I came to them w/ a very specific paint issue (tree sap all over my drivers side and roof) and they helped me right out! Not to mention, their Supreme Wash includes everything you need; Rain X, Vacuum, HAND DRY, and tire shine. They're thorough and consistent w/ each car they do and will accommodate your specific needs. I really hate they have bad reviews... Reality is no car wash is perfect. I washed as my car went through the car wash, and I don't believe these people use soap. from what I was it was only water. When I got into my car I could still see all of the dust in my middle cup holders. the windows were not cleaned and I could clearly see where they didn't even pass the towel. My boyfriend and I returned after noticing how little they did there. When we requested to speak to a manager he said he was the owner and could not do much for us since it was a basic wash. I honestly expected more for the money. I upgraded to "the works" with add ons for the interior and bug/tar removal. They spent a good amount of time cleaning the same spots. The empty tailgate wasn't even vacuumed. I have a crossover SUV with an all weather mat (meaning it's easy to open and access), it's noticeably untouched. The empty Cup holders are still dirty, not even a rag streak like the exterior of my car had. Which brings me to the exterior... Bug/tar removal is fairly self-explanatory, needless to say, I have bug guts/ tar splattered all over the grill still. Total waste of 40 bucks. Husband didn't even notice the car got washed it was that poor a job. My advice is to find another car wash. read more

For $6.25 ($7.25, but they give you a $1.00 off coupon to each time you come in) you get an "Express Wash," which basically just runs your car through the wash and then gets it hand dried at the end. Less expensive than an automatic wash at a gas station and your car gets hand dried instead of having to slowly drive through those crappy "dryers" that barely even work anyway! read more

