For some reason, my car is never truly clean when I leave here. I just got a car wash with all the bells and whistles and my trunk is still covered in dirt. This is AFTER an employee did what seemed like a thorough pre-scrub on my car and after running through the actual car wash. I'm not big on Auto wash's but my car really needed it. Now I don't recall the price somewhere in the $10-15 area. One of my hydro dipped rims was scratched, and two they didn't have anyone to dry my car off so I ended up with a shiny water spotted car. Now I can over look the self vacuum for there safety. But I just found the price a little high for what I got. And now it will cost me $250 to get my rim repaired. read more

Over priced for outside only car wash. Something is now always broken, never any clean rags and the new employees do nothing, for basically the same amount I can take a 15 min ride and get a full inside and out wash. With nice folks who want to work and the break there backs for tips, the people here work like sloths. I asked about folding my mirrors in and this, female employee took the biggest sigh. Looks like she should lay off the fast food and work hard. Why should I have to redry my entire vehicle, reclean my wheels and still have to do my entire interior for 17 dollars and up.. 19 dollars I get a full serve. And an amazing job. read more

Since the car wash has changed to Luv from Sporty's, the wash just isn't as good as it was. My truck comes out less clean and with more water on it even though I have the package that includes the drying. I went by today and they were closed during business hours with no sign or anything. I purchased the monthly wash for $29.99 and only after that purchase I was informed that there was 2 months minimum and I was asked to fill out additional paperwork so my Credit Card could be charged again. This is bait and switch and not customer friendly, not ethical. Would I have known at the time of purchase; I would have declined. An employee tried to offer to cancel my service but that was not what I needed. I was moving within the next month and have no use for additional service. I asked for the supervisor and was told to call the number on the website. Sporty's was sold recently and their customer service and the customer experience has gone way down. read more

It is a convenient car wash, and the end result looks good. It is of note that the locations other than New Smyrna is owned and operated by a different company. So when you call the number listed for the location, nobody can help you. It is extremely difficult to find the numbers for the other locations, guess they don't want to talk to you. However, every time I travelled there I was treated professionally and everyone was friendly. I felt comfortable using their services for my Nissan Titan, but not my Chevy Silverado. Even though there is not much difference in the average width of the trucks, it just felt like the Chevy was too big! Value for the services seemed good! The membership allows one was per day, so if you go once a week, it was a very good value. There are 3 different levels of memberships, and you can use them at different locations. This is just a drive through car was, so no real detailing is done here. They do have vacuums to use along with prep stations. These are do it yourself areas. Overall, I did discontinue my membership due to my concerns for the Chevy. But when I have a smaller vehicle, I would for sure consider using them again. read more

My issue with this car wash is the brushes touch the paint, the staff is usually very friendly however they could put just a little more effort in my dirty rims. I find the wash reasonably priced and I like the location. There never seems to be much of a wait. I did just notice they offer detail service as well. read more

Very disappointed in their customer service. I was a member of Sporty car wash in Orange City Florida for a couple of years and stayed a member when it became LUVS, paying more for my service. On February 3rd there was damage done to the hood of my car while going through the car wash. I was told to come back on the 5th to speak to the district manager Matthew. When I returned we could see on their camera there was no damage to my hood before I went through the car wash. I filled out an incident report. I was told by Matthew I would be contacted by someone to discuss the next steps to take. After a week went by I sent an email with the incident report attached. I received an auto reply with a ticket number. I still have not heard from anyone. I am not using the services right now and getting ready to cancel my membership before the next billing cycle. I would not recommend using their services. read more

We usually go to the location in Deland, on S Woodland, but the workers barely pre wash the car, if at all and our nissan was super dirty so we decided to try this Sporty's instead. I'm glad we did. Before we enterf the auto wash we had 3 workers spraying and scrubbing the crud off the car. They really went out of their way to help make our car squeaky clean. The car was itself was what you'd expect from any Sporty's facility and included the same free of charge super suction vaccums that keeps us coming back. read more

Wow. I want to give 0 stars but can't...... Since the change to Luvs this place is terrible. No more wiping attendant spraying for bugs or pre scrubbing the membership is twice as much and you get less by far! We will be canceling our memberships the day before the next bank draft. What a disappointment. Sporty's was great. Luvs is garbage. I had the most expensive package and I think my car was cleaner before I went through lol!! Back to hand washing I guess. read more

Better experience than some places I've been. Pretty thorough. Love the fact that my tires come out shiny after the deluxe wash. Just wish it had an undercarriage cycle like some of the other car washes. read more

They have been closed more than they are open. The vacuum system is not as good as it use to be and they don't have the slim nozzle. They didn't do any type of prewash prior to entering the car wash and the back of my car was still dirty. Not impressed. read more

A few months ago my mom took her car through and the car came out with paint chips on the bumper and she had yellow marks on her rim where the rim rubbed up against the rails. Then yesterday i take my black small suv in there and in the wash the brushes pushed my mirror back towards the hood and right behind that there's a nice gash in my paint right under the driver side window. Not to mention my hood was still dirty and looked cloudy the whole back of my car was soapy and not even dry. Don't waste your time or money. I can't review without a minimum 1 star, my wife and I have been trying to cancel our membership to what was Sporty's car was in Orange city, Fl. Both companies luv's and Sporty's will not answer or return phone call they did not respond to any contact us request on their website. It took a negative review to finally get a response from Sporty. I have tried contacting luv at the number (480) 999-0299 if you listen to the message it gives an option to be called back in the order you the received you call. I have tried multiple times with any and all options and this company will not call me back or respond to my voicemails. They are scum they do not deserve your business and absolutely don't deserve this a part of our community. I'm am now seeking legal advice since I have been not allowed to use my membership without updating my payment information and yet the still continue to charge me every month. read more

"High Quality Blue Mircofiber towels are available for purchase for a one time charge of $3.00 after that, each time you visit the wash you may exhange the towel, receiving a fresh clean towel at no additional charge!" What you fail to state is that we, the MVP (Most Valuable Customers) have to pull around to the front of the building, find a parking spot, walk into the office to find it many times empty with no personnel, wait for someone to walk in and exchange my towels. This is not an MVP experience!!!! If you truly want customers to feel like MVP's then simply hand us the towels when you hand us the air freshener!!! Simple!!! No big deal!!!!
