In case you didn't know, LUSH is dog friendly! Located on the ground floor of La Encantada, they carry an extensive selection of bath and hair products, with testers available. Friendly staff who are happy to help. I had to wait at the register for a while, and some testers are old and have no smell, but otherwise this is a great LUSH. It's good retail therapy, and fun to browse even if you don't have anything specific in mind. read more

BIRTHDAY PARTY AT LUSH was 10/10! Don't be fooled and think it's only for little kids! I had my 25th birthday here with 7 other girls and it was a blast. We booked the 10pm slot and had a pajama party. Lindlay was the best host! Everyone did face masks, hand masks, made our own bath bombs, got to shop around , I brought cake/ sang HBD, and got a great goody bag to take home. Definitely recommend. This place not only smells sweet but the staff are all super sweet as well. They are so super friendly and helpful. They made my daughters birthday super special with demos and free samples when we went in to go shopping. Their products are top notch quality and feel fantastic. This is a great place to get self care items or to shop for a loved one. The products are unique and known to be environmentally safe and animal cruelty free. We love their bath bombs, shower gels, body creams, lip balms and basically everything they offer. The new location they moved to across from the old spot is a lot larger now, too. While we were on our vacation, my niece began having growing pains so I told my brother and sister in law about lush and this body bar that helps with pains (my mom uses it all the time for her hip) so we went to this lush (which happens to be the first lush I ever went to a few years back) and we picked up the bar for her. I think it's called the hotty massage bar or something a long those lines! This location is in an open mall and is in a great location in my opinion. Lush is always a great place to buy your essential bath bombs, shower bombs and bubble baths. The staff here are super friendly and excellent customer service. The challenge at this location is it's size and set up. So many stores have moved around in this mall, this store is in a need of a move, and to a much larger space. It's claustrophobic feeling, you can hardly walk around or be helped effectively between not being able to walk the two sides and let people by. We all know the store will do great wherever they go- everyone loves Lush. It's time to upgrade the space. read more

I've walked into MANY Lush stores... all their products are out, in your face, it all looks completely foreign, staff is in your face asking you questions while you're trying to read the little sign trying to figure out what that colorful glitter square is....... it's just too overwhelming and I've walked out. I am all about 100% natural products for my kids, and while there are billions of fun color water products... they are filled with a billion chemicals that I won't let anywhere near my kids. So walking by, I thought about my kids and wanted some kind of bath fun products... (little did I know what I was getting into...) Staff was friendly, I told her what I wanted, she showed me to the bath bombs. I had no idea they came in such intense fun colors and glitter, my goodness, glitter. Had to do it, yes they were like $8, but it's for special occasions. My kids are addicts. But they are perfect little angels when they know a bath bomb could be in their future. Love, love LOVE this store. Everything smells so good and is good for your skin, hair, etc. I have terribly dry skin and hair, and the products here keep my skin in great condition (plus they all smell fabulous.) Sadly, I don't have a tub, so I can't indulge in the bath bombs, but they have enough other things that I don't feel left out. The only issue I have is that I live far away and can't mail order some of my favorite items, cos they'll melt. But that's not Lush's fault, so they still get 5 stars. I go to this Lush About once every 3 weeks. And today 9/21/2020 around 1:00pm. had a not so great of an experience. There were two people working in the shop. The man working was very nice but the girl working was very rude. Did not want to help and acted like she did not want to be there. I asked for a sample and it was like it was a chore for her. My wife and I live in Sierra Vista, so whenever we visit Tucson, we try to visit Lush. This past weekend, we stopped in, and we couldn't be happier with the service. I can't recall the gentleman's name that helped us, younger guy with longer hair/ponytail, but he was beyond awesome. He was very helpful, patient, and directed us to some great products that we hadn't seen before. He was very friendly. Not sure if he is a manager or not, but that man deserves a raise. THIS MY FAVORITE LUSH LOCATION. Not because of it's size or any additional products that they offer (if anything, I feel that the location is a bit small) --I just love how their employees provide excellent customer service. I've been there 3 times and was kindly offered samples each visit (I've been to several locations in California and Washington but never knew that samples were an option because you pretty much had to ask). The employees are super helpful, knowledgeable, and are great providing additional info you might want to know --as well as giving you space if you already know what you want or just want to browse. During my visit a few weeks ago, and I saw an employee signing (using sign language) to a customer she recognized and later (not sure if it was the same employee) speak Spanish to another --and my heart melted. I thought this was incredibly beautiful. I love this place as much as I try to avoid it because I go in trying to buy specific products (gifts, etc) and end up leaving with 10 additional ones because I want to try them all. I'm not sure what the duration of their return policy is, but if you don't like something you purchased, I was told you can return it for a refund or exchange! I felt it was something comforting to know. I also want to give a shout out to the 4 employees who helped me out, but since I don't think name tags are a thing, the only name I have is Aaron (not sure if I'm spelling it right) --but he's a total sweetheart! Side note to a previous review: the one-day strike was to bring awareness to the devastation of the Amazon (aka Brazil's president yoloing hard and denying any aid to stop the *still* ongoing fire), this info was announced on a number of platforms weeks in advanced. read more

