Lena and Emma were great. Lena did my pedicure and she was one of the first nail techs I've had in a LONG time that had a fun and friendly personality. That has been what's been missing for me at other places I've been. I actually felt like a client versus just a fast service "in and out". Lena does an AMAZING massage and she doesn't take "short cuts", she stayed after hours making sure I got the full pampering treatment. Unfortunately that is hard to come by in nail salons..... but not with Lena. She does it! And Emma was wonderful with my gel nails. Shape is even and great looking. Shiny. They also communicated with each other for my behalf and I was again impressed and surprised because at most places they aren't friendly like that. Emma complimented my color I chose and took her time. She didn't rush. They were also very nice at checkout making sure to thank me and wish me well. I have been coming here for 5 years. I live in Woodstock and come to Roswell and Parisian Nails because Tony and Leigh are THE BEST!!!

I've been going to this nail salon for about a year. My nails kept breaking off and then I met a wonderful woman that talked me into gel X. She said it was lighter and would last longer. My nails continue to break. Toa fixed them after my 3rd visit. I loved the shape, so I went to her to try something different. I went back in after four broke off in less than two weeks and asked for them to give me acrylic nails, so they charged me for a full set. I had a bad experience because my nails would not last. I just left this business after they refused to fix two nails after a little over 2 weeks. I don't do a lot of activities with my hands. So they should definitely last about four weeks. Do not come here because it's a rip off. read more

Salon seems clean enough, but some of the staff was rude and nail job was not worth the money. The lady beside me had to ask the tech to change out her pedicure water after the tech working on the customer beside her flew that other customer's nails all over her and in her water. However, today I had a reservation for 12 and was not seated until 12:30pm, with someone different than I booked and she was working on 2 people's nails at a time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS SALON. Like others who had a bad experience, so did my daughter. She went to get an SNS manicure and was upcharged for a shape that her nails already were (almond). Taking advantage of young people is ridiculous. Her money holds just as much value as others. Even worse is that they mangled her fingers with the drill. SEVERAL cuts that are now swollen and painful. I went back to the salon today with her to show them, and they came up with every excuse...they don't look swollen, I don't know how that could have happened, we just need to wait for them to heal. HEAL?!? Why was the nail tech more careful? They did not even stop what they were doing when she was bleeding! A nail service is supposed to be an enjoyable event...a luxury. Not here! What if it was her prom or wedding day? They didn't seem to care that they injured her. They gave her a $20 gift card (she was charged $68 and she tipped), because that was "all they could do"--no refund. You are providing a service. I had my first visit at the East Cobb location & was very impressed! The front is organized & even if they get swamped, not one person is sitting down. They keep you informed of the wait, or will discuss the different options available for Mani&pedi's. ***I have to say this since I work in the medical field...one of the cleanest salons I have been to!! The manicure and pedicure were actually very nice (though overpriced at $70+ for a plain polish mani/pedi). However, they rushed us out 30 minutes prior to closing before my polish was dry (I assume so they could close early). In their rush to put my shoes on, they caught on my toes and smeared the polish on my sandals. I noticed the smeared polish shortly after I left, but they were closed by the time I returned. When I came back the next day, I waited 30 minutes to be put in a chair and an additional 15 minutes to be seen. They couldn't find the nail polish that had been applied the night before, so they told me to pick a different color because they "didn't have time" to find the color to match. They get 3 stars for the mani/pedi and the fix (which looked nice). However, for such a pricey experience, I expect better customer service - especially since I had to make multiple trips for a mistake they made. I won't be going back. read more

I came in and got a gel manicure, gel pedicure and an eyebrow wax. I was going to florida for a week so I wanted to have a little glam day. this place ruined my trip. my nails had these weird bubbles on them, they were chipping and because of how he stripped the gel from before, my nails were cracking down the middle which has NEVER happened. they dont want to refund me and i have been waiting over 30 minutes for someone to tell me if they can fix this. I've been going to Parisian Nails for over 2 years now and have never been disappointed. I do make an appointment given my schedule, so I don't know about "walk ins" but I've never had an issue and the people are very nice. Yen is the absolute best. At other places I've tried in the past, my toes would hurt for days after because they'd cut too far or dig in too much trying to "help". Yen always does them just right and I've never had any pain, even when I go longer between visits longer than I should haha. I gave this place 3 attempts. The first time Tee did my sns nails. I had to come back 3 days later because the ends were chipping off. Vivian fixed them for me. The second time I gave Tee another try, but had to come back a couple days later for a broken nail... which Vivian was going to fix but then they were able to find Tee. Today, I went in at 4:30 for a SNS manicure and a pedicure and was stuck there until 7:10pm due to multiple issues with varied thickness of the SNS coat and then the top coat peeling up. Finally got everything fixed before I left, but I can't justify returning. As I was walking out I saw Vivian and she said, "See you tomorrow" and we both laughed. The prices are about 15% higher than the other salon I go to, and the work is not as good. I gave them 1 star for having a beautiful interior and 1 star for having friendly, organized and helpful receptionists. If you decide to give them a try despite the reviews, ask for Vivian. She seems like she knows what she's doing. read more

