While scrolling through Yelp, I found this place. Their work looked beautiful, communication was easy, and I was able to get an appointment. I asked for a wispy wet set. I do feel like it's partly on me for not speaking up before I left, but I was running late for the wedding because the appointment took longer than I expected. I really wanted to love my lashes, but they weren't what I was hoping for. They felt very stiff, and it seemed like several extensions were stuck together. They poked my eyes when I blinked, looked clumped rather than wispy, and I couldn't brush through them to separate them. I even waited more than three days before getting them wet because I was worried about them, but many of the extensions still fell out without me rubbing or touching my eyes. At this point, I'm almost afraid to and I'm honestly embarrassed that I spent $130 just to feel like I look goofy on my birthday. I was really looking forward to feeling confident, and instead I feel self-conscious every time I look in the mirror and i feel like I have to hide them behind eyeliner. On a positive note, the salon itself is beautiful, and everyone I interacted with was kind and welcoming. I truly wish my lashes had matched the quality of the experience otherwise.

Never exactly what I ask for but I never wanted to sit and complain and waste time trying to get things exactly right. But I cannot be silent any longer and will no longer be coming here. I went in November for the first time in ten months for lashes. I showed her what I wanted, then I showed her what I DIDN'T want. I was told I needed the volume lashes. I don't know a thing about the different kinds of lashes so I said ok sure you're the professional. I get up to see my lashes were EXACTLY what I DIDN'T want. I do not like the fluffy look and volume is exactly that. She told me she could try to fix it. It still wasn't good because it was the total wrong type of lash (I later learned). So she told me to come back and she'll fix it when she had more time. So I went back a few days later and she completely removed the lashes and used faux mink which is what I normally use! It was much better and closer to what I asked for. But I was never refunded the price difference. I realized this and was told they wouldn't refund me the difference but would keep the credit on my account for when I went back to apply to a refill. Four weeks later I go in for a refill. I used my little coupon card I'd had for over a year because I hardly go, it was 20% off after 5 visits. They charged me 65$. Before tip. I thought it was odd because it seemed more than what it should be with my 20% AND 20$ credit. I even asked the girl if she saw the credit on my account to use and she said yes. I went home and didn't have time during the holidays to check the prices. But I did today and had to call right away. I asked what I was charged for specifically. They said 75$ faux mink refill. She told me they used 10$ credit because they no longer do 20% off after five visits, they do 10$. She never told me that when I was paying. Then she told me the 20$ credit was not used and was still on my account. She then talked to her boss, Sydney, who told her I can use it next time I go in. Um no. I won't be going in again. I talked to Sydney before my refill about being overcharged for volume/lashes I never wanted and she was the one who accredited 20$ to my account and told me to use it towards my refill. And now she changed her words and said "you can only use it with the girl who initially did your lashes". She is really trying to rip me off to spend more money there to avoid refunding me what I was overcharged. I'm REALLY not someone who complains or rants or fights for anything when it comes to business but this is insane and wrong. I'll never go back. They will be reported to the BBB and yeah just trying to warn people. PLEASE IF YOU GO HERE MAKE SURE YOU ARE BEING CHARGED THE CORRECT AMOUNT AND DON'T LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR IGNORANCE. The two stars is for there last person who did my refill she was SO FAST and good and even the other girl they are friendly but watch out for being sold on something you don't actually need bc or want.

The staff was very quick with scheduling an appointment and got me an earlier time as spots opened up. It's located in a spacious plaza with good parking. I didn't know it was in the same plaza as Tree House cafe. Sam did my eyelashes and it turned out just how I wanted. I asked for a natural look that would still open up my eyes. The application took about 2 hours. She took her time and everything went smoothly. I even dozed off a little as soon as my eyes closed. I didn't have any irritations or discomfort during the appointment. For first time client, it's $89 for a classic full set. Refills are usually every two to three weeks. Overall, I was very happy with the results and will continue to come back.

If you have Asian or monolids, please please please just go here. I've experienced weighted heavy lashes where it made my eyes smaller at other places. But this time its just sooo beautifully done AND I can still see fully. When I had my eyelash extensions done here, the way I've experienced it was that the setup is multiple employees and their clients in the same room. And honestly it makes the environment so enjoyable. The vibes was there and it just felt like such an uplifting fun place while doing something that could be tedious work with applying each invidiual lashes. It really made me part of the family or sisterhood that they had. You would think that maybe that could distract the ones who are doing the lashes, but nope this was far from the truth. Vi made sure to go back and forth checking different angles to ensure she tackled my lashes thoroughly. I came in wanting anime lashes which can be nerve wacking as its not "common." Vi told me she can't and won't do it because she's worried it'd fall apart in a few days and that instead, I should have Vivian do it because she does a fabulous job with permanent jewelry. I like how Vi cares about the quality and the longevity of her services. (+100 Points for being ethical and truthful!) Some places only care about taking customer's money and call it a day. Vivian wasn't scheduled to be in for the day, but she immediately came by when she heard I was interested.(More points for being so flexible!) While I was waiting, Vi was helping me pick out the chains and charms. I had questions regarding the type of metal as I'm pretty picky with jewelry and hate when things just rust and tarnish after like a month. And especially with something being "permanent", I wanted to make sure it will stand the test of time. Vi dealt with my never-ending questions and even helped me arrange the charms as she and I both know how super indecisive I am. Vivian came in and got to work right away. She was very meticulous with the placements of the charms to make sure everything looks perfect. After placing it on my ankle, Vi came out to take a look and suggested for it to be cut shorter/tighter for aesthetic purposes as well as practicality--she didn't want it to be too loose where it'd get caught in things. Vivian was super professional and even though she had to remove it off my ankle and do a re-do, she again, was very careful and took her time to make sure everything is in place. And now--I finally have an anklet! A super cute one that screams me, and it's also permanent! I stand proud having something "permanent" on me because I still can't commit to a tattoo. Maybe one day. They literally have 10 rings w/about 30 samples each for in dip colors....immediately I was SOLD!!! After choosing my color, my services immediately began (and I was a walk-in on a Friday). Jenny was my nail tech and did a great job!! She was very pleasant & thorough. I was pleased with both my nails, and polish change on my toes. The salon was clean. Restrooms were immaculate & very well designed. They also have a frequent visit punch card that earns you a discount after so many services $25 and up. I've found my new nail salon!!!
