After she stopped doing eyebrows, Ana became my favorite, and most recently I saw Mariana--and she is amazing! I did have one bad experience where my brows were left a little uneven and thinner than I like, but I decided to give them another chance, and I'm so glad I did. Since then, they have not disappointed. The quality of work here is incredible. I've paid $60-$80 for eyebrow services elsewhere and honestly gotten the same or even better results here. The second time I went, I had a different person doing my facial, and she wasn't as through as the first person, but it was ok. Getting your underarm waxed here isn't painful. I booked the $19 brow cleanup online as opposed to the $25 'brow shaping'. When I got in she did my brows but when I went to pay she charged me the $25. When I clarified that's not what I booked she said I had waited too long since my last appointment (it was the second time I was there, it had probably been 3 months) and that my brows were too overgrown for just a cleanup. She did not apologize, in fact I was made to feel ashamed that I didn't book the appropriate service. First of all, if there is a regulation like this it needs to be stated on the website when people are booking. But how can they know how long it's been since your last appt unless it was also with them? She also should've told me as soon as I sat down in the chair that she wouldn't be able to do what I booked and that there would be an additional charge.
