My esthetician moved out of state and I went through some painful experiences to find someone new. Very cute service room and she does a great job at using the appropriate wax for each area. I've had lip, underarm, Brazilian, full leg done here multiple times pre-vacation and I'm so glad I found someone who is sanitary, safe and pleasant. It's easy to book appointments. This review is overdue! I've been a client for many years. I come for sprays times about three to four times a year. Heaven ALWAYS does an excellent job. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease; even though, I am nearly naked haha. I usually get the contour spray tan with the rapid rinse. The contouring really does give the appearance of muscles and tone. She takes her time to make sure the tan is perfect and the color is fitting. I never feel rushed. I have been to Luna Beauty and Wellness for several years now. I always see Heaven for a 90 minute massage, (not as often as I would like to though). Heaven is very sweet and the best massage therapist I have ever had and I've been getting massages regularly for 30 years. The pressure is always perfect and she listens to what I need. I had my first appointment with Heaven for the custom facial a few weeks ago, and I'm still enjoying the benefits! Aging is a strange thing isn't it? Seeing all these new lines on my face, my skin being so dry that I was overloading with anti-aging creams and serums only to get clogged pores around my eyes, not fun! New year, fresh start, time to get rid of unwanted hair! I came in for a BRAZILIAN WAX done by a sweet and professional woman with the loveliest name ever, HEAVEN. Usual Brazilian wax procedure: expect to get into "butterfly" and "tabletop" positions. Wax was a little warm at one point, so I mentioned it and Heaven adjusted the temperature right away. I admit I am pretty vain for a guy, so I feel fortunate to have discovered Heaven at Luna Beauty and Wellness. What used to be an ordeal is now a total pleasure. Many online scheduling choices, parking is wide open, have never had to wait upon arrival. The space is spotless, private, comfortable and seemingly designed just for me. I like the zen feel, the fresh smells and some of my all time favorite music. There are no distractions at all and Heaven stays completely "present" the entire time. I get facials and waxing services on a regular basis and my skin has never felt so alive and fresh. As an added bonus, in between visits I find myself paying better attention to my skin. Rarely do I ever get a spray tan but I decided why not before a friends wedding and my birthday celebration! Heaven was very accommodating with scheduling since I needed a late appointment after work. She did an awesome professional job! The tan was so natural once it set in! Had my first spray tan ever (why did I wait so long?) last night with Heaven, and she was so warm, welcoming and accommodating. She made me feel immediately at ease, and explained the whole process from start to finish, and kept me engaged as she sprayed away. I have relatively fair/olive skin, so I wanted something that didn't look too fake or orange. She explained how it would darken after I left, and it turned into a fabulous glow just a few hours later.
