That's what led her to Wink & Polish and in turn, how I became a client! First, this is a beautiful salon. It is very clean and classy. They have a lot of drink options and take good care of you making sure you always have a drink if you want one. My friend had an appointment on Sunday, but I didn't make one, so I did have to wait for 45 minutes. But they let me sit next to her in the pedicure chair while I waited. Diane took great care of me and it was truly the best pedicure I've ever had. I can see why my friend has been a client of hers for so long. I've already decided to become her regular. My friend is big on design nails so she makes her appointments with Sky. I decided to try designs and had my nails done by Simon! He was amazing. I've already been complimented so many times on my nails that he did and I haven't even had them done for a week. I'm obsessed. This is definitely worth driving a little further than my previous place to be so happy with my nails. I also feel like they are very reasonably priced for the quality of work they do! If you're looking for a new nail salon then you should give Wink and Polish a try!

This would have been fine however we checked in five minutes before our appointment time and waited 20 minutes past it before we were seated. Which I don't mind waiting, but I should not be inconvenienced because the service requested was minimal. The manager is going to ruin this place. If he's not being rude, he's rushing the techs to finish a service that they are working on. Not sure why he's in charge. If it wasn't for the nail techs, I'd find somewhere else and I'm just at that point.

I clearly asked for a French tip for both my manicure and pedicure, showed pictures, and discussed the white color for the French tip. However, the technician said I had agreed to ombré instead, which wasn't what I requested. I had also mentioned to the front desk that I wanted French tips for both services. On top of that, the nail shape isn't even one nail is longer than the other and my cuticles were not cleaned properly. The overall finish just didn't feel polished. I'll leave a picture below taken just minutes after leaving Beaux Toes. Better communication and more attention to detail would really improve the experience.

I got a pedicure and manicure during my lunch break at work which usually takes an hour and 15 maybe. I had an hour and a half to burn before I had somewhere I needed to be. My pedicure came out great. I wish I remembered her name. But the name I do remember is Kim. I showed her a picture of a short clean nail as a reference of what I wanted for my mani length and shape. She gave me long, obtuse, thick, lumpy nails that a child could've done. I mean I'm telling you it is the worst nails I have ever had in my life or seen in my life. I don't like to complain so I just kept telling her that I wanted them shorter and referring to the photo. After four times of showing her the length and her still not getting them to the shortness I wanted/needed. I just said fine because I was already at the two hour mark on my nails. I checked out and explained to the register that I really did not like my hands but I had no time to fix them and I live far away so they gave me a small discount... I drove away and as soon as the sunlight hit my nails in the car I knew I had to stop what I was doing turn around and go back. I explained that these nails were not worth the $180 for manicure and pedicure that I had paid and they simply needed to be taken off or redone by someone else. Jennifer ended up taking care of my nails and did a great job, but wow if you get Kim run! While I was getting my nails fixed there was another lady getting her nails done by Kim and she had the same complaint about shape and length and I already knew what was going to happen. Moral of the story, I spent about three hours getting my nails done today and I will never cheat on Milano nail Spa in the Heights ever again.

The manicure usually last me a week in a half before chipping and I am always using my hands. They are very friendly. I also get my eyebrows waxed here occasionally and it always looks amazing but they miss a few hairs on the tail of your eyebrow which is ok, you just have to mention it and they will tweeze it for you no problem. The reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because one time when I went for my normal french manicure, the table looked dirty as someone else just finished before me. I did not want to mention anything as I am a bit shy at first and didn't want to come off rude but the nails are amazing.

They pay such close attention to detail. Checked in with me throughout to make sure I was happy with the design. My husband and I had the lavender pedicure which included the soft warm wax they apply to your feet. This is my second set from them. My first set lasted a whole 4 weeks!!! Even through constant hand washing at work I never had issues with lifting. 10/10 experience, would highly recommend!!!
