It was wrinkled, uneven, and did not look presentable. The two signed large prints looked fine. We brought the jersey back to BFW, and were met with much hostility and rudeness. The gentleman rudely said to someone accompanying me, "Oh, are you a framer?", when they mentioned something about previously framed jerseys in the home .We presented him again the photos from before and that this wasn't what we paid for, and asked for it to be redone. He reluctantly agreed, but I should have asked for my money back as well. I recommend that you take your business elsewhere.

I told the salesperson this and she proceeded to continue this price shouting process until we found a pair of frames that came in closer to my budget but looked nothing like what I had in mind. Over priced selection, poor customer service. I felt pressured to go ahead with the frame purchase just to get out of the store and end the uncomfortable interaction. I came back later in the day to ask for a refund and a different salesman had a bad attitude and rolled his eyes at me while issuing my refund.
