still in pristine condition. I haven't bought any yoga clothes there but have tried them on. They are very comfortable and seem just as durable. They're a little long, but I'm used to that (I'm 5'3" and have short legs). But they have free hemming so when I have the money that's where I'll go to buy yoga pants. (The ones I like are $108) I really like that they offer complimentary classes. Also, every time I've gone into the store, everyone has been super friendly and energetic. read more

I LOVE the clothes at Lululemon! They are so dang cute - athletic but still feminine. Not only do the clothes feel great because they are made of good quality material, it makes me feel great. The designs are very flattering and slimming! I really enjoyed going into the store and trying on the different types of yoga pants and tops. The sales staff are so friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain the differences between the various pants they had available. My favorite is the Energize Pants. They also have a ton of yoga tops to choose from. The sales staff helped me to select the ones that worked best for me. Shopping at Lululemon gives me motivation to do more yoga! Another plus: FREE hemming! The only reasons I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it's pretty spendy to shop there. But I do believe in the saying "you get what you pay for". So, if you want high quality clothing, it's worth shopping here. The second reason is the return policy seems pretty strict: have to leave tags attached (note: when I was trying one of the the tops, the tags fell off. But the sales person reattached it when I purchased it so just be careful about the tags), have the original receipt, and return it in within 14 days. I'll continue to shop here because I love the quality and style of the clothing. But I'll just be sure that I really really like it or at least return it within 14 days and be sure to keep the tags on and the original receipt. read more

Very poor customer service. I have multiple poor interactions with the people who work at the Bridgeport Lululmon (Tualatin, OR area). Today, in particular, I was working with the manager to try to figure out a return but she gave up pretty quickly and handed me a customer service number to call, though I'm sure with a few more minutes we could have figured it out. I've also had poor interaction over the phone in the past. Same great quality clothing, but not the usual experience I have at other Lulu stores. read more

I've been a Sweat Collective member for almost 2 years now and I love Lululemon. Their quality is amazing and their products are beautiful. I've been to stores all over the US and I'm always impressed. This store is not great and I'd recommend driving an extra 4 miles to the Washington Square location. The girls that work here are not nice and almost discriminatory. They interrogated me about my sweat collective membership and it made me highly uncomfortable as the store was pretty busy. The gals at other locations are always so nice. I've been in 3 times to this location since then and it's the same rude gals always working. Very sad because lululemon is a great company and could do a lot more if their employees were trained to treat all customers with respect. read more

I came here really quickly to get a beeper tag removed because they had forgotten to remove it at Washington Square Mall (where I purchased it). Right when I came in I was greeted! Very nice employees, great yoga pants, worse return/exchange policy I've ever experienced for this caliber store. I needed to exchange my daughters yoga pantsuit a different size, they were the exact same pants with all tags still on, and they would not do it. If I had signed up for their email they could track my purchases and help me with my exchange but because I didn't and didn't have my receipt. I was out $128 unless I found my receipt. I would expect a store like Lulu Lemon to have better customer service than they do. Very disappointed. read more

I rarely yelp, but yesterdays experience disgusted me so much that I am taking 5 minutes to write. I am a long time lululemon customer. I live in the tropics most of the year. I went in to the Bridgeport location yesterday prepared to stock up on speed shorts, bras, tank tops etc. I walked through the store looking for the studio pant and had to walk up to the counter to ask where they were interrupting 3 associates talking. One of them responded, "we no longer carry them in the store, they are online only." She did not offer another suggestion or seem interested in helping me. I continued to look around, ignored, so I left. I will spend my money in NYC on Prince street where they have excellent service. read more

I was so in love with this store and its very nice but very expensive products and awesome customer service...right up until I tried to return something that was brand new with tags and still in the bag with the receipt. Three weeks had passed since my husband bought it for me for xmas and they refused to accept the item back or even give any credit for it...Said it was too darned bad but they no longer could sell it. It was a $120 sweatshirt in perfect condition but just not the color I wanted! I would have taken half or SOMETHING/ANYTHING. The manager was completely unapologetic and dismissive. I will be shopping elsewhere in the future for yoga/athletic wear. This store may want to take a page from Nordstrom's Customer Service manual on keeping the customers happy! read more

I was in the Portland area visiting my twin sister and we decided to check out this lululemon while we were in Bridgeport Village. I was really excited since I'm big into fitness and bodybuilding and have only ever gotten to look at lulu online. However, upon entering I could tell almost instantly the employees were hovering as if my sister and I were going to steal. Of course this is a pretty serious charge at the employees but considering my sister and I have about 4 years of retail experience combined, we know what it looks like when a store employee is suspecting of a stealing customer and how you're supposed to go about it as a retail worker. However, my sister and I gave no red flags that should have prompted that kind of judgement. No large bags, oversized articles of clothing, not avoiding employees, no hovering near the entrance with merchandise. Nothing we did was out of the ordinary, but sadly it seems that we did not appear to fit the demographic they viewed as trustworthy. Most other customers in the area wore name brand clothing and other clearly expensive brands, and apparently since my sister and I were not, they felt the need to profile us as shoplifters. Definitely not returning to this store ever again. read more

The clothing here is so fantastic for activities like running, barre, yoga, cycle, etc. I love this colors and styles. They change often and really embrace the seasons! The staff is so friendly and helpful. My most recent associate was Jen. She rocks! She helped me put some cute outfits together. When I didn't like something she was completely okay with it and helped me find other options. I also ordered an item they did not have in store. It arrived to my house in two days! I had some yoga clothing from Nike before but they don't last as long as Lululemon. To me this seems like it's worth the extra value for good quality and fashionable workout attire. read more
