I send him my location. He informs me they sent him to the wrong address. He says he'll call me back in a few minutes because he is nearly 90 minutes away. He calls me back to tell me that they decided to cancel my tow because it was too far from where he was now. So I sat for 11 hours being jerked around, trying to be understanding that they were swamped, and they just canceled and basically said, "sorry about your bad luck" - I missed appointments all day because they couldn't use GPS and didn't care enough about anyone that isn't insurance to proactively call to tell me what was really going on.

We limped over to the shop only about 10 miles away and they quickly diagnosed and were able to order a part sending a driver 30 miles to pick up and return with the leaf spring. We were able to grab dinner while they replaced the part and had us back on the road in a few hours. It's pretty incredible in this day and age, where a company will stop and make time to accommodate a traveler in need and get them back on the road quickly and reasonably. They are really great people to work with and I would highly recommend them for any truck or large RV mechanical needs.

He fit me in the next day and looked at it while I was there, made some quick tweaks and said my car was safe to drive and that the problem was one that didn't have to be fixed (and you know how expensive fixing even something minor can be) and sent me on my way.
