What a royal waste of money! This place used to be decent before Flagship bought it. Now, the…read moreprices are ridiculous and the quality of service and attention to detail is atrocious. I removed my floor mats and left them at home to (hopefully) get a deeper vacuum. That was a waste of time. Had I not put some Meguiar's pre-wash treatment on it, I'm sure it would have looked even worse. Dust on the dash, fingerprints on the mirror, missed dirt and dust everywhere. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Flagship has ruined this place. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

It wasn't the $20 wash, it was the most expensive wash they have, and I tell the manager what I just witnessed and request a refund, and I'm pretty sure his name was Juan, but at this point, I was kind of upset and really wasn't paying attention to anybody's name, but it was the 4'6" gentleman with a handlebar mustache and a walkie-talkie who was "the manager", had to nerve to tell me he reviewed the footage and they were working on my car the whole time, but I know what I saw with my own eyes, And he refused to show me any, and told me he was not allowed to show me any footage, yet offered me a coupon. So I guess that's how they do business, just take your money, and fuck the customer, but here's a discount on your next one, and better luck next time. This is the same place me and my wife have had a membership on two cars of ours for over two year, which are both getting cancelled expeditiously. I'm no less than shocked they are even a 2.4 here on Yelp

The man who took my car through the car wash,…read morewouldn't take the cigarette out of his mouth to ask me what service I would like. everyone except the cashier was rude and unresponsive. once my car was done there was still mud everywhere and I had to ask them to wipe it down and to that they responded with an eyeroll and gave a half effort attempt to clean it and it is still not clean. I am very dissatisfied.

Sills was a rare find! I was previously going to Mr.Wash (1/10) and Embassy Car Wash (6/10) however…read moreMr. Wash just isn't worth the money and Embassy, like many other local washes, is being taken over by Flagship. Flagship car washes are legit a basic wash type of place in my humble opinion and I'm not a fan. So after many failed attempts w/ finding a 'home' car wash, I found Sills! I came to them w/ a very specific paint issue (tree sap all over my drivers side and roof) and they helped me right out! Not to mention, their Supreme Wash includes everything you need; Rain X, Vacuum, HAND DRY, and tire shine. They're thorough and consistent w/ each car they do and will accommodate your specific needs. I really hate they have bad reviews... Reality is no car wash is perfect. Sills is personable, quick and efficient not to mention their wash packages are all under $50 and they offer monthly unlimited wash options! If you're picky about your car and looking for an honest carwash to keep up your vehicles appearance, try Sills! You will not want to return to Flagship...no shade.

I received a free flyer to go to this place after visiting Battlefield Ford. The flyer had a whole…read morelist of items they were supposed to perform, and I think they only did one or two - and even after they performed these services, the results were horrible. The only positive thing they had going for them was that the shine on the car was decent afterwards. The wash left a lot to be desired. First, they performed a whole-car walk-around and spray with a pressure washer, and a spray bottle of mystery. A quick pre-spray and pressure wash. Then, they have you pull forward into a drive-thru style of car wash where a thin layer of soap is sprayed over your vehicle. The sign is difficult to read when going from a full summer-day lighting to dark car wash, so you can barely read the sign that says "Car in neutral, foot off brake, hands off steering wheel". It would be much better if the sign was lettered in some reflective material or even better, lit with LEDs. This is there because your car is on a fancy conveyor belt, which pushes you thru the entire car wash (the only fancy piece of equipment in the whole place). Now you go thru the standard myriad of rotating brushes, colorful soaps, and a lightshow of rainbow-colored lighting effects... Then some hanging brushes drag along the paint of your car and are supposed to "clean" your car...... If anyone knows anything about paint, this is precisely the method you DON'T want. If there are any embedded contaminants this will just make huge scratches along your paint surface. After all of that, you pull around into a second building with conveyor belt floors and they perform an interior detailing of the vehicle. For me, this consisted of throwing out all the loose paper receipts in my car, blowing everything out with an air compressor, wiping everything down quickly, and performing a vacuuming. While this is occurring, they are taking the same rags they used to wipe down the freshly polished car in front of yours and now applying it to the paint of your car and windshield. This left very obvious streak marks on my windshield, which later had to be removed by me. Meanwhile, you are free to wait inside a small waiting room where there is minimal decoration, no music (even though speakers are clearly mounted on the very-high-up ceiling) and no information about what they are doing with your vehicle. When the detailing was complete they simply wave to you thru the windows and point to your car... No interactions with the customer, and a subpar cleaning job, even for a minimalist detail shop - much less a (supposedly) fancy state-of-the-art one... To add to all this - there was still dirt stuck in various places on my car... The pedals were slippery with whatever they used to clean them... My tires were slippery on the asphalt from the wheel polish they used on the sidewalls... and there was obvious streaking across the windshield of my car from whatever exterior paint coating was applied to the car in front of mine, which was then transferred to my windshield with a contaminated rag... They have all the decent equipment to be great, but their performance leaves a lot to be desired. This business has lost me as a customer, and anyone who asks me about referrals to a good detail shop. See video to get highlights / proof of this reviewer's experience. https://youtu.be/anfiP4zhwH4

The attendant directed me onto the converter belt giving me a thumbs up indicating I was ready to proceed. As directed I placed my car in neutral. Once inside the car wash it was obviously the car was not positioned correctly on the converter belt as my car started to jerk and pull as if it was half on and half off the belt. I heard a loud commotion and the attendant came rushing in picking up my spoiler in the car wash and quickly directed me to reverse out of the car wash. Once he had me back out he then ordered me to reposition my vehicle and proceed back into the car wash. This time everything went as routine. Once I was out of the car wash I asked to speak to the manager in regards to the damage. The manager tried to attach my factory spoiler back by shoving it back on the car (this was never going to work as the brackets were broken off as well) He then had me follow him to the entrance of the car wash to show me how a car entered the wash. He treated me like I was incompetent and took no responsibility for his employee that gave me the good ahead to proceed. He also had the cashier print out an additional of the receipt circling their liability clause and did not speak to me anymore. We have since tried to contact the business multiple times and it's as though they are dodging our calls. We have submitted a claim to our insurance who will be contacting the business as well