I just found my new obsession. I had no idea what this place was until this evening when my friend Tricia said "Do you want to go look at fancy bath bombs with me?!" Uh, yes please!!! The staff walked me through bath bombs, bath oils, bath spinners, bath bubbles... Wow. They there are oils, face creams, lotions, fancy soaps...and so, so much more. I finally decided on seven bath bombs, one of which was shaped like a little boat! I did also get one that looked like a peach and one that looked like an eggplant (hehehe Valentine's Day theme I guess). I got a huge bath bomb that splits open to reveal sea salts! Yep. I got some bath oils. You bet I got a lip scrub that tastes like mint and is also edible. Did I get an exfoliating soap... Yes, because a nice employee washed my hands for me to show me how great the product was. It was oddly intimate. Yes I did get the bubbling shower bomb. I did. Did I spend a good chunk of money? Lush is truly the epitome of a millennial "TREAT YO SELF" mentality, and I am 100% here for it. I love their ever changing "menu" of items, especially their cool and creative bath bombs. The bath bomb always have amazing colors, sparkles, and also don't leave crazy hard to clean residue in your bath tub. Make sure to snag your favorites, as it might not be around for long. One of my favorites was the Yellow Submarine, Beatles inspired bath bomb. I also am a huge fan of their "Sleepy" lotion. The light fragrance, and notes of lavender, is so relaxing! The perfect way to wind down with some self care for the night. Another favorite, is the "Avocado Wash" (body wash). On the other hand, I do not love their facial/skincare line as much. It was underwhelming, and didn't seem to have much of a result. P.S. Also the proximity to Nektar next door (and Creative Tribe just down the way!) makes it the perfect little shopping trip at La Encantada! read more

So I may be a guy that takes care of his skin and body more than the average person but hey what's wrong with that right. I do what I want! I was just introduce to this place by a friend who knows how complex my daily skin and body care regime are. Note when walking into this place you will smell many different scents so be prepared. Every thing here is made from scratch with organic materials and most of the products don't have preservatives in them. Which will expire but you are guarantee fresh products on your skin. I've tried and even purchased the following products: "Love lettuce", "mask of magnaminity", "cosmetic warrior", "dark angel", "vanishing cream" and "breath of fresh air". What I do love about the face mask is that they are all naturally made and refrigerated. So you will be getting fresh mask every time until the expiration date which isn't too short just have to remember to use it. They will even allow you to take free samples home to try to see if you would like to purchase a whole pot! How cool is that. I've been using their products for 2 months now and I have to say my skin has never felt better! I have Asian skin and is a bit complex to care for. But with the regime I've named above that I use, my skin has been feeling clean, soft, clear and vibrant. I could confidently say the products here has changed my life in beauty. The workers here are very friendly and will take the time out of their busy day to explain into depth what each product does and if it is right for you. I visit this LUSH location each time I'm in Tucson. The staff is always knowledgeable without being pushy. I get it, LUSH places requirements on their floor staff about interacting with customers; but in some stores it can feel a bit smothering. The staff at this store have somehow perfected the art of greeting, informing, and being available for questions, without being overbearing or pushy. I must say that I was disappointed that they were completely sold out of Comforter bath bar, this is one of the reasons I make the trek.. but it happens. I was very impressed when I asked about the larger size jar of Sleepy lotion and the sales associate said they did not carry it in this store, but knew off the top of her head that the Scottsdale location DOES carry the larger size, which works great for me, since that store is actually closer to my home when I'm not traveling. Most stores will simply refer you to the website if they don't have something in stock. Overall a great experience every time I've visited this store. I wish our LUSH store here in Scottsdale were a bit more like this one in Tucson. read more

