I wanted to give Luna Grill a second chance after previously getting food poisoning from this location. After that incident, I was given a gift card as an apology. I waited almost a month before ordering again because I genuinely wanted to give them another chance. Unfortunately, I was disappointed once again. My chicken was not fully cooked, and neither was the shrimp. This is extremely concerning, especially considering my previous experience with food safety here. After two bad experiences, I can confidently say this will be my last time eating at Luna Grill. It's very disappointing that food is being served undercooked, and it gives the impression that quality control and customer safety are not being taken seriously. given the situation, I believe a full refund is appropriate. read more

Luna grill is a semi fast food Mediterranean restaurant. I ordered a chicken kebab with harissa hummus, fries, and tatziki. My wife got a gyro plate with cabbage and hummus with garlic feta dip. Both were very good and flavorful and we both cleaned our plates. The chicken was surprisingly tender and juicy. The food came out very quick. I received rice instead of the fries that I ordered, but the waiter was very kind about it and quickly fixed it by bringing me a fresh side of fries which were hot a crispy (I'm a sucker for good fries). The restaurant was very standard like a chipotle or cava, but they kept it clean and the bathrooms were very well maintained. I personally would not seek out this restaurant for lunch, but I definitely wouldn't mind getting another bite here. read more

Service was great. Very friendly and patient staff. The food was good, not amazing. It was a bit pricey for what it was. Husband said the pita was a bit hard and chewy to eat but flavors were good. The Santorini bowl was great with amazing flavors. I wish they had more tzatki and schug sauce. The kale wasnt stemmed properly. We don't live in the area and probably won't be back, but worth a check out for fresh-ish mediterrraen. Fries were hot and crunchy. Yum Harissa sauce had great flavor. read more

I recently visited Luna Grill for the first time, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Upon entering, my friend and I were greeted immediately with warm smiles and a friendly welcome. Since it was my first visit, I asked for recommendations due to my dietary restrictions, and Sarah was incredibly helpful. She suggested trying one of the bowls and mentioned I could add an additional kebab for a small upcharge. I was deciding between the salmon and the falafel, and she kindly offered to include a falafel at no cost so I could try it as well. That level of thoughtfulness and service really stood out. I ended up ordering the Santorini Bowl with salmon, and everything was fresh, well seasoned, and satisfying. Both Erika and Sarah checked on us throughout the meal to make sure we had everything we needed, which I appreciated. As someone who follows a pescatarian diet, I'm always happy to find a place with quality seafood options, and Luna Grill is now added to my list. I will definitely be returning. I would give this restaurant a 3.5 stars but I only have the option for three or four Star and I don't think this is a four star meal. I've been very excited to cater in from Luna Grill for quite a while, and I just didn't have the opportunity and finally found the opportunity and ordered much more food that I really needed, but figured we can eat through the rest of it in the next couple of days. Unfortunately the grilled meat didn't look like a crisp grill like on the pictures. It was more marinated and soft and I spent over $100 on meat, so that was a bit disappointing. I ordered salad, hummus, cabbage, salad, hot sauce, fries, falafel balls. All of that was fine and I would give those dishes a four star, but really the meats were a three star. After spending over $200 for a family meal, I just have to say I was a bit disappointed for two reasons first because I didn't enjoy the meal as much, secondly, because I was hoping that would be a go to catering spot for me and the family. All that said the girl that took my order over the phone in the catering department was wonderful, very helpful and very patient. read more

Better quality if you are on the run. All tables taken at 1 pm , so i had to take mine to go- not what i wanted. At the high end price of "order- at -the -counter" type of restaurant at $15.25 sampler plate ( no beverage). Had a hard time substituting out the carbs for a healthier option , said they didnt do that but made an accomodation for me.
