Upon arrival, Idan popped out of one of the treatment rooms & it was almost as if I was meeting a celebrity...he was just so welcoming & personable! We chatted briefly & Idan said I'd be helped shortly. In the blink of an eye, Fabian appeared in a sophisticated ensemble & whisked me to the treatment room where he would be my esthetician. The ambience was very inviting & comfortable; Fabian thoroughly evaluated my skin, actively listened & addressed my concerns plus (unlike some others in the past) explained what he'd be doing before each step. While I'm very familiar with HydraFacials & often choose ones with similar additional treatments (including manual extractions, red light therapy, etc.), it's very much appreciated when I'm informed about what products will be applied to my face. That way, I have a good idea of what to expect & can opt out BEFORE they're applied if I so choose (that wasn't the case here). After the HydraFacial, Fabian applied a cooling face mask & a very relaxing weighted eye mask that would've sent me to slumber town if it weren't for the incredible neck & arm massage!
