I had no time to go back and change my nails and I rarely get them done but I had a special event coming up.

However, my concern lies with the timing and quality of service I received. I walked in at 7:39 PM, unaware that they closed at 8:00 PM. If that was an issue, it would've been completely understandable for someone to kindly let me know they were closing soon and ask if I'd prefer to come back the next day. Instead, I was met with visible irritation. My pedicure began at 7:39 PM and polish started at 8:02 PM--meaning the entire service lasted just about 24 minutes. For a spa pedicure, that's far below the standard. No part of the price was adjusted despite the shortened service, and I definitely felt rushed through a process that should've taken 45 to 60 minutes. It felt incomplete and not worth the full price I paid. Honestly, it's a gamble. You might get the full experience, or you might get a rushed version like I did. Either way, the price remains the same. I'll need another pedicure within a week--when typically, I can go two weeks without a problem. This just didn't meet expectations. A disappointing visit, especially considering I had no other availability in my schedule.
