I walked into this nail salon thinking it was a Lush Nail Bar salon (I was traveling the next day and did not have time to drive to my salon). What a mistake that was!!! -The lady that did my pedicure was pulling and bending my toes to get them in the "right position".. she managed to nick my toes twice making them bleed.. NO APOLOGY in the meantime. When I went, "ouch", she glared at me and started mumbling to herself. She got a 10% undeserved tip that she AGAIN, mumbled about.. Fast forward to me walking the streets of Spain with an infected toe (around the nail". I had to go spend 15€ to get an antibiotic spray and cream. I could not wear my sneakers or my nicer shoes as planned. I'm shuffling around in my Birkenstock sandals cursing this woman with every painful step I'm making!! If you value your health and want to pamper yourself with a manicure, do not go near this sorry nail salon. read more

I was visiting from out of town and had dip nails done 6 days ago. Because I have had this type of nails for about 10 months (every 3 weeks), their procedure was different than I had experienced (only went under the lights after the last coat, where normally you go under after each coat). Already 3 nails have broken (never had one break before) and believe that they did not do my nails correctly. The atmosphere was beautiful, however the employees seemed very unhappy. This was a very disappointing experience. The technician who did my nails was extremely rough, and my nails were actually hurting by the time I left the salon. When he asked if I wanted them shorter, I said just a little bit, but he ended up clipping them all the way down to the tips of my fingers. To make matters worse, the very next day, every single nail started chipping at the ends. I ended up having to file them down even shorter myself just to keep them from looking terrible. Overall, it was a really unpleasant experience, and I will not be returning. I would recommend finding another salon. read more

One of the male techs today was too rough and I literally have bruises on my legs from the experience.

I was a walk-in on Saturday 12/13 for a polish change. The tech filed my nails and polished them with one coat of color and one coat of topcoat. They had jagged edges and were chipped by Monday (12/15). She tried to charge me $20 instead of $15 until I asked her about it (I didn't get a full manicure or cuticle trimming). She was also not very friendly, which I could have dealt with if she had at least been professional. I would go somewhere else. read more

This place was just ok. The ladies in the salon were very nice, the prices were modest, but it lacked some of the je-ne-sais-quoi from some of the more upscale places in the vicinity. For a spur of the moment trip with the kiddo - perfect. If you are looking for luxurious and spoiled, maybe one of the others is a better fit. read more

I dont super know how to rate Lush Nail Salon... So, they have those character kids chairs, which is why we went there in the first place. My daughter earned a mommy daughter day out and opted for nails. Service with her was amazing...they took care with her nails and cuticles and expertly painted polish on those ity bity nails (she is 7). The nail artist even added some flowers to her big toe as an added bonus. We paid with cash and got even more of a discount than the already (seemingly) inexpensive service. Went back again and this time I got a mani/pedi as well. The pedicure was awesome and I truly bad about bringing my feet in the state they were in...however, the technician was kind and didnt appear to be blabbing my horrible feet business to the other technicians (which was my fear). However, my cuticles got infected in several places after the service. I wash my hands a lot but I feel like maybe they cut too far and it was painful for a few days. That is my only complaint though. We have been back since for my daughter. I just opted to watch this time. We got more nail art with her and I am grateful to the technician for making her experiences wonderful. So you see, I dont really know how to rate them... read more

They had to have 3 different people attempt at the design I showed them prior to the service never once did anyone say they couldn't do it. Also for some odd reason my nails look pink shiny blue. First and last time here. Went in for SNS on my hand and regular on my feet. Hasn't been a week and one of my SNS cracked and came off and my toes are chipping already. I am giving this place 4 stars because the service was impeccable and my pedicure was perfect. However I was very unhappy with my manicure! My thumb nail cracked within the 2nd day! I went back and they gladly fixed it and added another coat to my nails without charging me. However my SNS nails all cracked within 1 1/2 weeks which has never happened to me before. Im an SNS regular and I'm not sure if it's the quality of the SNS powder they use here or the application method. Nevertheless I received great service and I was happy with my pedicure! read more

This salon is hands down the worst I've ever been to. They were so rushy and rude with a total could care less attitude. Assuming the owner of this salon cares, they need to train Tammy on the correct way to treat people/paying customer's. If you have gel polish, don't let Tammy do them. I left with Un-smooth nails and she didn't use a primer. When I asked her about it, she said "If you have problem, I use when you come back." At this point, the base coat was already on and cured. I should have been watching instead of attempting to relax. Anyone who's had gel polish for a while, understands the importance of using a primer. Just find another salon. March 14, 2023 at 5 PM for a service of Fill-in, two nail repair (pinky fingers) and royal pedicure. I have coffin shaped long nails and upon my arrival the nail technician looked at my nails and proceeded to start the service. Not only did she improperly remove the broken pinky nails but the drill also cut my cuticle and caused it to bleed. Not once did she say we are not equipped for long nails she processed to put two tips on top of one another. She never asked if I liked or if that was okay. I even asked her about the shape of my nails. She also never removed the lifted acrylic prior to applying more acrylic. Once she applied the acrylic to my nails, it was not filed properly. Since having this poor service my nails are painful and need to be removed immediately to heal! read more

