I will NOT be returning. Upon entering, she complained about the cleanliness of the room, which felt like an inappropriate critique of her colleagues in front of a patient. When she asked which shot I was receiving, I took a moment to check my records. She appeared frustrated and abruptly left the room. When she returned with a pre-filled syringe, she did not verify the medication name with me. When I tried to confirm that it was the "Skinny Shot" and asked for the specific name of the medication, she interrupted me and refused to answer, repeatedly asking only "right or left?" for the injection site. Because she refused to communicate or confirm what was in the syringe, I left feeling unsure if the medication was even administered correctly. I have canceled all future appointments. I expect a basic level of professional courtesy and transparency regarding the treatments I am paying for, neither of which were provided here.

He was not in my network so instead of paying my normal deductible, he charged me full price as my insurance does not cover out of network physicians.
