Confession here: I'm embarrassed to admit that I love a large chain restaurant as much as I like Luna Grill. I've primarily tried this one and the Chino Hills location. Both locations offer fantastic customer service and great food. As for kebabs, I've tried some of the higher rated independent Middle Eastern/Mediterranean places in Lake Forest, and honestly they don't stack up as well as Luna Grill. I usually order the beef koobideh plate with the Mediterranean salad, which is an amazing couscous salad. Very very tasty and healthy. I usually go with the side of hummus and pita. Not bad, but not as great as the couscous salad. The beef koobideh is great too with plenty of flavor. And for those of you who want more protein (such as me), you can order an extra skewer of the beef for a reasonable price. The customer service here is always stellar. Very friendly people, who are eager to please you. Oh yeah, make sure you download their app. You can get better deals that way. read more

I had a really positive experience at Luna Grill in Lake Forest 8. I want to give a special shoutout to a staff member whose card said Yuli (although my receipt said Claudia N.). She was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating with me and my two kids. As a solo mom, eating out with little ones can sometimes feel stressful, but she truly made it easier. She proactively brought us utensils, napkins, and everything we needed without me having to ask multiple times. Her kindness and attentiveness did not go unnoticed, and I really appreciated how understanding she was. The food was fresh and yummy, and the restaurant itself was clean and well maintained. My only issue with this location is the beverage machine, it had a moldy smell and seemed like it may need a deep cleaning. That said, the staff and cooks here are wonderful, and the service we received really stood out. Thank you for making our visit a good one! read more

Saw this one on way back from an appointment and Boy-oh-Boy- these girls are freaking awesome. Everything was cooked to perfection, amazingly tender and juicy chicken Santorini bowl, chicken and gyro plate, loaded fries. (Oh my god so delicious) and some rugaleh for my sweet tooth! But these girls, best I've ever seen. We will definitely be back to this location in a heartbeat! When the food is as good as it is, but the employees go above and beyond, I'm very grateful.