I've ordered Lush products online before but since its the holidays, I thought I'd go to the store to see what type of holiday bath bombs they had in person. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I could be helped. Makenzie was the sales associate that helped me and she was so knowledgable and friendly. I know the difference between a bath bomb and bubble bar now...lol! It was an all around great experience from the customer service to the awesome products they have. The people there are always so friendly and happy to help out. Love the atmosphere! As far as products, I've switched off a bunch just due to cost (can't maintain usage of their products on my salary and found some other options that worked better for my skin). I really just use the cup o coffee mask pretty consistently now. My skin feels so soft after using it, great exfoliant. It also smells delicious and invigorating if you love the smell of coffee! I also still use their enchanted eye cream. I think it's close to 30$ for a small bottle but it lasts me at least half a year..? A long time, not sure exactly how long. Oh and o use a pink eyeshadow as blush-perspective If you have money to splurge, I really liked their I love juicy shower gel I think. Smells GREAT citrusy and invigorating again. I shower at night but I can imagine it's a good way to wake up in the morning! I also like grease lightning, thought it worked well on my blemishes and pretty affordable at around 14$ for a lot of product. Never found their moisturizers to work well for my body skin, I liked vanishing cream for my face because it's light and moisturizing but that's around 43$ I think so... If you're unsure but are curious, you can get samples of almost anything so you can try things out before committing! read more

I love Lush and I want the whole world to know. I have been to Lush stores in different states from California to North Carolina, so I was really excited when I found a Lush store was coming to little old Tucson, AZ. I have been to this Lush store several times and I feel like I can now give a fully educated review on it. The first time I went to this Lush was purely so I could just smell the store, if you have never been to a Lush store before, you should, just so you can smell how wonderful it is. While I was there I picked up two of their fresh face masks because you are unable to order them online since they need to be refrigerated. I also picked up a few bath bombs as well as "Buffy" one of my all time favorite exfoliators. After I picked up my items I was really excited. I canceled all my plans and went straight home to take a bath and have a "treat yo' self" evening. As I was relaxing in the tub I opened up one of my face mask so I could apply it and, it was empty, it looks like someone had completely whipped the container clean of product (and before you ask, no the container did not say needless to say, I was devastated. I tried getting ahold of the company to explain what happened, but it was never resolved. In their defense they did call me however, I missed the call by a minute and they were never heard from again. I stopped going to lush for a few months because I was bitter about my issue with the masks. However, I missed the smell of the store and I started going back again. I have not had any issues with the mask containers being empty and it seems like the staff they have right now is fantastic and super helpful, but no over bearing like some stores can be. I have changed my face cleansers, lotions, and masks over to all Lush products and I am always receiving compliments and questions about how my skin looking "radiant" and "flawless", it is all Lush people so get on this train! Yes, it is a far drive to La Encantada Mall, but just the smell of lush makes it worth it. Even though Lush and I had a little tiff I still rate this store 5 stars because, well, it just smells that damn good. read more

The shampoo bars are also awesome because they have zero packaging --so it's easier to disguise the hoarding! Their fresh face masks are really what I've been waiting for. They have to be refrigerated so buying them and traveling or having them shipped was always a nuisance, but now that they are here, I've bought one of each. This was an impromptu stop after having lunch down the way. My friend had told me she had never been to Lush and had never even heard of it, so we dropped everything and I brought her over. I hadn't been to this location yet, and every time I tried to stop in it was closed, so I was eager to see the place for myself. I told my friend we'd check it out, but I probably wouldn't buy anything today. Famous last words! Of course that didn't happen. The guys there are just fantastic and immediately helped us with some new products I hadn't seen (shower jelly! How novel, and smells amazing to boot) and my friend immediately fell in love with the place. We both spent around $30 each, which is pretty good for a Lush trip to be honest, and had a great experience. I just love that all their products are handmade and natural (my BB Seaweed face mask needs to be refrigerated!) and there's a nice little cartoon and name of the maker on each item. Lush soaps used to be just a special occasion romantic gift from out of town, but now that we boast our own Lush storefront at La Encantada, the shampoo bars, minty masks, vanilla bath balms and nearly-edible body bars can impart magic into our everyday existence. I've always loved lush but today I was very disappointed with my shopping experience. We were using the products that specifically said "try me". These two lush employees started to follow us and made side comments about us that we could obviously hear. They followed us around the store until they finally told us that we couldn't use any of the sample products without asking for their help. I always use the sample products without any help and have never had a problem. Other than that, all the other employees were great and very nice. Please have your employees improve your social skills. read more

The staff and very friendly and helpful, and were nice enough to give me a sample of a product I was interested in trying. My only negative is that while the staff are very friendly, it also comes off a little pushy to buy their recommendations.