I came here for my birthday to get a pedicure. It had been forever and I wanted to treat myself. When i came once before it was a pleasant experience but it's a little pricey. I sat in the chair and she started working on me. She dug into my cuticles on my big toe they started gushing blood and I was in so much pain. It was rinsed and I started to feel better but when the leg massage started it was so hard it was torture. I literally had bruises on my legs for a few days after. Normally I love a deep massage but that was terrible. I also noticed that a group of ladies came in and were offered wine, water, or soda. I was offered nothing. I had to ask someone to get a water. Walked in and requested pink and white SNS. Had to wait about 15 minutes for the nail tech to finish someone else, not too bad. The nail job however is awful. White lines are uneven, some thick some thin, one side curves while the other is straight. Couldn't even get the nail shape right rounding one side of the nail but leaving the other side square. It's been 2 days and the top coat is peeling. In the time I was there, 3 other people were complaining about the quality of service. I didn't want to stay another hour to have them redo my nails so I paid and left. Won't be back. Positive note, staff was friendly and place was clean. read more

I had high expectations of this salon. I am new to the area and I was looking for a quality salon, but from the greeting to the rushed color selection there was zero customer service. (I was asked at least three times in a few minutes period if I had made my selection, finally they practically picked the color, which I did like so they do know what they are doing when it comes to color and skin tone but why the rush(?) I have no idea because they had several employees sitting around waiting for customers) Now on to the gel manicure that I had asked for. It started well enough and then the lady started cutting my cuticles, all the while cheating up her coworkers and not paying attention to what she was doing. Soon she took a fairly large chunk of skin off of one of my fingers. After that it was down hill, from practically no apology to what turned out to be a very sloppy paint job. First visit yesterday & was very impressed! I got the $30 pedicure which included, a scrub, a mud mask & hot stone massage. I did gel polish instead of reg & the $15 up charge for that was a little shocking but nonetheless it was an amazing pedicure! Also for a regular gel manicure and they were very helpful with trying to get me the right pink that i wanted! They were fast & efficient. I was only in there maybe an hour. Worst experience. Took 45 mins just to seat us, after seating us we waited another 15 mins just for them to start on one of us. They were very disrespectful and harsh while giving the services. Having just moved back to the Marietta area I was in need of a new place. I have been here twice now and the female owner is one of the rudest people I have been around! First time they were not busy and if you don't pay the big bucks for the pricier pedicures they spend no time at all! I am VERY disappointed with Lush Nail Salon, I honestly thought this was going to be my "nail home" after being in Georgia for a little shy of 6 months and finally finding a nail technician that is absolutely amazing (Nina) After my last visit on 11.28.2015 i wasn't impressed at all, especially when i went back the following friday to see if I could get my nails and toes fixed because the previous tech although she was super sweet just didnt do a great job! After sitting there for about 10 mins totally ignored i grabbed the polish off the shelf and fixed my own toes, this was the day before my trip (caymen islands for 5 days) and i didnt have time to sit and wait for someone to acknowledge me! On 12.8.2015 i called to make an appointment with NINA (my usual tech) and was given the run a round about her being on vacation, her family being sick, and her being off! I asked several times if she still worked there and was told that she did, she was just going to be out for a while! I knew something wasn't right and had they just been honest with me i probably would have scheduled something with (vince) he gets pretty great reviews! After searching facebook and google for 2 days something brought me back here to YELP where i see Nina left a review for her loyal clients, i was able to contact her and anyone wishing to visit Nina at her new place please feel free to contact me! Quite possibly the worst pedicure I've ever had. I left with cuts on three separate toes, uneven toe nails, and paint that chipped a day later. I know you're wondering why I didn't say anything, but that's because I had my nieces with me who are 8. I was focused on them because they were sitting in ADULT sized chairs EVEN AFTER I called days ahead and made an appointment for their birthday SPECIFICALLY REQUESTING the kid chairs. In fact, that's the reason I chose this place. When I said something to them, they said, "Well, someone's in them." Even with cheap prices.....not worth it. I visited this salon and joined a group of patrons to wait to be checked in. I was ignored for about ten minutes before someone even acknowledged me. I was eventually seated and showed the technician my reference pic. She got to work and kept getting up and doing other things in the middle of my service. I came in with a broken nail and she used a curved nail tip to fix it, making one nail curved while the others were straight. She used clear acrylic and added no color to the nail to hide underside of my nails, and you could also see the colors from my last two manicures flecked through the acrylic, trapped inside. She finished and I was horrified by the end product but I was in such a rush I had to leave immediately. After that, the tip of my thumbnail cracked right off. I came back the next day after work and politely asked for a refund. The technician who worked on me got in my face and started challenging me and became aggressive. The manager just let her talk to me like that and was patronizing toward me. I asked for my money back and she said she could only give me half of my money. The tech was still yelling across the salon to challenge me as I spoke to the manager. I gave up and took her up on getting half of my money back. COMPLETELY unprofessional and no integrity when it comes to the quality of their work. While I was being refunded the manager kept saying "you waited too long." Over and over as if I didn't understand her the first thousand times she said it. I have never in my life had such a horrible experience at a nail salon, I cannot believe I have to sit here and write this review as I am normally such a pushover and never leave negative reviews but my experience was so exceptionally bad that I feel obligated to warn others. read more