2020 update: Jenna is absolutely amazing! Her friendliness and attention to detail is awesome. I always look forward to seeing her and the whole Perisian family! 2019 update-Last fall they moved into their new location. It's stunning. Vicki had been doing my nails exclusively every two weeks, for over a year. I was heartbroken when she left but they made transitioning to a new technician very easy. Julie and Jenna have both been doing my nails since and they're phenomenal I have been going to this location for years now. They whole Parisian family has always been amazing to me not only by greeting me by name and fitting me in whenever possible, but making accommodations for me when I was confined to a wheelchair last year. I've been seeing Tran for years now. She's absolutely amazing! I highly, highly recommend her. I've never had a bad gel manicure. They're always perfect! Vicki is also amazing! Anyone giving this place less than 5 stars does not know quality. First of all.. the place is cleaner than most doctors offices. impeccable! Secondly the check in process is quick and painless.. Third.. i was blown away by the organization of the color choices. You can literally pick your own color gel, powder, or plain old nail polish and hand deliver it to the nail tech! this knowing what your getting. and lastly... the place was busy! as I didn't plan ahead for a couple nails to break on a holiday weekend... was one of the only places open. my nail tech Chi Chi was able to do an SNS manicure, and a gel pedicure in less than 2 hours. and.... she will be my new go to. my mani looks amazing. :) Go try this place!! read more

Went to get a mani and pedi here today and I wasn't expecting this, but I walked into a beautiful updated nail salon! Some of the pictures here are outdated and you should keep scrolling to find the new photos recently posted by the business owner. The decor definitely has a lush feeling which is what I always wanted in a place where I go to indulge myself, and because of that only, it will make me want to go back. The salon is located in the Avenues at East Cobb, right next to a Panera Bread. It took me a while to find it but you can't miss it once you get on the street because it is a very big nail salon. I got a pedi and as most nail places, they hand you a menu. I decided to get the signature pedi which is a normal pedi plus the callous removal and the hot towel. This pedi costed me $37 - It is not cheap. Their cheapest pedi is the express, which gives you your basic pedicure minus the callous removal and the hot towel. I wanted that hot towel so bad! That pedi is $27. I splurged tonight. I went for a regular gel manicure. They had a nice selection and on trend colors as well as good brands. The service was ok. The ladies were super sweet and they worked fast but didn't seem rushed. The lady who gave me a pedi was careful and patient enough to deal with my ticklish-antics. The only reason why I didn't give this place a 5-star.. maybe not just yet is because they didn't offer me a drink. I know that sounds petty, but the lady who got sat down after me got offered a drink, but I didn't. For spending $90 with tip, I didn't get a drink and I feel like I should. I think I can complain about that because it is a little pricier than other/most places. Other than that, the place is solid. Liked that they accommodated me as a walk-in and also liked that they are open till 8. Also bonus points for having ample parking outside. Will I come back again if I have the extra money to splurge, sure! And perhaps next time I will get my free drink finally. :) read more

Honestly, I've been here twice. The first time I came was okay. I received the classic pedicure and got a full set of acrylics. The acrylics were rushed and very thin and wonky. The pedicure was amazing but rushed despite me and my friend being the only ones in the store at the time. I returned recently to give them another try. I asked for the same thing pedicure and nails. This time was worse. I was never asked what I wanted for my nails and the lady was snatching and yanking my hand into hers. It was extremely aggressive and rushed. I felt uncomfortable the entire time. My pedicure was fine, but again, rushed. I am a server and I can understand not having a good day or being busy, or even just making mistakes every now and then but, they lacked basic customer service. Will not be returning. read more

After having a few people recommending me this place I decided to check it out. Since it's at a very nice area I figured the service would be decent, but man was I wrong. I arrived and was greeted by the receptionist, she was okay, not the nicest. And a nail tech was also sitting upfront and she stared at me with a very unpleasant face which made me very uncomfortable. The receptionist took me to a station where my technician shortly came after, she was nice, I showed her what I wanted, nothing too crazy, it was a basic pinkish polish with a gold line in the middle, my coworker had hers done somewhere else and it looked awesome so I decided to try too.... She took care of my cuticles in less than 2 minutes, did an awful job for that matter. Painted it super fast, didn't care to clean up the smudges, and when it was time to draw the lines she rushed even more, it was super half a**ed considering I paid $19 for a 10 minute manicure. I've been a frequent customer at this location but over the years the salon hasn't been able to keep up with the times regarding types of nail services and unfortunately the way they manage the work is unacceptable because you literally could be waiting 2 hours (without them communicating to you in advance of the wait so you can determine if you want to stay) or they let the same technician do your pedicure and nails which means another 2 hour wait (again.... they don't tell you this information in advance). It's so sad, because all they have to do is be upfront with the customer on expectations. It really does leave a bad impression for such a nice looking establishment.
