If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. My nails are trashed because of them and the corners were so sharp I had to physically cut them and file them myself at home. Booking an appointment was easy! The salon is very clean and organized! The nail technicians I've encountered is talented and friendly. Although I do feel like they over charged me on my last set--I got a normal gel set and I was charged $65. ALSO I would recommend asking for the breakdowns at checkout just to be sure since the man who sits at the desk never do. At other salons, I was only charged $35 for the same set which.. is the same quality of work. I came here multiple times and they NEVER took temperature checks but for some reasons.. today, the guy who always sit at the check in desk- who I assume is one of the owners gave me and 3 of my friends a weird look and suddenly pulled out the temperature machine to check just me and my friends. Which I find it odd because he didn't check the other clients that came in but only ours!!! He asked me to wait outside in the car while I was waiting for my friends to be done which I find it understandable because of COVID -- but it's just a what the heck moment lol Just sad that I actually really liked this place. He also always ask for tips upon checking out which it's so unnecessary since tips is AN OPTION but he always ask customers and put them in a pressured position. (By the way, I always tip! I just hear him asking other customers all the time.) Sadly, I will no longer recommend this nail salon to anyone again or come here again after this experience. read more

Hailey & Kim are some of thee best nail artists I've ever had. This salon is very clean and most are very very friendly. I would recommend if you go to this salon have a YOUNGER nail artist do your nails, they seem to know best for this style of nail. You bring a picture and they will make it come to life if not better. The puff balls also aren't the best because the magnet kinda sucks but that's all puff balls. This salon is very clean and in a nice location, but I did not have the best experience here! My first dip powder mani looked beautiful but after a few days, I began to see a crack in my topcoat - which I know from experience can happen with dip when the layers are not applied even. I don't mind when it happens because nobody is perfect, so I called to go back and get them fixed. They were 'fixed' by a woman who did not originally do my nails, and just 1 hour I began to see cracks again. One big crack in my thumb. I'm sad because I wanted these nails to last until my birthday next week, but I will probably have to go somewhere else to get them re-done! Honestly really dissatisfied and disappointed. My nails look rushed and sloppy. I asked the girl to square my nails but keep the length and she insisted only way she could square them is by clipping them, "because thats easier". The polish was applied unevenly and far from my cuticles. All nails ended up different lengths. I will say the employees are pleasant and the location seemed clean and lively. I give a 3 for now until I can find out the nail artist who likes doing nail art! I really do love their photos of all the cute designs they have on their website but I haven't been able to get set up with the right person there who actually likes doing nail art! Also Sometimes it's kind of confusing when trying to change your nail designs up from the last set... I usually have always just just got fills for my fake nails nails and then I love to change up the design too of course but from my experience here, they told me almost every time that you have to get a brand new set done and have the old nails taken off if you want to have a different nail design, thats from what I understood when I'd show a picture of my nail inspiration. I just really love all the nail art/designs you can do with nails so whoever likes doing them nail designs I really need to find out what her name is so I can start asking for her all the time when I come here so if anyone can tell me a name that would be amazing of you! I'm just really shy when it comes to asking for what I truly want for my nails or I just don't have the extra time for a new set to be done, it's kinda a long process and even when I'm paying for it all I still get scared to ask lol I'm not sure why... but so far I've got a good experience here at lush nails and I will keep coming back until I can finally find the women who does all the beautiful nail art because I'm trying to transition into having my nails designs be super cute all the time!! read more

First & LAST time there! I tried them only because my niece recommended them. The place smells like you're inside a bottle of polish. (Yes, I know it's a nail salon, but others have better ventilation so they don't.) I'm not sure if the towels were clean they had so many stains/old acrylic (I hope) stuck to them. Tools used for my pedicure did not appear to be freshly sanitized & then my nail tech went straight to the next person without sterilizing tools in-between, so I'm guessing they weren't. Cut my nails TOO short & then left jagged edges. "Manicure" was just 2 quick coats of polish - one she smudged. When I pointed it out to the manager/guy at the front walking around rushing them all, he first said I did it, then said, "the polish just looks like that". I ended up coming home removing the polish she did, reshaping all of my nails & re-polishing them myself. That's a $100 I'll never get back, but they'll also never see me again. read more

Nail tech trinh mind you appointment confirmation said Wendy did this work in the picture I asked for coffin medium and this is what I got. My nail appointment was at 5:15 didn't sit down until after 5:15 . This was my first time coming to this nail shop and my experience was horrible . I got a full set and ask for coffin and when I told her to cut them short I am expecting her to cut them in that shape instead she left square after she applied the gel to my nails she started to file them and I asked was these coffin cuz they don't look like and I showed her a pic she got irrited and said my manager will come fix her manager come and re shape them to what's in the pic and then have me go wash my hands put clear gel polish on and that it's I asked if she was going to do the design that the nail tech took wit her phone and she ask the nail tech and she said she wasn't sure mind they didn't do the file the nails and shaping the cuticle after they apply the gel no buffing nothing they seemed very irritated with me and also proceed to talk about in their language which I clearly understood the manager saying cuticle and coffin shape I paid 65 for what's below and that's not what I asked for it's sad that this my first time come if there and get treated as such not to mention to expect to pay for service that I didn't ask for !!! I went to Lush to get my gel acrylic nails filled. She added too much acrylic powder to one hand so it was too thick and bumpy and did not even ask what shape I wanted my nails so they were different shapes and lengths, and I paid $45. I was very unhappy with the results so they offered to fix them. I ask for the acrylics to be taken off and just do a gel manicure and I get the same nail technician that messed up my nails in the first place. She starts filing the acrylic off, but proceeds to cut the live skin off surrounding my cuticle on almost all of my fingers. Do not recommend going, you can get better treatment elsewhere for cheaper. read more

