So they went back today to pick them up (the items) and learned that they were SEVERELY OVERCHARGED. And that is it was only about 5 dollars. So they're not getting anymore of MY HARD EARNED CASH. My only wish was that they offered a heavier bag for purchase to cover my clothes since I would be carrying these items onto the plane. I have been using this Delux Dry Cleaning since my husbands exit from Military service in 2008. We have never had an issue or concern that was not resolved above expectation. I just received additional confirmation of why we apprecIate them and their services. I was in need of a pocket kerchief folded. Henry the owner not only showed me how to fold he gave me some colorful pocket filler kerchief pieces that matched my suit. We always receive the same pleasant greeting when we pickup or drop off. Also the alterations here are great they can down size and upsize and if there isn't much fabric they work with you and see what they can do! Yes not to good of a job,thank god it was a zipper on some cheap khakis from amazon,it's like anything here in Barstow perfections out if you can see you can own a cleaners and as for taking anything I that's worth monet your going to gey hustled for it or just plain ripped off if they can sell it or they want it count it as good as gone knowone has morals here just what they can do for themselves nothing more! I'm honestly shocked that there aren't more reviews on this place. I've gone here a handful of times and was satisfied enough. My stuff was clean. But the holier than thou attitudes from every member of the staff is outrageous. And eventually, my things started to become irreparably damaged. My first visit, I asked for a military discount, but apparently they had rang everything up already and couldn't give it to me. So I said, "ok well then you can figure out how to void the entire transaction, bc I'll just leave and go somewhere else. I haven't paid yet, and no service has been provided" so as I picked my things up, they magically were able to honor the discount. Then- and this is my fault for being trusting- I took a massive amount of suits, dresses, etc that had been building up in my closet. Well upon pickup I stupidly didn't check everything. About 3 weeks later, my husband noticed one of his suits (naturally, his single most expensive one.. Ugh) had a hole in the pants. Completely ruined. I didn't even attempt to take it back bc I couldn't prove it, I KNEW that they wouldn't even pretend to care, and it had been three weeks. I eventually resolved that it could have been our fault. Well finally yesterday, I was in a bind and needed a few dresses cleaned before flying out of town today. Last minute, but I needed it done. Upon pick up today, I immediately see that a cotton dress I dropped off for minimal dirt (from lifting a few boxes at work), was completely grey and the cotton looked like I had taken it to a laundromat to wash it in a load with towels. I can't even describe how beat up this dress looks. To top it off, another dress's threading was coming out and they blamed it on the designer! Somehow I'm supposed to trust that my dresses will be fixed and look as good as new, but I'm not sure how you make cotton that's pilled and worn looking look brand new? I'm intrigued to see this magic act. More than anything, their attitudes make me crazy. Take responsibility! To act like you have no idea how a mistake could have happened on their end is ludicrous. I now have to wait another day to get my dress back- which doesn't help me at all since I'm leaving town today for a week. Yes my fault for waiting last minute, but there's a reason people rely on same day/next day service. Do not go here. Make the drive to Victorville for a quality cleaners. It's worth your money on gas. We've now lost close to $1000 in clothing and I wish I had just attempted to use a shout wipe instead. read more

I've dropped my clothes off only a few times here and it's been a pleasant experience so far. There's one woman with whom I've dealt with that's always been very courteous and friendly, taking time to explain things to me. The turnaround time is extremely fast - only a few days. The only thing I was disappointed about was the ironing of my husband's shirts. They had more wrinkles in them than what we're used to when we've used other cleaners out-of-state, but it's not a big issue. We'll still keep coming here to get our clothes cleaned. read more

I looked up the place several times just moved to the area and just was looking for a honest/competent consistent cleaners because I don't like traveling all the way to Victorville to pick up my clothes. To get to the situation at hand I called and on that particular Saturday the gentleman had answered the phone and said that I can bring my clothes in and they would be able to get it done under an hour online they also advertised an hour cleaners so that's what I was looking for when I went in they did not honor anything they said their prices were extremely high and ultimately I felt like I was being profiled the gentleman was standing behind the second desk towards the back of the wall and he asked the woman a question and ultimately she said no it's fine I'm okay and it was just all a mess she explained to me that she wouldn't have my clothes ready until literally next Thursday which I don't see why when website or online at advertises that they can get your stuff done under an hour and same day and I just don't understand so I would not recommend this to anyone in The Barstow area the $14 that you will pay for a suit you can go to Victorville off of Mariposa there's a cleaners right there in the parking lot of the planet fitness and Vallarta grocery store and you'll have an opportunity to be able to get your clothes cleaned for about $5 a suit $7 a suit they do an awesome job I would definitely say at this point unless they get another cleaners in The Barstow area it will be best for you to go into town of Victorville Hesperia Apple valley areas in order to find you a legit cost efficient cleaners totally disappointed how I was treated I was not treated with respect or as a potential customer. read more

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like your clothing depends on it. They completely screwed up my son's martial arts uniform, ruining his patches. The first time, ok... It happens. When I went back the second time the patch was shredded around the edges and still crooked. The woman gave me tremendous attitude and told me "it's not easy". Um... It's your job. Your profession. She offered to not charge me for the patches, but not to pay for the damages. I'm now going to have to buy new ones because these have bees sewn twice and look like crap. Brought in my motorcycle jacket with a broken zipper. The gentleman who I assume is the owner took the time to explain everything with the zipper repair and showed me some things about how it works right there. I ended up having him replace the zipper. I was a bit worried since is was a heavy duty jacket and I wasn't sure how it would turn out. I got it back just like new and couldn't tell the difference. read more
