Customer Care was great, she listened, delivered a well mannered apology on behalf of the dealership, and went to the sales manager to see if there was a deal to be made. The sales manager was unwilling to move off sticker, despite the fact that k was outright insulted by his salesman. The third experience is where things picked up. The GM stepped in and cut the price to an appt level. After some haggling we agreed to meet on a deal, an when time came to deal everything was as advertised. It took entirely too long to get there and some of the worst sales tactics I've ever seen, but I signed on the car at a decent price. Could be so much better but at least they came to the table and acted fair in the end.
