This is a nice Lululemon store inside the shoppes at Columbus Circle. Two stories, with women's on the main level and a men's store upstairs. Most people think they just sell over priced yoga wear. Although their yoga wear is comfortable, I have a very hard time paying $128 for a pair of leggings to sweat in at the gym. I do like their hoodies and scuba jackets. The best selling point, especially for a short person like me, is the free hemming. It's a huge savings and a perk I use often. It's much more than work out wear here, they do have a nice selection of casual pants, that can be worn to the office. read more

I truly love the clothes in lululemon totally stylish and extremely durable. My hubby purchased some leisure pants perfect for an outing or a workout. I bought some socks which are comfortable excellent for a cold weather. The service is great the sales people are there answering all queries and very polite. read more

Love this location. Opened 3 weeks ago. Everything is brand new. Women's section on the first floor and Men's section on the second floor. Changing rooms are in the back of each floor. They have free alterations. The employees are very friendly and welcome. Came here after exercising and they feed us some light snacks and drinks. Thank you Lululemon! Staff experience is disappointing and requires better training to uphold brand expectations. I came here twice and both times walked away feeling resentment. No holiday discount makes it a worse value than Alo The first time, I had to return 5 items purchased for cash and the manager told me "we prefer not to see so many returns" and made me wait for 15 minutes to check stalls which ultimately resulted in the same stall used. There was no apology or consideration for the time it took to return. The second time, I had to return a sweater item. A staff member didn't acomoda-te my request to check my Lulu account for the transaction even if i had the receipt for purchase. There was not a single attempt to accommodate or consider what can be done. Walked away thinking Lululemon is no longer a premium quality brand that cares for its customers. Overall, management of this location is simply out of touch and requires better training. read more

I came here on a Monday at 10am. It was basically me and the sales associates, as they open at 10am. This is a new location for Lululemon. They're located on the ground floor to the left of Williams Sonoma. This is a fairly large location, in that they have 2 floors. 1st floor is Women's and Concierge Service. 2nd Floor is Men's and Joinery (in-store hemming, repairs, and custom alterations). The sales associates are quite energetic and eager. I assume partly because this is a new store. The store is nice and new. Bright lighting, nice design. They don't have the largest selection, but quite well stocked with the basics. Because they're new, there doesn't seem to be a clearance rack yet. If you're familiar with the other locations, they all have clearance racks. They've got 2 other locations not far away. Broadway and 64 St., and Broadway and 75 St. We'll see if they both stay there now that there's this new spotlight location in a higher traffic area. read more

This was my first time shopping at Lululemon, and I was very impressed with the experience (and also the quality of the clothing!). Everyone in the store was helpful and kind, and I was able to leave my things in the dressing room while I shopped (which is always nice). I was surprised to find this Lululemon location when I visited the TWC yesterday. It must be a brand new location given that I am the first review here. :) If you have been to other Lululemon locations, you will know that they keep their store impeccably clean and organized. This location, however, is one notch above that! This location is spread over two floors, with the first floor dedicated to womenswear, yoga mats, bags, a small register area, and a large fitting room area (about 10 rooms). The second floor is dedicated to menswear, a small register area and a small fitting room area (about 5 rooms?). The tailoring area is on the second floor tucked away in the front corner so its hard to see. I would say that most Lululemon staff are nice and super helpful, but you do come across a few snotty ones (read my other reviews). However, I found this location's staff to be genuinely nice and was always helpful. It was a bit quiet when I visited, so that could be a reason - yet I found this to be a nice change. Overall, while I like this location for its cleanliness, it does feel like branding location (i.e. a location opened for the purpose of creating brand visibility). Its a fantastic location after all! You, of course can find all of Lululemon's core products at this location. They also have sales, but oddly, they have decided to blend the sales into the full price items... so you have to walk around to find them. Good and bad to this strategy, but I prefer a dedicated sale section so I can see it all in one area. Happy shopping! read more

Hello- I have many many lululemon items over many years. If you visit their website or read from reddit their quality is top notch and they fix items like zippers and tears on seams. I was told by another store that this store replaces zippers, when I arrived at this store Tiffany was very rude and told me they don't do zippers at this location. I called the customer service number and was told they thought this location did a zipper repair with the seamstress. This is a community and customer service issue that should be addressed from the bottom. read more

This brand may cost an arm and leg, but the quality makes it so completely worth it. I wasn't a believer until I got a pair of sweat pants that are the most comfortable article of clothing I've ever worn. In fact I've barely taken them off since getting them. I even ended up getting a sweat shirt after. I'm a true believer now. This location in the TW Center is relatively new, but the space is great and the selection is good. read more

Wow. As a costume designer in film, I am constantly shopping/returning at lulu; but after my experience in this location, I will never purchase from this company ever again. I went in today, on Christmas eve, to run a personal errand. Namely, to have a (lululemon) backpack zipper repaired and purchase a new one. Years ago I worked for the company, and when I did, they had a very fair repair policy, so I was excited to get a new backpack and fix my old one! The first employee I talked to barely listened to me, told me they don't repair goods anymore, but he'd check. He then walked away. I perused the store. I then asked another employee what the policy was with repairs. She said she didn't know, but she could ask her boss, which happened to be the first guy I talked to. So I went back to him to ask if he had any answers for me. He said that it would take 8 months to repair, and it was clear he was just trying to get me out of the store. I asked if I could give him some feedback (which is what this company preaches to their employees--to give feedback in the moment) he said yes, I calmly told him I was disappointed in our interaction as it left me unclear of what my options are. All of a sudden one of his coworkers comes over and AGGRESSIVELY ASKS ME TO LEAVE THE STORE like I am some Karen. Are you kidding me? What happened to you lululemon? Bye girl. Will miss you, but we deserve way better than this abhorrent customer service. read more
