Embassy is always the best. They send out email and mail coupons, which makes upgrading your service here a no-brainer. They have a straightforward and quick process, with dedicated staff who do a great job. It's so quick to get your car washed here and my car always comes out looking amazing! Took the car here this afternoon for a thorough cleaning - between all of the road salt and grit, and some spots of bird excrement - the car was in desperate need of a bath. I had a coupon for 50% off the Platinum wash - which is their top end ultimate clean and condition everything treatment. I also opted to have the floor mats shampooed - $5.00 for that. So grand total for everything was $15.75. They did a really nice job - I stuffed $3.00 into the the tip box. I'll definitely come back here again! read more

Brought in 2013 sonata for a full detail. It had never been detailed and needed some serious cleaning. Online price was $150 which is reasonable. Up front they told be an extra $20 as the paste wax wasn't going to be enough. They'd have to buff it out. Bothered me a bit but decided to pay for it. Very impressed with the results. Inside looked great. Most of the stains on the seats were shampooed out. The interior door sill with years of dirt was spotless. Dashboard had a nice sheen. Exterior paint had a nice shine. I made an appointment to get my car hand waxed here. Do you want to protect your vehicle paint from the severe weather? I've been taking it regularly for the monthly discount wash specials and have been pleased with the results. You must make a reservation and for $56 bucks they wash and clean inside and out wax as well as do the tire treatment. It takes an hour and one half and they do an excellent job. It's well worth the dollars and an investment in the protection of your paint job. read more

The coupon was the reason for the visit, but they did a nice job for the price! It's a bit confusing when you get there, and the management is very crass; the lack of a star there. But the coupon helped make the benefit and cost worthwhile, as well as the thoroughness that they cleaned the car. But certainly, I got back in the car, the volume on my radio was all the way up, and my seat all the way in the front. Had to readjust all the settings that I had before. The good was my floors were all spotless and nothing was broken or stolen (I've heard of stories where things get damaged or stolen while cleaning). This is the worst car wash I have ever had. Not only is the car still dirty they did not vacuum good at all, more like half ass. On top of that, they didn't wipe inside the cup holders. The one guy suggested to do get the under armor, well that was a joke. There is so much on my seats it looks like someone poured oil all over it and it's sticky. I will NEVER go back. I was going to trade in my car and needed it to look really nice. They were able to fit me in on short notice. I had it fully detailed for $90. It took 3 hours. I didn't mind waiting for it but the only place to sit down was in the blazing sun. I just walked over to Starbucks and waited in air conditioning. I've actually received compliments on how clean means sharp my car looks, days after they've cleaned it. With so so reviews I hesitated buy tried anyways. I paid for deluxe with added $1 to vacuum cargo and added $7 for armorall. I can do it myself but tired from all the other choirs. I usually go to the $3.00 car wash and do it all myself and save $20. I vtought in our 2011 Sienna. As I wait they are really taking their time vacuuming and armorall my whole interior. I have nothing but great things to say about Enbassy. Their car washes are the best. I've never used their detailing services so I can't rate that but I always get their washes. I usually wait for the coupons to come out. Their new hot Simoniz Hot Wax made my Civic look like new! It's worth the 20min drive for me. read more

Just visited the Manassas location and they reminded me why I stopped coming there! They were in such a hurry they didn't even clean the back seats or floorboards and when I got in the car my front mat was halfway up the seat. Of course I didn't notice the back until I was home. I can remember as a child going to this full-service car wash with my parents. In recent years I have not hand washed my own car. I typically pay $10.00 to run it through a brushless wash. It never was as clean as I'd like. On occasion I would spend over $15.00 to wash the car at the self-serve wash only to be too exhausted to clean the interior. After two weeks of highway salt and grime buildup I decided to give Embassy a try. I arrived as they were opening on a weekday. There was already a line. It moved steadily though. I chose the best wash option there was, and boy was I impressed! To top it off I had a 50% off coupon that came in a Val-Pac mailer! So for $10.75 I received the best car wash ever, inside and out! Generally, they do an "ok" job at best. Word of advice, always get the basic and bring a coupon, if you upgrade... they still give you the basic. I have always come in through the Mathis Ave entrance due to the direction I am coming from. I was told today it wasn't an entrance and was sent to BACK OUT/reverse into traffic (which is illegal). If the owners do not want customers to enter the line through this entrance, they need to block it. Or at the very least, they should put up a sign that says "not an entrance" or "do not enter," rather than making their customers commit a traffic violation. read more

Got a 50% off coupon in one of those mailers so decided to give Embassy Autowash a try. I looked up multiple locations of Embassy on yelp and found this Manassas location has better reviews than other locations so decided to drive half an hour here to try out. I got a super wash for $8.5 plus $1 extra for vacuum cargo for my Odyssey minivan. My car first went through an auto wash and 5 people went up to wipe down exterior and interior afterwards. The leading lady of the cleaning crew greeted every waiting customer when she passed us by. The cleaning crew of 5 finished wiping down in 2 minutes or so, leaving only the vacuum person working on the car for another 3 minutes. Total took about 10 minutes from dropping off the car. The car is decently cleaned, not spotless, but good for the price I paid ($9.5 plus tips). A little water marks left on the windows, Interior is vacuumed but there are still some dust on the door handle, marks in cup holder, crumbs of cookies on my kids chairs, which I had to wipe down and vacuum a little more once I got home. Interior plastic on the wall didn't seem to be wiped , cup holders and dashboard were wiped but not very thorough. Again it's not perfect but I just needed a cheap, quick, general clean up. So this place is definitely worth the price if you use the coupons in the mailer. I am not sure if I would pay full price for it. read more
