Well.. 3 days later while driving, my car lost all powering steering and battery. the pully was either bad when the belt was put on or was damaged during repair. I was insulted by the salesman and left the building thoroughly confused as to how they conduct business. My second experience was better but still not ideal. Customer Care was great, she listened, delivered a well mannered apology on behalf of the dealership, and went to the sales manager to see if there was a deal to be made. The sales manager was unwilling to move off sticker, despite the fact that k was outright insulted by his salesman. The third experience is where things picked up. The GM stepped in and cut the price to an appt level. After some haggling we agreed to meet on a deal, an when time came to deal everything was as advertised. It took entirely too long to get there and some of the worst sales tactics I've ever seen, but I signed on the car at a decent price.
