While I was in the area shopping, I noticed the Lush sign and decided to stop in for old times' sake. This used to be one of my favorite stores years ago, though I eventually drifted away from it. If you haven't visited in the past five years or so, it's definitely worth another look -- the brand has evolved quite a bit. The staff at this location were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They offered thoughtful recommendations for both skincare and hair care based on specific concerns I mentioned, which I really appreciated. I also left with samples of the products I was interested in trying -- something I love that they offer, as it makes it easy to test items before committing. I was honestly surprised by how much they've expanded their product line. In addition to their classic bath and body items, they now carry makeup and even toothpaste. Overall, it was a great experience and a refreshing reminder of why I enjoyed the brand in the first place. I'll definitely be back! read more

It was so AMAZING!! This was the first time I've ever been to a Lush store and all of the employees were just so kind and sweet, they checked up on me multiple times throughout my visit. You can really tell that they love being here and everyone was just so friendly. The products were also amazing!! Lots of different unique scents and products, including ones that I've never even heard of before - ranging from body conditioners to dusting powder to face masks!! I've never reviewed any place that I've been to before but I just had to after visiting here! 5 stars and then beyond that if I could. read more

A great gal helped me out in the store today. This was my 1st ever time in a Lush Fresh store. I got some shower gels, a shampoo bar and a hand lotion. These were gift for my man. They had lots of scents to choose from. And bath bombs for days. I also liked that they promote earth friendly packaging and gift bag options. I will return to this location for sure. read more

First time ever at a Lush! Maddison was super helpful guiding me thru the things I was interested in trying out for my first buy and showed me how to use the items! It's located on Main Street in the southlake town center near Starbucks, Milwaukee joes, and the city hall building for those needing a reference. Hopefully making it easier to not have to be looking left and right with an oh no there it is! Front counter staff was super friendly as well! I love the natural products here, can't wait to try what I got and come back again. My son (3) LOVES to pretend he's a scuba diver in his baths, obviously we could pretend without a bath bomb but who would want to? We go to Lush in southlake (love the location) about once a month to reload our bath bomb stash. My son requests to go here, he runs through the doors and gets to picking out his goodies. Every so often (only has happened 2x) an employee will let him put a broken on in the sink and watch it, this is so special for him and my 1yo daughter loves this part also, she really enjoys anything that makes bubbles. We mainly buy the robot due it being safe for sensitive skin, the smell is nice and it easily breaks into several pieces allowing us to use it in multiple baths. Another favorite is the rocket ship that's blue, that one always cracks my kids up! Recently we discovered a "popcorn" one that shot pop rocks (or something very similar) into the water, both kids thought that was magic. We typically spend $60-$80 each visit. I know that's insane, especially when it's bath bombs for the kids but they willingly hop in the tub and are excited to get clean. I have tried several lush products on myself, bar lotion, bar soap, bar shampoo, bar conditioner, various face masks and face cleaners. I like to try new things, sometimes a product doesn't work at all and I was told by an employee to just bring back the product for a refund, I'm more willing to try something knowing they back their product and are understanding that not everything works the same for everyone. They recently started a program to teach your spending, so far there is zero benefits to joining but I'm told they plan on doing some type of reward system this year, I'll keep using my number for now but I don't love the tracking strictly for data farming so if I don't see any benefits coming I'll likely skip entering my number. This is a good Lush location! Parking is notoriously difficult in Southlake Town Square, but thankfully this store is on a corner and there is a larger parking lot behind it. The staff here are always friendly (as they are in every Lush) and were really helpful when I had questions about the conditioner bar. They gave me great recommendations based on what I was looking for. I have several Lush products that I use daily - the shampoo and conditioner bars (life changing!), a toner spray, and the lip balm. I love all of their products and their mission. I have been to some locations that are cramped and a bit stressful; this one has ample space for all of their products. My only complaint is a few times I went and they were out of the shampoo bar I use; since I am from out of town it is not easy for me to just go back a few days later to purchase it when it's back in stock. Went to the store this past Saturday. There was no clear direction that you should wait outside of the store until being asked to come in. Completely understand the capacity concerns, but please put a sign out or have a team member directing near the entrance. The woman who was managing the entering/exiting system (including washing hands) was UNBELIEVABLY rude. Extremely condescending and talked down to us as she provided directions. We felt very unwelcome in the store and immediately wanted to leave. The other team members were kind and helpful. Would recommend going to the Dallas store locations over this one. Products are great, along with the company mission. I think this location is just poorly managed and needs some team training on treating people kindly. read more

Being safe during these times are completely warranted. What's not warranted is how aggressive the lady that helped us was. As soon as we walked in we thought we were in trouble. She treated us like we were children in kindergarten. And while we were there she was not nearly as aggressive with anyone else. She told the gentleman that was with us to keep his hands in his pockets like he was a child. Then let people with their Starbucks come in and touch everything. I did not appreciate feeling attacked like I myself was bringing the COVID into the store. We have shopped at lush for years and this was literally the worst experience. I work at a movie theater restaurant and have a lot of new rules but would never treat someone like a toddler that cannot keep their hands to themselves. So disappointed. read more

I had been meaning to stop in here for some time. I haven't used Lush products in ages. About 20 years ago, to be exact. When they were still based in London. But I had a gift card and was looking forward to exploring what they had. I was so pleasantly surprised by the layout of the store. It was so open and inviting. Each item has an open container to smell or feel. Making it so easy to decide on what you liked. I can't say enough about the staff. When deciding between two products, I was taken to a washing basin where the the most helpful staff member gently and expertly tried them out on me. It was very helpful. You could tell that she really knew the products and cared about my experience. It was refreshing. This place is life changing! I have the most sensitive skin you can imagine and I am allergic to synthetic "fragrance" which they put in literally almost everything. I always struggle to find products I can use and I assumed Lush was like bath and body works and I wouldn't be able to use one thing in the whole store. Well, I was very wrong! Everything in Lush is 100% natural and they use essential oils instead of harsh chemicals to achieve the desired goal of the product. Everything I have got here is absolutely amazing. My skin has never looked better. It is clear, blemish free and rash free and always feels and looks better than ever. The staff here is super helpful and nice and if you have a weird reaction with a product you buy you can bring it back! They also gave me a sample of something I was interested in trying. My favorites are the celestial moisturizer and the angles on barre skin face wash it's a must buy! read more

They was so amazing, had excellent customer service, and they were incredibly personable and truly kind. Bryce helped me find some products to treat myself, gave me a reason to smile, and lifted my day in a way he couldn't possibly know. Walked in on a Monday 11/18/19 around 6:30. Nobody was in the store and there were about 6+ employees just talking to themselves and doing nothing important. Was there for about 10 minutes looking around for skincare and such. Nobody came and helped us. Terrible customer service and they would rather have their own conversations then do their job.