Terrible! Sills has gone down hill! Went today to have my car washed. Paid for the most expensive wash. After they finished I walked out and saw stuff that the wash had missed and that the workers with hand towels missed. Opened the door the inside sills were still dirty, they didn't even wipe them. Then I get in my car and notice that they didn't even wipe my cup holders or center arm rest. I walked back and asked the lady who had serviced my car to come fix the problem areas. She didn't speak very good English so that wasn't much help. Stopped by for a quick wash before Mass yesterday and wish we hadn't. After giving my payment to the gentleman running the carwash he proceeded to tell me that this a 'full service carwash' and I needed to get out of the car, and go inside to pay. I told him I had a cast and was unable to so this myself to which his reply was repeated about going inside to pay, not to mention that I had 3 children in the car which I wasn't going to leave. I sent my son in to pay. When the wash was over and it was time to dry the car there were 3 attendants drying the car ahead of mine. I came here when things started to get warmer outside to have an express detailing done which is advertised as: "Don't have time for a full detail. Try one of our 30-minute detail packages. Interior: -'The Works' wash package -Interior poly protectant -Steam cleaned floor flats -Door jambs cleaned -Vacuum cargo area I guess in my head a 30-minute detail would usually take about 30 minutes however this certainly was not the case. I waited approximately 10-12 minutes before my car was "ready." I know this for a fact because I was on a phone call. When I got to my car I was rushed/pressured to drive away without inspecting the vehicle as the owner was waiting in the car behind me with the door open signaling that he wanted to take my place and move the next car forward. I did not appreciate this one bit. I quickly pulled over into the 7-Eleven parking lot right around the corner. I looked over the console, the dashboard, driver-side door, passenger-side door, all windows. It looked awful! It's really not a wonder that it didn't take 30 minutes. I immediately drove back and spoke to the sweet lady at the front who advised me to speak to the owner. After waiting for about 10 minutes for him to finish/come back we walked over to my car and I showed him exactly what I was not happy with. There was just grime and dirt everywhere, in the crevices. He explained to me that those kind of services are not typically done with the express interior detailing. He continued that it included wiping down the dashboard, cleaning the floor mats and washing the exterior. I responded that there was no way this took 30 minutes and his again his rebuttal was if I wanted to have that done it would require using an air-hose to get into those fine details. I showed him the streaks on the windshield and the bits of mud crusted onto the lower part of the dash. I took a rubber nylon stick wrapped in amor-all at the tip and went along the edges showing him how easy it was to clean this? He looked at me expressionless. I could tell this man was not going to budge and I was not about to get into a shouting match with someone of such incompetence and general lack of knowledge of simple customer service. I frustratingly told him not to worry about it and left angrily. It's a little upsetting that I had just spent about $48 dollars for something I could have done myself. Typically my #1 choice is Embassy AutoWash which by comparison for the same price does a much better job! The reason I chose to go here was because of convenience and time. Never. Again. Furthermore after reading other low-rated reviews it just seems something consistent with the owner and his practices. It's truly a shame because I don't think he'll ever understand how much business is lost due to his careless attitude. Be Aware. Be informed. Read the reviews. One employee was napping under a tree, the others were nowhere to be found. They finally noticed me but I interrupted some office shenanigans to pay my bill. Then, my car was returned dirty. They missed some spots. Overall they did a good job, plus they give you coupons to use for your next visit. An absolute waste of money my car was barely vacuumed and not at all in the hatch. The windows had to be rewashed when I got home because you could barely see through them. The only part that was washed properly was the out side because that was done automatically. The employees took as little time as possible on every step and there was no one else there. After going there almost 13 years, NEVER AGAIN! Bait and switch on detailing price. we were given, after they had looked at our car, a price to detail inside and out. Dropped car off as agreed..., we were not on the schedule but as we planned to leave the car while we were out of town, they took the car and keys and confirmed the price we were quoted. Next day we get a call with a price $60 higher than we were quoted, so we told them not to detail the car. When we went to pick up the car, manager didn't really seem to care about the "bait and switch" price we were given. We have 3 vehicles and spend between $1500 and $2000/year, again manager didn't really care. I have been going to Sill's for 13 years now and considered it one of the best car washes in the area. Unfortunately, it has really gone down hill...the last three times and one time my wife has been there, the wait time is extremely long. I have waited 15 minutes while being the second car in line. The last time, the lady told me they had a lot of employees call in sick due to allergies. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for the second time but won't do it again. Customer service, what customer service! Many years ago I discovered Sills Car Wash shortly after they opened for business and I've been a loyal Sills customer ever since. The service had always been really good, a little slow, but really good you know. A few years ago the original owners sold their business to the current owner Wilfredo (Will) Diaz. With some of the employees that had worked for and run the business for the original owner(s) the service remained outstanding. Then one by one these folks starting leaving and the service seemed to go down hill week after week, month after month. The catalyst for my writing this review was over my latest very upsetting experience with Sills Car Wash and how Mr. Diaz reacted to and tried, or rather refused to resolve the problem. For background you should know I am a car enthusiast. I'm into all cars, muscle cars from the 70's, luxury cars, as well as sports cars, especially Japanese sports cars, having owned 3 Nissan Z's in just the past 10 years, 2 350 Z's and my latest baby a 2014 370Z. Usually I do some custom work to my Z's, like bigger chrome wheels tires, big brake kits, Borla exhaust systems, etc. With my latest baby I decided to keep it pretty much stock, except the Borla exhaust system and getting the Nissan original wheels triple-chromed to make the wheels pop, beautiful! Upon my last visit to Sills my Z went through the car wash without issue, or so I thought. When the Sills crew was done wiping down my Z I got in and drove off. When I got back home I began checking the tire pressure for each tire, starting on the passenger's side, working my way around to the driver's side and noticed a quarter sized chip in the chrome finish of the driver's side front wheel. I immediately drove back to Sills and spoke to young lady at the customer service counter, telling her and showing her what had happened. She told me she couldn't do anything, but gave me Mr. Diaz's (owner) cell phone number and instructed me that she would speak with Mr. Diaz and have him call me, he never called. Two days later I called Mr. Diaz myself and while explaining what had happened he kept interrupting me ever 4-5 seconds by saying uh huh, uh huh, uh huh, very rude. Mr. Diaz said he spoke with the gentleman who drove my Z into the car wash and he didn't fess up to running the wheel into left side of the track the cars follow as they're pulled or pushed through the car wash. Mr. Diaz stated that he had reviewed the video and didn't see anything that would indicate his employee had driven my Z's front wheel into the metal track and chipped of a quarter sized section off the triple-chrome finish. At this point Mr. Diaz and I had been speaking for 4-5 minutes and that whole time he never once apologized, not once. I eventually brought that fact to his attention and grudgingly he apologized. After Mr. Diaz told me several times there wasn't anything he could do for me, I had to ask, "are you saying you're not willing to do anything, not even some free "basic" car washes and he said no, no way. Then Mr. Diaz told me he'd be at the car wash the next day and perhaps I could stop by and we could revisit this topic. So the next day I stopped the car wash and the same young lady was working the counter. I asked to speak to Mr. Diaz and he came out of the back office, came outside and to examine my car. It was while he was looking at the front wheel while I tried to stay out of his way I happened to look down then examined the rear wheel, also on the driver's side and it too had a quarter-sized chip in the tripe-chrome finish. After being told once again about not seeing anything in the video to indicate that the employee that pulled my Z into the car wash did nothing wrong and there just wasn't anything he could do for me. So I asked Mr. Diaz was a few free $9.00 car washes worth loosing a loyal good customer? Before he left I also told him that based on his attitude I'd be writing a scathing review regarding the poor service I received at Sills in general, but the real let down was Mr. Diaz's attitude about trying to resolve mine or anybody's problem, very sad! Then Mr. Diaz just turned and walked back in the door by the customer service area without saying a word. Obviously I will not be using Sills Car Wash from here on out. And I cannot and will not be recommending anyone use Sills, there are plenty of other places to get your car washed. Michael B. read more

I took my car into wash and this is the second time the right rear view mirror was broken. they obviously have faulty equipment there. we went to the manager and also the person running the wash and was told that it is because the mirror doesn't move. what?????????????? they gave us a hard time and said the first time it was already broken. what? this is crazy their answer to us was don't come back. what?????????? what kind of a business is run on whether you have a side mirror that moves inward or not? the manager told us don't come back. anyone who will listen please don't go there. I also found that people are living in the place too.
