After having a phone consult with Patrick we decided to move forward and book their services. Patrick explained all details of their post-construction package which put our minds at ease, he was also very knowledgeable and patient with all questions that we had. Our project lasted for six days at eight hours per day which seemed long but it was well worth it. He also used commercial air purifiers and Hep-a vacuums which was greatly appreciated. The whole process could not have gone more smoothly. Everything was very well organized from the beginning, and the cleaner actually arrived earlier than our scheduled appointment, which was a great start. After…read moreshe saw my 1 star review, she realized that we had had a miscommunication about the baseboard and she reached out to me directly to try to make amends. She offered to do a deep cleaning of my apartment and she even made an exception to come out to Queens to do it, even though she doesn't usually service Queens. The apartment was in very bad shape and she made it look fantastic. The tub was completely black with mold and it now looks brand new. She is so meticulous and on top of everything! I feel like she and her team really went above and beyond - they cleaned the AC unit, the windows, places where I did not expect her to clean, and she organized all of our clutter (but not in a bad way - I can still find everything!) And she's super communicative. For several days prior to the cleaning, she kept in touch with me to make sure that everything was ready for the cleaning (e.g., cleaning supplies and clearing clogged drains). During the cleaning itself she made sure to text me with any questions she had. She even put up with a little snafu we had when she arrived and the doorman had apparently lost the key to the apartment. She was very patient and understanding and she was so communicative the whole time! I'm really impressed with Sandy and her team.
