She made me feel super comfortable from the moment we walked in (prior to the pandemic). I feel like I asked so many questions yet she remained patient and explained everything with such calmness and expertise. I had visited a dozen of offices for two weeks and majority of the times we came across property managers/leasing assistants that were so arrogant. So thank you Kelsey for being super sweet and giving us such incredible customer service. The property includes many amenities and its walking distance from shopping centers, restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and so much more! Sadly, we were only there for a few months because my husband got sent to a different state for work (for 10 months). And because I didn't want to be alone, I came to live in NC with my family. HOWEVER, I just signed my new lease and we are moving back to Millenia in September! I am beyond excited and I can't wait to be living at such a wonderful place, with my little family again. This time around, I've been helped by Brittany and although I haven't had the pleasure of meeting her in person, she's been great over the phone. She projected such an attentive tone while I was asking questions on different units. She quickly helped me begin the process. I can't stress the importance of customer service; Kelsey and Brittany are both incredible! Not going to lie, Boardwalk is a bit on the pricey side but in my opinion, you get what you pay for. If you're looking for a luxurious place to live that has a bunch of different places to walk to (or drive to, if you're lazy like me) then go check out Boardwalk at Millenia, you won't regret it!

On one occasion, someone was urinating and defecating in a bucket on the third floor and spilled it in the hallway. When I reported this, management refused to check and told me to call the police myself. Situations like this are common, and management repeatedly claims the property is "open to the public," so their security team can't intervene. That's unacceptable for a residential building where tenants should feel safe. As a service member, I was especially concerned about leaving my wife here alone during deployment. Management offered no support and simply said I was out of luck. They advertise themselves as "military friendly," but allowing lease termination with deployment orders isn't a benefit -- it's required by law. I did go on deployment and received my letter but dealing with them while preparing for deployment was a stressor itself due to their management If you're looking for poor management, inconsistent communication, people screaming at night, little to no security, homeless people and ongoing safety concerns, this is the place. Otherwise, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

During our original tour date August 2, that was scheduled for us we were told that a parking space would be included as part of what was offered to us. Later, when we moved forward with the tour earlier than expected we were told they would no longer honor what had originally been promised. The explanation we were given was that the pricing had changed. However, a promise should still be honored, especially when prospective residents are making an important financial decision based on the information they were provided. The issue was never about the $75 parking space itself. It was about integrity and how we were treated when we politely asked about what had originally been promised. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the situation professionally, the property manager called us liars, spoke to us in a demeaning, belittling, and undermining tone, making us feel as though our concerns didn't matter , could have been the fact that maybe she was off , but to speak to people over the phone with such a condescending tone I find it highly disturbing that such a person is in charge of the property. To make matters worse, she told us to leave the property and that we were not welcome. No prospective resident should ever be treated that way. A property manager represents the entire community, and professionalism, honesty, and respect should be the standard. We walked away from what could have been our future home because of how we were treated. I hope the ownership takes this feedback seriously and addresses the way prospective residents are treated so no one else has a similar experience.

He explained everything to us and was always in full contact, no gray areas and didn't leave anything out. He did an amazing job helping us gather all of our proper documentation to be approved. Thankyou Fernando for all your help we truly appreciate you! This property overall has it all. We love that there are both of my kids schools in walking distance and there's shopping centers less than 5 min away. I love my apartment, it's so big and a beautiful kitchen. Amenities are espectacular and the cleaning crew are always working, it's always well maintained, the pool, grills, gym , hallways and the green areas very clean. You will always see someone cleaning. I feel very secure in this new property!!!

Think twice before moving to this property…read more When I first moved in, the apartment was filthy and had clearly not been cleaned. Management told me I would be compensated, but that never happened. There were also several maintenance issues that were supposed to be fixed and still have not been addressed. The stairs and baseboards need caulking, the flooring is lifting, there are holes in the walls, and the door handles get stuck. The paint rubs off onto your hands, and there is exposed sheetrock in my shower wall that was never painted. The living conditions have also been frustrating. Neighbors smoke and leave cigarette butts in front of my door. When I brought this up to management, they did nothing, even after I explained that my son has asthma. Dogs have pooped in front of my home, and management said they could not do anything without a video. They said they would pick it up, but it stayed there for a whole week until I complained again. Neighbors also put their trash in my garbage can. In addition, the noise level is a major issue. You can clearly hear neighbors arguing and fighting, which makes it feel very uncomfortable and disruptive, especially at night. On top of that, cellphone reception does not work inside the apartment, so I have to go outside to make calls. You are required to get Wi-Fi through them, and it barely works. To make matters worse, my car was towed from in front of my home while I was loading it--after I had already asked management if it was okay to do so. Overall, I would not recommend this property.

She has demonstrated outstanding Leadership Skills. Cindy is very welcoming and makes you feel right at home from the moment you decide to take a Tour. The complex does have amazing Vendors that come and serve delicious food and Cindy goes above and beyond during holidays to make sure her residents feel the love! Even Valentine's Day she left little chocolate kisses at every door! Cindy is super thoughtful and always on top of everything in the property, rules are enforced and we felt safe while living here. Might look pretty on the outside but that's literally it. The gate is constantly broken and if it's after hours you can't call the office so you have to wait and hope to God someone opens it for you. The pool is basically a bio-hazard, and parking is a pain in the ass. So yup I'd definitely never recommend living here !!!

It's very modern and roomy. Should anything need immediate maintenance they have onsite maintenance there 24/7. That also means if someone trips an alarm or something by accident you won't hear it for hours. Its a very nice gated community with surveillance cameras everywhere and on site patrol at night. The heating and a/c are top notch as well as all the other appliances. We rarely ran into issues but if we did it was fixed super fast. The staff have special events every so often for children as well as free pizza or raffles to win things like full thanksgiving meals, etc. Parking is great theres plenty for cars needing charging stations or cover. The amazon package hub and mail are very secure, easy to use. We had two dogs and it was easy to get them to the designated dog pen. Its all kept very clean! There are so many amazing places nearby to eat and the bay is just up the street! If you're nervous to apply like we were because we had a lot going on at the time that sounded complicated to explain, just try! The staff are very understanding and will try to help you succeed. We are very thankful for the chance we had. There really isn't anything negative to report, we loved this apartment and they were always fair never asking for large increases in rent renewals. They also give plenty of advance notice for fire alarm testing, main hallway carpet cleaning, elevator maintenance, and any in unit quick inspections for yearly fire sprinkler upkeep that is just fast in and out look. They are all very friendly, professional, and hardworking; they have also gone out of their way to help me a few times which was so nice! The grounds are always kept clean, it's secure and quiet. There is also roaming security at night which is a bonus. The apartments are beautiful and it's really nice to be able to enjoy a pool, jacuzzi, gym, and clubhouse. I'm so happy to have chosen Del Oro. Highly recommend!
