This is By far the best hookah spot ever. The customer service is superb, coming from out of town and having to have to find a hookah spot last minute was worrisome but this establishment doesn't even fail at any capacity and to be from Cali and to have there hookah or be of this standard is sad to even say it speaks volume to me, the cleaning of the place and the consistency of banging music has not been a miss all night !!! And I don't do reviews but I had to for this Cause this place is literally what the standard of a business should be from the moment we walked in. We were greeted with smiles, and jesters along with great sensational hospitality so for anybody that is out of town looking for a hookah spot. This is the one by far, straight bangers of songs from hip-hop star beer to even some Reggaeton. Everybody here that works here from security to workers has been the best experience I could ever have imagine coming from California to visit Las Vegas, is disappointing to me cause Cali don't even match this energy !California's should be following suit of this fine establishment. I was here to enjoy the hookah and our time with my friends. I found this place from yelp and it was saying Check in and 1 free hookah. I asked about this check in. I asked if it is good for today and he said if you check in yes you get a free hookah. Then I did check in and showed 1 free hookah deal to the guy and He said i i could use it on December 31st which is two days later but it didn't make any sense to me since on yelp it was saying to use in 4 hrs. So i guess he changed his mind because he went back and forth so they did not wanted to give us the check in deal. Why would you put the check in deal if you can't honor it right away. Definitely server had lack of knowledge about the yelp and didn't make any sense. So that was very unprofessional and rude attitude to the customers so we left the place right away and will never come back here anymore. read more

I brought my buddy here along with some friends to celebrate his 60th birthday. This was my first visit to this particular hookah lounge and I must say that we were all quite impressed with the chill ambiance, music, and good quality hookah. The (Russian Twist) flavor was a hit amongst us and we did order a refill or two. We didn't try the food since we had dinner beforehand, but the drinks were well-made with a generous pour. Service was friendly and attentive. We all felt safe considering there was a bouncer at the entrance who checked for IDs and weapons. I look forward to revisiting! read more

This atmosphere here is amazing! It is straight up chill. I went here with a girlfriend and we were able to unwind and chit chat over hookah. Various music plays constantly and there are music videos playing to keep your eyes busy. Some TVs have various sports games on too. Jenna was our hostess and was attentive without hovering. I'll first start by saying this...I have been a loyal customer for several years at this establishment...even in the midst of random poor customer service incidents over the past few years. The issue with this place is that the rules change extremely often and you aren't aware of any changes until you come in and sit down...expecting the same experience as you were promised by the owner. Long story short, I was granted a VIP card after I had a few horrible customer service experiences with a particular staff member. I just went in the other night and brought several people with me only to find out that I wasn't on the VIP list anymore. My crew and I was treated so poorly and I even reached out to the owner to no avail. As some of the previous recent reviews have mentioned, this establishment doesn't really care about loyalty whatsoever. They also have overcharge for drinks and food a multitude of times, so please make sure your receipt reflects what you've ordered. My crew and I have been loyal and we have spent a lot of money consistently at this place over the last few years. All of sudden you find out that you're longer treated the same at a moment's notice without any notification is a bit uncouth and unprofessional. Even the waitress was very unprofessional and made it seem like we were worthless. This establishment makes up rules and change them daily. Do yourself a favor and go to other nearby hookah lounges such as Passions or Olives..they at least treat you the same consistently and wholeheartedly with love and welcomeness. This was definitely the last straw I've had with place and I will be taking my money elsewhere due to the inconsistencies and lack of customer service. It's just not right. The extreme lack of customer care seems very ruthless to me considering how much certain individuals have supported this establishment over the years. read more

I was excited that a new hookah lounge opened pretty close to where I live! The other ones I go to are near the strip and get crowded with tourist pretty fast. I came by the other day during their happy hour (5-8pm) to check it out. It's very nice inside but it is a little small. They have a relaxed atmosphere and I like that they play music videos on multiple tv screens. The hookah was only $10 and one of the servers suggested blue mist mixed with orange and I really liked it. The food and drinks were mediocre.... I ordered 2 margaritas and didn't even have a buzz after. My friend ordered Hennessy & Sprite and it was also watered down. I tried the mini tacos that were $2 each, one steak & one chicken and they were both bland. The customer service was really good and everyone was friendly. I might stop by in another month or so to see if the food and drinks have improved. read more

This place is my go to hookah lounge. They have never let me down when it comes to service and cleanliness. The staff from top to bottom has always been solid. Great music especially when the DJ is in. They rock the house every time. The hookah is quite potent but yet smooth and delicious. My favorite is the blueberry mint. The food is also pretty good particularly the wings and tacos! I highly recommend this place but just make sure you make reservations on Friday and Saturdays bc gets quite busy plus they don't close until like 3a. read more

They played good music that really vibed with the atmosphere and gave a great energy. Liz was super friendly and helped recommend a hookah flavor we would like. The prices are unbelievably amazing. I thought the regular prices were happy hour, and happy hour is even more of a deal. The drinks were strong and cheap, something I haven't experienced since moving to vegas The food portions are hugeeee for price. And the hookah was great lasted longer than we could have smoked for. Liz made great conversation and also gave us some recommendations for places to visit since we're new here Definitely will be going back. Used to be our favorite place. Spent a lot of money at this place.. hadn't been since March. Called to make a reservation tonight & spoke to 2 different people, our reservation was confirmed for 10pm We get there , they see our name on the reservation sheet, sit us down at our table (even had our name on the table) to only come back and say "actually we don't have a table for you , you didn't put down a $50 per person deposit (3 of us) we do it over the phone" the place was EMPTY and apparently we were supposed to give a deposit over the phone when booking a reservation. The two people we talked to on the phone said nothing about a deposit but somehow our name was written everywhere for the table we reserved. Sounds like a scam to me. Highly disappointed. read more
