Horrible service. Tried calling and ordering a cake last week. I realize the power was out. I was told they would call when the shop was open again. No call this morning so I called them because I needed the cake in a week. Well now they say they don't have enough time to make the cake. Team member answering phone not very accommodating and even seemed to question me communicating with someone from the bakery last week. Did not even try to help or offer an alternate day to fulfill the order. Ridiculous! I would have paid them last week for the order if they would have let me. Or the owner could have told me they couldn't fulfill the order on Monday's. I told them I need it on 3/1. That could have been her cue to let me know right then they couldn't fulfill the order. Then I would know were I stood but I waited all weekend expecting a call this morning to make my order. Luckily I found a local bakery who could make my order no problem. read more

I'm very late in giving a review. Back on 5/5, Lina was having a sale. French macarons for $1 each! (I believe she is having the same sale again today, 5/26) We were celebrating my daughter's birthday that day and these are her favorite. I stopped in and bought 2 dozen. She had 12 different flavors so I got 2 of each. They were bright, colorful and delicious! I also noticed some unicorn cake pops on the shelf, waiting for someone to come pick up their order. They were so cute! We will definitely go back and try some of Lina's other delightful creations. My youngest has a birthday this summer. LuluPops is where we will go for sweet treats! read more

I have purchased products from the bakery few times and each time I tell myself it's the last time but then I run out of time and go there again. So each time I order cake pops ( a dozen) for special event I get charged $68. And that's fine for something unique and special. But what really makes me upset is that each time I expect something better and all I get is a regular cake ball with a cut out of some character glued on top with horrible resolution print out! This is not creative and is so tacky!!!! The price is not matching the product quality at all. I found so many other places close by that make an outstanding products at a much better price!!! Absolutely, hands down best cake pops & macaroons I've ever had. I have used Lina for several years now, before she had the store front for every event & most holidays. Her stuff not only tastes amazing, but looks amazing as well. She is a true artist. Now that she has her bakery, I get to stop in anytime for her yummy treats! Beware if delicious and beautiful cake pops. They are dangerous to your diet and will leave you fighting for the last cake pop with your significant other. Carrot cake was phenomenal. My boyfriend will eat every flavor but does favour the red velvet. I follow on Facebook so I can see the next new flavor or design. What are amazing are the holiday themed cake pop...so stinking cute, it's hard to want to eat. Good thing for pictures. I'll definitely come again. We stopped by the weekend before Valentine's Day and they were a little short stocked, although that is to be expected. They have a lot of chocolate options. I was so excited about these cake pops, because I love cake. So I went in and the first thing you see is a display with a bunch of really pretty cake pops, then the price list to your left. I was pretty taken back how expensive they are. $2.50 for 1, $25 for a dozen. There were a couple prices in between. I said ok if these are as good as I think they will be it's worth it. So I opted for the dozen, I chose 6 different flavors. Me my boyfriend and my 11 year old little girls cut them up passed them around and we were trying a piece of each one. We pretty much looked at each other pretty disappointed. They were gooey, and did not remind us of cake at all. I thought the white chocolate around the pops were good but the cake did not do the trick. Overall pretty disappointing, especially for the cost. read more