Making an appointment was easy, the salon was beautiful and the staff was exceptional! My mom and I went in for a dip and pedicure, the owner was very sweet and attentive to our requests. Sidenote, even the grinding was gentle, which is a big deal for me. They have a vast array of services and strict with Covid 19 procedures, my immunocompromised mother felt comfortable and this was the first time she was out of quarantine. I've been here twice now and both times I left somewhat satisfied but highly disappointed. The first time I came I wanted a polish change, however the lady said they could not do just a polish change because there was acrylic on my cuticles...(which I found weird) so I went ahead and told them it's fine just to take it off and do a new overlay. I asked then how much is it going to cost she told me 50, so they seemed reasonable considering take off and everything. To sum it up at checkout they told me it was 70 for the takeoff and overlay. Pretty pricey for a simple look. I wanted to give them another try and this time I came in wanting an acrylic fill. With a simple design. At the end I liked my nails but they are very thin and seems like she was in a bit of a rush (I.e putting minimal acrylic to fill in, barely using drill to smoothen application). I then asked for the cost and was told it was 60. Which was pretty shocking considering my nails took her less than an hour to do and the polish was very simple. I asked for a break down and was told the fill was $40, FILING was an extra $10 and my "design" was also $10. I asked about why I was charged for getting my GROWN OUT nails refilled and was told that's not apart of the fill in. Disappointed and will not be back not worth the money. read more

My two friends and I made an appointment to get our nails done here and were very excited. Well we all left disappointed. One friend got acrylics and the nails were extremely chunky and had random paint chunk dots all over them. I got gel nails and the lady who did them was extremely kind and did a great job. On the website showed as 30$ for gel polish but was told the price was 40$ at the end (not including tip)?? I know I didn't have anything extra for that charge. I didn't bother being assertive about it cause i knew it could possibly turn into a whole ordeal. My other friend got acrylics and they were horrible. Extremely chunky and thick and very uneven. They both paid 115$ plus dollars for mostly simple acrylic nail set. Honestly think we were being scammed with the prices, I've gone to salons that charge 70$ for a full set that look way better than theirs. My friends didn't ask to get them fixed since we had plans right after. They both actually went to get them removed at another salon a few days later. read more

I love the way they do nails and the way they style them but for lash extensions I would not go back there I asked for volume and at first I was happy with the results but when I went home my lash extensions started to irritate and fall of that same day, the next day I had an event the lashes started to go in my eyes and kept falling off at that point I couldn't deal with the pain after the event I pull them all out. When I pulled them out I notice that my lash extensions were clumped together worst pain ever. read more

I have gone to lush nails since the Covid restrictions were lifted and I will never go again! The last 3 experiences I've had were terrible! Nails not staying on, gel polish coming off within days of getting my nails done done, having a nail redone and the technician put too much glue under the nail so it was sticking up and not flat. Today was the final straw for me. I had an appointment at 4pm and I walked out at 5:20 because I still hadn't been helped. Multiple people left without getting service as well and there were people waiting in pedicure chairs and at nail stations not being helped for 30+ minutes. There were a few walk-ins that the male receptionist told them to come back in 30 minutes. They were not going to get in in 30 minutes. I refuse to ever go back again and I caution others to beware as they are not professional with how they treat customers and the technicians are not the greatest. You definitely need to find the good technicians and that is rare. read more

I've had 3 of the same pedicure selection and yet, all were different and none included everything on their list of what's included. Then today, 3 of us had a 4 pm appt for a full set. I booked mine with a specific tech and the other 2 ladies (one was my daughter) were with whomever was available. I got started right at 4. My friend that was with was still waiting at 5:20 and just left with nothing as the manager running the front continued to skip over her. They finally got my daughter started at 5:00. She was done with her nails less than a half hour later and they were horrible! I had my daughter show the lady doing my nails and even said they were not straight. The manager then came over, filed one of her nails and looked me dead in the eye and said "better"? Even after he filed them they were horrible. No apology, no offer to discount as they were $60, and then argued with me about my friend leaving saying they were just about to get her in (an hour and a half after her appointment!!). Horrible management, horribly inconsistent service and an overall stressful environment. I've been going there since after restrictions were lifted and the manager acted like I was in the wrong. Never once apologized even after he asked why I would never be back. read more
