I have now bought shoes from here twice, and both times I've walked in, been helped immediately, and walked out with a wonderful pair of shoes. The staff is very attentive, kind and knowledgeable. They have a pretty big selection of shoes as well as athletic wear and other things you may need. I'll be honest, I always make a beeline for the walking shoes, try them on, pay, and head out so I haven't looked around much at anything else. I also love that they take my old shoes and recycle them for me!

This location is much more helpful, bigger, seems to have more of a selection of shoes and clothes than the one on upper east side. This store has plenty of help too who will help you find the right sneakers for you. If you want to get a free test done which will help you and the store staff helping you get fitted for the right type of sneaker. This is not something you HAVE to do but it is helpful. This store is spacious, clean and inside of the Shops at Columbus Circle. It is on the 2nd floor. If you are in the area I recommend checking this store out even if you are not needing new sneakers.

I had a great first experience! Been getting more into running this year and training for a half marathon, I thought I should get some new shoes in my rotation. I heard about Fleet Feet a few months ago though. I first went to the Montclair store with a friend who walked out with a pair of Hokas.. talked two friends into visiting the stores and they both walked out with a pair of Hokas... and then I finally made my own trip to this Columbus Circle store. I thought I would walk out with Hokas (so here's a mandatory pic of Hokas), but I didn't! It wasn't super busy when I went and it took less than 5 minutes for a sales associate (Jeff) to reach out to ask me if I needed any help. My feet were analyzed by their 3D scan and then I was given a whole bunch of sneaker options. At no point did I feel like I was being pushed to buy anything, I asked a number of (I'm sure what was) dumb questions, and I was free to run up/down the middle of the store to check them out which I did with every single pair.. so you could imagine it took quite some time. I walked out with a Brooks daily running sneaker and a trail running New Balance sneaker. They have a great 60-day return policy too. The only thing I will say is that they might run low on colors for your sneakers but you can always double check on their website. Also you can earn reward dollars back on your purchases if they're over $150 (which it will be easily lol). I've already emailed with them a couple times and they're super responsive. This is my first of many Fleet Feet hauls to come, and I'm a happy customer! Also I inquired at the cash register about their runs- and they have running groups throughout the city! Thought it was cool.

This Fleet Feet is conveniently located in Columbus Circle next to Central Park (southwest corner) and hosts a lot of community running events! I went for a 5K fun run supporting &Mother, a non-profit that helps break barriers that limit a woman's choice to pursue and thrive in career, sport, and motherhood. A few staff members paced the group at various speeds through Central Park, which I appreciated as a very novice runner unfamiliar with route options. We ended with complimentary Vita Coco beverages and raffle prizes. The Fleet Feet staff was so welcoming and friendly, making running accessible to all.

I needed to get fitted for some new long distance running shoes to prepare for my training and I was extremely satisfied with the level of service and expertise from Carlo! He took the time to get to know me, my running goals, and analyzed my running stride. He provided some spot on recommendations with lightweight neutral shoes since I've had foot pain with shoes that were overly cushion or support. He provided options from various brands to try. I ended up with New Balance since they felt the best. Overall, a great shoe fitting experience! Also, I got more Feature socks since they were buy 3 get 1 free!

I was looking for mask inserts and saw Athleta sells them online. I thought I would stop in and see if I could purchase them in the store. After making this my mission today I decided to exhaust all my possibilities before going to Athleta. I tried CVS, Duane Reade, Rite Aid, Target, and Kings Pharmacy and none of these places carries them. Take my advice and go to Athleta. I entered and was immediately welcomed by a friendly associate. By this time I was exhausted so I cut to the chase telling her why I was there. She said they don't have them in store any longer but she would look online. She said if they're available she would order them for me and I would save the shipping charge. I went ahead and ordered two packages of 10 mask filters each package. With tax my total was $8.69. She said I would receive an email and my credit card would be charged. I was told it's two day delivery. I was amazed. After I arrived home I had the email about my order. At this point I'll be happy when they arrive. If anything goes wrong it will not be the fault of this sales associate or this beautiful Athleta location. I'm hoping they stay open in my neighborhood for years to come. To be continued......

They split the store between men's and women's and the selection is what you'd expect for a work out store. The value is responsible compared to other workplace stores.

I love the convenient location and layout (great website, too but may be iffy to order from depending on other reviews). The merchandising makes so much sense; it's visually pleasing. A plethora of home goods, accessories, and clothing that makes a statement. Basically in love with almost every t-shirt they had on the website. The 2 staff members were informative, fun to chat with, and helpful especially with fixing a jammed slot in the print machine. Sizes run large as my Small was suuuper oversized -- that's on me tho bc the gentleman I was speaking with offered to me to try it on before purchasing. I spent several minutes hunting for a customer service number but could find nothing but an email based interface. I sent in the message, by this time 10 minutes after placing the order asking them to cancel the order. However, they did not read the message and respond until late in the day and by then it was too late. I am now out $54 and my husband won't get his Father's Day gift. I won't be ordering from this company again. A company that is too cheap to have a customer service phone, or to respond to emails quickly does not deserve my business.
