I reached out recently when one of those heaters failed, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. Paul, the technician, did an incredible job - he was fighting for my warranty and had the new replacement swapped out in no time. Sheri went above and beyond as well; she actually came out personally on site to meet with the Jandy representatives to prove the unit needed to be completely replaced.
