When asked why the session was only 30 minutes she stated she accounts for people being late and it is only a 30 minute session. This is false advertising and so disappointing. Recently received a facial from Lillian and it was amazing! I have sensitive acne prone skin and I've been through it all- Accutane, topicals, etc. I've never had a facial and I was saving it as my last resort before going back to my dermatologist because I've always been afraid to have someone touch my face and make it possibly worse. Lillian took me in last minute and I had the acne facial. It was so relaxing and afterwards my skin didn't feel overworked or in pain. She explained all the steps as she went along with the process, and also gave me tips and pointers on how to keep my skin healthy. This a great local shop that is run by kind people. That said, I tried them three times for eyebrow waxing and I was never impressed. Chloe seemed very inexperienced: she ripped out part of my hairline and didn't even show me the final product. I had to check a mirror in the lobby. Lilian was a lot more professional but I felt like my eyebrows were hardly shaped and needed to be redone very shortly after.
