I had to ask them to come back and dust and vacuum what they missed and it was still a subpar cleaning. I had to ask them to clean the mudroom, because it was missed by the first girl who was here by herself until an additional maid came. There are still items they didn't dust. So far so good with these folks! Not only are they available around my schedule, but they came ON TIME! They did a beautiful job and you really can't beat the price. Prompt, professional & courteous. They wiped down all the baseboards and even cleaned the tray that's underneath my cats' food and water bowls - I think they even did the ceiling fans! I was in need of a new cleaning crew and a friend had suggested Luna Maids. I called and they were able to come the next morning! They came a little early but brought 3 people with them! They were in and out in 45 minutes and I didn't feel like they skimped! They brought all of their own supplies and even refilled my garbage bags with their own. It was $65 flat and they take cash or check. I was really pleased with them...they were on time, thorough, friendly and quick. Gotta say the first time they came I was really pleased...a crew of 4 and they had my 1 bedroom condo spic n span in 45 min ! However, this second time-pretty disappointing. There was hair and dust still on the floors, lots of dust on the bookshelves, mirrors full of lint and crumbs on the counters. I wasn't here the second time, only the first. So I don't know how many people came this time but I feel like I tidied up last night so they could focus on cleaning and it was disappointing at best. Not sure I will use them again or if I have to be home to "supervise" that I get my money's worth. Called to ask them to re clean. Will see how that goes but kinda a pain. Bummer. read more

Luna Maids did an excellent and thorough job cleaning our one-bedroom apartment. There were four people who showed up and they finished cleaning in 45 minutes. The Best. I have tried 4 services (now 5, including Luna) and Luna will always be the service I use. I am very picky, but Caesar and his team made everything perfect. So fast...so clean....so detailed...so trustworthy! Also-less expensive than competitors who don't deliver the goods. Luna Maid Services did a great job with cleaning our condo! The oven, which I thought was uncleanable, was spotless! The fridge was so clean too!!! I do not recommend Luna. Not only do I suspect them of double billing, but they also NEVER show up when they are supposed to. I scheduled biweekly service and I haven't seen them in over 2 months. The next time they decide to show up, I'm going to fire them. Very unprofessional and not even that good at cleaning. They essentially wipe down my counters and sweep my floors. Not detail oriented and don't respond when asked to clean certain items certain ways. Or even just to clean certain items, like my cabinets!! They never clean the cabinets... So done with this company!! read more

Wow. Excellent job. After having some friends in town and letting the dishes pile up (no dishwasher), I was feeling pretty overwhelmed with cleaning to do to my apartment. I called Luna on Tuesday and they fit me in that coming Thursday (today). Three people showed up ON TIME, they took a little over an hour, charged $55, and my apartment looks cleaner than the model my landlord shows prospective tenants. I would recommend them to anyone. I used Luna a few months ago, and they were very late (about 2 hours) in arriving to my place. However, they did a pretty good job in a very short time (less than one hour). There were several missed spots, but I was satisfied with what was accomplished in the short time. I decided to call Luna again for another cleaning and give them a second shot, this time to let them know exactly which areas to attend to. I made this call on a Thursday. Because I work a 9-530 job and needed my service done ASAP, they offered to come that following Tuesday at 7:15 AM. I accepted. On Monday evening, I called a few times to confirm for my appointment the next morning, but no one answered. I decided to text the number instead, and sure enough I get a response hours later (around 1030PM). They told me via text message that they can no longer do my 7:15 the next morning, and apologized for the short notice and said they will give me a discount. Obviously this upset me and frustrated me in many ways, to just spring this on me last minute, and after I had to contact them to begin with (I can guarantee that if I never called or texted them, I would have been waiting and waiting without them notifying me that they're not coming). Because they were canceling my morning appointment, I asked if they could come at 5 or 530 instead. They informed me that they would text me after their last appointment and we can figure it out. That next day (Tuesday), they informed me that they would be available at 2PM. I asked for a 4PM (again, I compromised even though I work until 530 but I asked my boss if I could leave early), but the excuse was that they would have "nothing to do between 2 and 4" so they cannot do that. I was astonished! I urged them to please accommodate as they already canceled my original appointment at the very last minute. They said no they can't because again, they'd have nothing to do until 4PM. My compromise on my end was doing nothing for them. I finally agreed to 2PM (gave in, again, talked to my boss and got the OK to leave), and they never responded nor answered my calls. Til now, I have not heard from them. Unbelievable. I am so beyond frustrated with this company, and appalled by their lack of professionalism, and how they deal with their customers. They are a new company, but just lost me as one of their customers. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. If you want professional service, you have come to the wrong place. read more

We have used them know for a month (once a week) and so far so good. A large team comes and they do a really good job. One week was a little questionable but they made up for it the next visit. I'm very pleased with them. I'll update if anything changes. read more

Regarding the actual cleaning service I was quite pleased with the results. The customer service however is a bit of a dissapointment. I am having issues getting through to the coordinator and I have yet to receive a callback after trying to get through for more than 2 months. Not sure if anyone else is having this issue but am confused and annoyed on not being able to call them a reliable, customer friendly service! read more
