I received a text when Ray & Gina were 20 minutes from arrival, to let me know they were on their way. They introduced themselves and took off their shoes without being asked, as they would be walking on carpeted stairs to install in an upstairs room. The job: mount two 36" TV's on a) the wall above the fireplace b) the wall above a dresser. They brought the mounts @ $50 each plus installation.
