Bright and clean and calm and cheery! Will be here again. Pedicure was awesome didn't have to even wait as a walk in on a Friday evening!

I'm really disappointed in the service and end results. I have gone twice, so I feel like I can leave a true review. I say this with a grain of salt, because I had my last nail tech for 6 years and literally wished I could move her out here to do my nails lol. There is never a wait and parking lot usually has room- so no issue for that, but the first time I went to get my full set and gel pedicure, she nicked me and made me bleed. That was such a bummer but pedicure was perfect. She up-charged me without notifying before (which is a personal pet peeve for me). She had used some "mixed" gel or powder color and never said anything despite me asking what color or how to ask for it when I came back for a fill. She said "it was special but the salon will know" Fast forward after the ice snow storm, I went in for a full set again and 3 people were trying to ask or figure out what it was- and were loudly speaking in Vietnamese and laughing, clearly speaking about me. It was embarrassing and totally unprofessional. And then the male tech states my nails, added the tops without cutting cuticles or filing the tips before putting them on. All my nails were wide and not shaped correctly. As he finished, he just said "she will do your nails. I don't know how to do acrylics" this was so off putting because I then had to wait another 15 mins or so until Angie could do my nails. She was already booked and used some mix that we made together using powder. Which I understand she spent time doing however within 24 hrs my nails have turned yellow. The powder or something must've been old, because it has this ugly old tint. I'm so disappointed because I really wanted this to be my new "nail spot" and have a nail tech I love, but this salon isn't really the place if you want professional, friendly staff who treat customers with respect and use clean and fresh products. read more

I was really excited for Luv nails to open and when they opened they did not disappoint. Their store is all brand new, from the top to the bottom. They have new massage chairs and the equipment is new and allows them to work faster. The staff is extremely attentive and considerate, I had my daughter with me and they offered us beverages and when my daughter had a small fit they didn't make me feel bad. Now let's get down to the good part... my nails look better than they have ever looked. They are a little more expensive than the competition that's down the street BUT they are well worth it. My husband had a manicure ( he has the ripples in his nails and he's self conscious of them and they fixed him right up!!) I will definitely be back! read more

When I came in I was asked if a 10-15 minute wait would be ok and I said ok. I came in for a pedicure and eyebrow wax to get ready for an event later on that I needed to wear sandals to. It was exactly 15 minutes before they seated me in a pedicure chair...without water to soak my feet in for another 10 minutes. While sitting there a Caucasian lady came requesting powder dip for her nails. They seated her immediately, while I still sat with no water to soak my feet. In the end, (an hour later) the lady getting powder dip was finished 20 minutes before me and my feet still are not sandal ready. I was not offered the callous remover, and no lotion was used on my legs and feet. He rubbed some oil on my legs and that was it. I didn't have my eyebrows waxed because I was afraid of the time it would take and how they would turn out. Thoroughly a waste of my time and money. This is just another shop that caters to a specific sec of people. I would not recommend and I will not go back. read more

Whenever I walk in, I feel right at home. Angie, the manager, is very friendly. The technicians really care about how their work. They will not let you walk out the door without your nails looking perfect. In fact, Holly helped lift up my long pants, which draped the floor, to make sure it didn't mess up the freshly painted nails she worked on as I moved from one station to the next. I really appreciate how the team accommodates to people's interest and needs. For instance, I had brought in nail stickers from Amazon and Angie did her best to make sure they didn't fall off. She was worried that they wouldn't stay on let alone make past one day. Let me tell you, those nail stickers stayed on for 3 weeks, and could have stayed even longer. My manicured nails were so well shaped, she didn't have to do much when I came in. Angie and her team pay attention to small things you mention whether it be a strong smell or a heater to keep your feet warm. They are very attentive to people who come through the door. Honestly visiting has a small town feel where everyone knows each others name, which is why I held off sharing this review. Brand new place, VERY clean, beautiful, quiet and they have hundreds of nail polish covers. Angie, Holly and Bryan are all very nice and welcoming. My mom and I have been going on nail dates together since I was a little girl and this has become our favorite place yet. The staff is incredibly kind. The vibe is comfortable, relaxing, and warm. The services are high quality - My nails are the longest and strongest they have ever been. My mom and I always get completely opposite things, her with sparkly acrylics and me with neutral gels.
