My first experience with Mangino was the worst sales experience I've ever had. They were…read moreunprepared, unenthusiastic and unwilling to make a deal. I was insulted by the salesman and left the building thoroughly confused as to how they conduct business. My second experience was better but still not ideal. Customer Care was great, she listened, delivered a well mannered apology on behalf of the dealership, and went to the sales manager to see if there was a deal to be made. The sales manager was unwilling to move off sticker, despite the fact that k was outright insulted by his salesman. The third experience is where things picked up. The GM stepped in and cut the price to an appt level. After some haggling we agreed to meet on a deal, an when time came to deal everything was as advertised. It took entirely too long to get there and some of the worst sales tactics I've ever seen, but I signed on the car at a decent price. Could be so much better but at least they came to the table and acted fair in the end.

I called the dealership to purchase a truck and was told by Colby that the person (Tiffany) handling the sale of the truck I wanted was off Friday afternoon (3/13) and he asked for my name and phone # and said that Tiffany would call me before they opened Saturday morning (3/14) to arrange the sale. I offered to leave a deposit so I'd be sure to get the truck and Colby told that they don't accept deposits, but not to worry and the truck would not be sold before I spoke with Tiffany. So surprise, I never received the call as promised and when I called at 9:00 a.m. Saturday (as soon as the dealership opened) I inquired about the truck and was told it was sold Friday night!! Whoever I spoke with Saturday morning said the dealership has a first come ~ first served policy, did not apologize, and was rude as well. I live 3.5 hours away and she said "Well at least you didn't get a call when you were 2 hours down the road telling you we sold the truck because somebody came in before you got here" The truth is, this dealership would not have even had the courtesy to call me and would have let me drive all the way there from New Hampshire before giving me the bad news. Bill called me an agreed to add a 14,500 mile bumper to bumper warranty at no extra charge and that changed my mind. There was only one key fob with it and Jacob agreed to supply a second one and have it programmed. It had to be ordered and he was diligent about keeping me updated and when he received it, set up a date for it to be programmed and for me to pick it up. I have only good things to say about WS Auto Sales. I would definitely buy from them again.

The day that I picked up my last vehicle it had a blown break line and when Rob went to pull it in the garage the wheel fell off. His mechanic was to worried about going home that he never tighten the lugnuts. The same mechanic was having a bad day, and kicked a welder into my other vehicle that I bought from them and left a green strip on the back.
