My biggest pet peeve when getting my hair done is that fact that most stylist will pull and tug at my hair and it's very painful for me, especially since I already have thinning and hair loss but this was not the case at all with Nano and that's the first thing I noticed. I didn't come with pictures from Pinterest like most girls do, but they still manage to get the look that I want. They are so accommodating; I had a 3pm appointment for a blowout but I change my mind last minute to have an updo and Estephanie managed to do her hair magic in 1 hr when usually an updo takes longer. 30 minutes during my hair service, I change my mind AGAIN and decided to have my makeup done by them. Luckily Victoria has no prior appointment and squeeze me in. Victoria made me look like I had an 8hr sleep and ready to party, when in reality I only had 3 hrs. Love the job they did. I went to Lush today for a trim because my hair is so damaged and needed life. I walked in without an appointment but was started immediately. I was greeted by Narine who took her time to wash my hair and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I wanted to have healthier looking hair but I was concerned about losing length. I was a little nervous because I've had experiences where the stylist completely ignored my request or did a sloppy job.
