When it was time to wash out the color, she yelled from the other side of the salon that she was ready for me. I should have left then - but I didn't and she butchered my hair so badly that I tear up every time I look in the mirror. Cut off about 4 inches when I said I just wanted 2 inches, and cut uneven layers in my very thin hair. The root touch up looks like someone dumped brown paint on the top of my head - not blended in, color is too dark. Unless you get a personal recommendation for a particular stylist, I'd be wary. Now I have to try to find someplace else where I can go to get it fixed.

But she was even more ill at that point and I told her I was going to cancel and I didn't go back. This is not any bad review about the actual salon. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Not worth the price for that type of service. I am sure the other stylists are fabulous but I moved on. I hope she is okay. This was last year that it happened. I switched to a different salon.
