Needed a last minute appt on. Sat. Called at 3:30 and they asked how quickly I could get there. Ten minutes later my feet were soaking in the warm basin. The staff was friendly and my pedicure was relaxing and thorough. I appreciated the massage chair and how clean it was inside. This is my second time here and it's been months because I had foot surgery. I've been to several places in the area and I would definitely come back. Prices were reasonable. read more

I was so excited with the service at Oh LaLa Nails!!!! Kim was very attentive and spent extra time explaining nail service to me. She could have recommended a higher nail application but instead said that my nails were very strong and told me just a jell polish would be the best. What impressed me was that I had picked out a color and Kim applied a test coat and we both thought hmm not the best for my skin tone. She then went upfront and picked out 3 other shades and applied each one to see which would best suit my skin. Who does that??? Never have I seen such personalized service as this. The shop was also fairly full. The environment was clean. The charge was less than what I have paid in other salons. I will be a return customer and highly recommend this nail salon. I'm in the military and have been looking a nice salon to go to! I've only done nails so the other services I don't know but I'm sure it'd be nice too! I love the shaping for almond and tapered square. I was constantly being asked if the shape is good and double checking if I like the color I chose. Very calm setting and very nice and jolly people! Service is still top notch! Salon is still clean and beautiful. The employees are all friendly and do a great job. Tracy does a fantastic job on my nails. Love that she always does a beautiful job when I request for a little design on my nails. I have almost every employee to do my pedicure. All done a wonderful job. They are careful when trimming extra dead skin around my big toes and removing my calluses off the bottom of feet. It's so gross but my feet leave looking and feeling amazing. read more

Had a pedicure and they didn't cut all my toe nails. Two toes were not touched and the rest were uneven! I didn't notice till I got home and didn't want to go all the way back again. Oh well. Had high hopes for this new place. No wonder they were so empty with only one other customer there. Also no foot massage with pedicure that cost $40. Not going back. There are plenty of other places to try. WOW! What a nice reply from the business owner! I was there last week and not yesterday. The guy who worked on my feet spent less than 20 minutes on my pedicure. If this is how you respond to your customers then I guess you really don't want any new business. read more

I feel bad giving businesses negative reviews but also feel like there should be accountability. Paid $60 for a bio gel manicure that lasted 3 days. Some nails were hard texture some were thin and very inconsistent. Was cut very bad on my cuticle with blood everywhere. The hygiene was not ideal. Pretty salon but needs improvement. read more

I've been going to Henry on and off for years -- I first found him when he was working in Thousand Oaks, and he's always been one of the best. So when I found out he and his wife opened their own salon here in Camarillo, I couldn't wait to check it out. The space is absolutely beautiful -- clean, modern, and so relaxing. You can tell they put a lot of love into it. Henry does incredible work, and his wife is just as talented, warm and welcoming. They make a great team, and you can really feel the pride they take in their business. It's so nice to see familiar faces doing what they love, and doing it so well. I'm so glad they're back in my regular routine! Oh, and last but not least... they have an amazing selection of nail polish colors, as this is always our favorite part, aside from the foot massage of course! Highly recommend! read more

This place is a scam. It's always a new price everytime you come in. They charge an excessive amount of money for French tip and they will charge you an extra 10 dollars for nail reshaping. It's not worth it. They do not do honest business at all. read more

Had an appointment for 5 PM for my daughter and I to get a manicure/pedicure. We picked our polish color and the first two colors we chose were not available, even though they were in the book we were handed. After getting a late start, my daughter had her pedicure completed and then the gentleman left her to attend to a walk in and left her sitting there for almost an hour. She sat in the pedicure chair until almost 6:25 PM (5 PM appointment) and I asked several times if someone was going to start her manicure. After a different gentleman finished his client, he finally started her manicure and we left at 7 PM. There were no apologies, no reasons given, nothing. The first man that did her pedicure did two walk-ins while my daughter sat there. Beautiful place but will not return. read more
