We signed up for the "Deeper" cleaning and I think it was really worth it. We keep our place fairly tidy, but hadn't cleaned the tub walls, the high corners in the living room that were slowly growing cobwebs, the top of the range hood, and just hadn't gotten around to mopping the floors. Stuff like that. So we emailed and booked Lena. She came, was really nice, was friendly to our cat. I was in the apartment for the first hour and then felt comfortable leaving while she was working. I came home later, the tub was clean, the walls were clean, the floor was clean, the microwave even felt clean to the touch (I can't remember the last time it felt clean). We booked a deep clean of our apartment. It was from 9am - 2pm and 2 women came. It cost $300 for the deep clean and $80 for the supplies. Yes, $380 to clean the apartment. I had asked they do the baseboards, and especially DEEP clean the kitchen. They did a pretty standard clean. The floors under the furniture was still dirty. Like they moved nothing. Also, they didn't vacuum under the beds or basically deep clean anything. You can say they did the baseboards and a regular clean, missing 20% of the apartment. A week later they charged my acct and emailed an invoice. $406 because of a $26 sales tax?!?! This place is a giant rip off. Get your regular cleaning lady and when she's done do your baseboards yourself and you'll be way more satisfied with service and price. This place is friendly, but a GIANT rip off. Most of the properties they have cleaned for me, have been very high end apartments with some very difficult clients. The lady that supervised the job was wonderful as were the team of cleaners. She also worked with me to be able afford the "post construction" job. Very good communication, and all were accommodating and thorough. One friendly suggestion is that the big job price include a quick stop back a week after the main job to do a final dusting to take care of the very fine dust that settled the day after the big cleaning. I had them come in after a big renovations. They came in and did an assessment first and provided a proposal. On the day of the clean 5 people showed up with all the cleaning supplies including back vacs. Because of the construction they vacuumed the walls, opened all the new cabinet draws and cabinets, hand cleaned my chandelier and really did a thorough job. I live in L.I.C. and due to all of the construction that is going on around me there was just no way I couldn't live with the amount of dust that was piling up in my home any longer. After searching on yelp for services in my area i came across Deep Clean. I was a little hesitant to call them because there was only 2 reviews on here, but i have to say that i am very glad I did. I had 2 people to come into my home yesterday for a 5 hour seasonal deep cleaning. I could not believe my eyes when I came home, I had to go back outside to look at the door to make sure I was in the right apartment. These two ladies cleaned everything from top to bottom. Monika even went the extra mile to organize my kitchen cupboards, as the door fronts are clear glass.
