They asked me to reschedule to a different day (reading other reviews, I see this excuse was used in the past) Because I have family coming from out of town, in two days, I needed to find another cleaning service at the last minute! It turned out to be a huge inconvenience for me. I was disappointed, inconvenienced, and I have lost trust in them. I would look elsewhere.

Eric asked me detailedly about the size of our place, how many windows, doors we had, type of floor. Try to tell him as detail as you can, he charged me the same as he wrote in the contract, no extra charge. When the day came, Eric & Brittany got to our place on time, as we had nearly 3000 sqfl and only 2 of them to clean it, give them enough time to do their job. They get paid by size, not by hours, they will be there as long to take to finish their job, I like that. Finally they used 8 hours total to clean our house, they missed a little here and there, but just go through the whole place with them and let them know, they will clean those missing spots for you. They are friendly and sweet and they did such a splendid job. Also as they don't get credit card and I had no cash with me, they went with me all the way back to my new home ( glad it's not too far ) to collect it. Thanks for their thoughtfulness and I definitely highly recommend them to everyone who need someone to clean your place.

Unfortunately, this became the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. Isaac misrepresented his experience, failed to deliver what he promised, refused to stand behind his work, and has refused to provide a full refund despite guaranteeing the project. We hired Isaac in March to paint and seal our garage floor. We specifically did not want a traditional epoxy system and explained that we simply wanted a durable painted floor similar to one my father (who passed last year) installed over 20 years ago, that still looks great today. Isaac assured us he had experience with this type of project, showed us photos of previous work, recommended a one-part epoxy floor paint, and guaranteed we would have a durable, sealed floor. He estimated the project would take one week. We are now in July. On the day the project was set to begin, Isaac informed us that his helper, Bryant, would actually be completing most of the work because Isaac suddenly had to leave town. This was never discussed beforehand, but we acquiesced. Throughout this phase of the project there were communication issues, sloppy workmanship, missed areas that required touch-ups, and inconsistent arrival times. After the first installation, we immediately noticed the floor scratched down to bare concrete with minimal use. Isaac came to inspect it and was able to scratch the paint off himself with his fingernail. He agreed to redo the floors, at first only wanting to do the high traffic areas. This time, we emptied the entire garage, arranged for storage, and endured additional weeks without being able to use the space. I even contacted Behr myself to obtain the proper application instructions because I wanted to ensure the second attempt was done correctly. After Isaac repainted the floor and applied an additional sealer that we paid extra for, we followed the manufacturer's instructions exactly. Although the floor could be used after one week with items to be placed on cardboard, with a 4 week cure time- playing it safe, we opted to wait the full 4 weeks before we moved anything in. In fact, we waited even longer. On the exact 5-week mark, I pulled my car into the garage and the next day, when I pulled the car out, the paint peeled off the floor with the tires. Isaac blamed the paint product instead of accepting responsibility. While offered to repaint the floor a third time, after two failed attempts, I had absolutely no confidence in allowing him back into my home and requested a refund instead. Despite guaranteeing his work and despite our repeated efforts to reach a fair resolution--including initially offering to accept less than our out of pockets --Isaac offered only to refund a small portion of the project cost. I then contacted Behr directly and submitted samples of the failed coating for testing. Their findings were clear: the floor was not properly prepared, and the coating had been applied inconsistently, with some areas too thin and others too thick. In short, the failure was caused by improper workmanship. This project has cost us months of inconvenience and aggravation. Our garage contents have been stored in a trailer and with generous neighbors, our washer and dryer have been inaccessible for months, and my vehicle had to remain outside during the cure time, which caused it to rust. What was promised as a one-week project has become a months-long ordeal. There were also numerous smaller issues with Isaac that reflected a lack of professionalism, including using our equipment without asking, leaving our hose out (and even leaving it on), and reinstalling his advertising sign on our property after I had specifically asked him to remove it. While these issues were frustrating, they pale in comparison to the failed flooring and refusal to stand behind his work. At the end of the day, Isaac promised durable garage floors, represented himself as experienced, and guaranteed his work. He delivered floors that failed twice, independent testing confirmed the failure resulted from workmanship, and he has refused to make us whole. Now we have to pay to have the paint removed and the entire floor redone. Save yourself the time, expense, and frustration, and hire someone else.

I ordered ahead and it was ready within 15mins. Friendly staff and great service. There's no seating inside so it's pick up and delivery only.
