I used to come here before it turned into a LUV car wash and continued even after they changed owners. It's an affordable car wash and these type of large car wash centers are better for the environment than washing your car at home. I went in after visiting Tahoe and getting salt all over my car and got convinced to buy a monthly unlimited membership because the pricing was so good. One basic car wash is $11.99 and they were offering the unlimited for $20/ month! The service alone is totally worth it. I also really like how they have updated the place. They still have the free vacuums but now they also offer an air freshener (I decline these because I don't like scents), window cleaning spray (you have to look for them, they're not at every station), crevice blowers for really deep cleaning, and loads of clean towels to dry your car or to clean even more thoroughly. With all of the extra amenities, it is a truly luxurious experience to put the final touches on cleaning your car. It's a really great value. read more

As a former Splash member, when this location transferred over, LUV increased my monthly rate, canceled my existing membership, and re-enrolled me at a higher price without my knowledge or consent. On top of that, I was charged twice. I spent nearly two months calling, emailing, and stopping in, yet no one was able to resolve this or even return my calls or emails. I just received a canned response from someone that repeats useless information. Finally someone called me back and handled the situation, but this too far too much time to handle. The vacuums at this location are subpar. The nozzles are different from other locations, too large to fit into tight spaces, and lack the power needed to effectively clean anything. Unfortunately while the location and proximity to the tire shop is handy, I usually end up driving to Santa Rosa locations to get my car clean. read more

I drove by this place about an hour ago after seeing it under construction recently and noticed that they were open and there was even a giant banner up that said "free car washes today only." Thought that was cool, would try it out on my way back down to Cotati since I was on the freeway northbound, picked up some groceries in Rohnert Park and swung back down by like a half an hour later and noticed that the sign was down. I pulled up and asked and the girl who said they were no longer offering free car washes. Just kind of irritating, either offer it all day that day or don't offer it at all, or specify during certain hours on the sign, that just seems weird to me. Was looking forward to trying it out but oh well, I'll just go up to the little old school Rohnert Park car wash up the street that's like $8 read more

Overall, the facility was clean, the vacuums worked well, and I appreciated the amenities provided. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the wash itself. My windshield and front bumper still had several dead bugs on them after going through the wash, and there didn't appear to be any pre wash scrubbing to help remove them. I ended up spending about 15-20 minutes afterward using the provided glass cleaner and wiping down my windshield and bumper myself to get everything fully clean. The experience wasn't terrible, but I expected a better result from the wash. Hopefully this is something that can be improved in the future. read more

Just went to Luv today after a drive to Ukiah. You probably know about all the bugs you get on your bumper and windshield. I purchased the "Lotta Luv" package for $17+ and the wash was terrible. See the after pics below. I spoke to a worker there. I told him the wash did not remove the bugs on my bumper. He didn't even look at the front of my car. His response was "Yeah, sorry about that. We don't do any pre wash. That's what sucks about this place." I told him I purchased the Lotta Luv package and he said "oh, we don't do re-washes here unless you purchase the monthly package. You should have bought the biggest package. It has the most chemicals to get bugs off. Next time, buy the bigger package." I told him that next time. I will go somewhere else. I normally go to the car wash just up the road from this location, however they seem to continue to have longer than usual wait times. I was in a hurry and needed a car wash so decided to give LUV a try instead. For almost the same price at LUV I can get a more thorough wash and hand dry and car detailed at my regular spot. There is no pre wash prior to entering the wash as others have called out, my windshield remained uncleaned with the many bug guts as I had prior to the wash. They did have complimentary vacuums, clean dry towels, and glass cleaner after your wash. The staff is friendly and the property is clean. It's a convenient car wash but mediocre at best. read more

They seem to never have any issues that me as a customer can visualize. And things always seem to be working. The wash itself is never shut down. If you need to vacuum your car good luck. They will get the large areas but the head of the vacuum won't fit into the cracks. And they have no glass cleaner. And for newish equipment, it didn't clean my car the way you would think it would. You're better off going to a different location. When I drove up, Jaime covered the options and current sales, and I signed up for the top monthly package for my Miata, getting a 3-month special rate with option to cancel at any time. The wash process is easy, and I really like the separate bays with included vacuum and wiping cloths. I didn't feel rushed because there are so many bays to use. Car got a couple of dents from the pressure washer portion. The staff tried to see if this was before me entering the wash and obviously they couldn't because the dents are small. As I was dealing with my issue a car next to me had their back rubber window insulation hanging from the side. I understand the risks of a car wash but to have accidents like that happen so close to each other should give caution to future customers. Way better off in a simple shell or chevron stationary car wash. read more

My child kept complaining about the bird poop on their window and we wanted some cheap entertainment (the lights are super fun!), so we stopped in for a quick wash. I had no intention of vacuuming because my car feels like a lost cause, but the set up is so nice with clean towels, glass cleaner that we ended up doing a lot more that just the outside! And most importantly my filthy car was washed clean with one wash through and even the tires looked great! In June, I signed up for the two month special... The second time going the machine made louder noise, like something was stuck in the brush . The next day I noticed that my passenger front window had a big chip and a crack in it. I do not know for sure that this is where it happened but seems very suspicious because of the noise that it was making when it was cleaning my car. Cost me over $400 to get this repaired. Trying to cancel my membership has been a nightmare because it continues to tell me I did not enter my account information correctly when I put in my license plate. read more

The most underpowered and overpriced car wash I think I've ever experienced. I tend to only write reviews for establishments I would recommend but I was shocked to find out that $12 would likely be insufficient for my car. I typically hand wash my car once every week or two but needed a quicker solution right now. I didn't expect it to get off any dirt that might be small and baked onto the car but trust me when I tell you it basically just rinsed dust off the car. There wasn't a single piece of large scale dirt that was dried onto the car that came off. To be fair, the salesman told me I should upgrade to the $18 wash to get bird poop off.... But it didn't even get small tree debris off. I cannot imagine how the $18 or $27 wash could have been much more effective if the standard wash was the equivalent of a light rain... how did all the brushes fail to take off anything other than dust??? I'm flabbergasted. It was so inadequate. read more
