During a recent visit to O-MART in Killeen, my purchase subtotal was $23.91. My receipt reflected $15.92 as "FS Tendered" and $7.99 as "Cash." However, I did not use cash, nor did I use a debit or credit card. My EBT account history shows that the full $23.91 was deducted from my benefits. As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to ask questions when a receipt appears inconsistent with how a transaction was processed. When I returned to the register seeking clarification, I was met with what I perceived as dismissive and unprofessional behavior. Rather than helping me understand the receipt, the cashier appeared annoyed, rolled her eyes, used disrespectful body language, and walked away from the interaction. What concerns me most is that a customer attempting to understand how their benefits were charged was treated as though their question was not worthy of an answer. No customer should be made to feel embarrassed, dismissed, or unwelcome for asking about their own transaction. I am requesting that store management review both the transaction and the employee conduct involved in this incident. Customers deserve accurate information, transparency regarding their purchases, and respectful treatment regardless of their method of payment. Until this matter is properly addressed, I cannot recommend this store based on my experience.

My 12 year old son took a customer from the line which he figured was standing there for a while and they purchased. The truck owner got furious and asked my son where was I to speak about "boundaries" my son got me and he mentioned how my 12 year old son was stealing his customers and he respects the hustle but there's boundaries. He went on by saying how the last event he got his tires slashed because it got so competitive and no worries we're kool. I learned from one of the workers that any register can do a return, so I headed over to a random register. My cashier was Joe C. A young man who was on it! When I was up next, it was then that I could tell that he was new. I don't know what gave me that thought but what I found to be so great was how he wasn't shy to ask for help. He spoke to the woman at the register in front, "Excuse me, Ma'am?" And she turned right away to see what he needed and stepped in to help right away. She quickly walked him right through the process and he followed perfectly. Eventually, he still needed a manager to come and sign off something but I did get my refund. I got to my car and realized that he had forgot to scan one item so I was short and that's my fault. I started to get anxiety because the line started to get longer and I was feeling the pressure just a little bit. I debated about going back in to get the rest of my money and I began to drive off but then I remembered I brought all the items back so why shouldn't I get my FULL refund. I parked my car again and pushed forward to get out, grab my baby and head back in to get my $3 and some change back lol I sort of walked aimlessly back inside because I was hesitant to go to a register again and that's when I bumped into the manager, Ms. Brittany and she remembered me from earlier!
