I truly thought he was either going to get a compressor or have lunch. He never returned. I waited another week to call Esmeralda who stated that they were "waiting to see how the owner wanted to proceed with the repair". I haven't heard back in three weeks. The request for service started back in Spring. It is now almost August. Unsure of what I paid $$ for service call. Absolutely nothing was done. I've been more than patient.

Our pool is surrounded by 40' tall live oaks which drop huge quantities of acorns, leaves and other debris, especially in the Spring. I was impressed how our cover was custom fitted and manufactured right on site at our house. The entire project took five hours. The cover has a high quality and very attractive appearance. And I thought the cost was reasonable. The cover is guaranteed for five years but it appears to be high quality and I expect it to last much longer than five years. Another big plus for us is that the leaf cover gives me peace of mind when our 13 pound dog is in our back yard.
