I came here for the 1st time to get 60 minutes European facial / Groupon deal. I only had steam a while, scrub and Claudia popped my pimples but she said do not pop your pimples just use tea tree essential oil to heal and that will avoid to have pores but she popped my pimples lol... and then she put some mask on my face and while I was having mask she was massaging my hands and neck, it was relaxing but I don't understand why she was wearing gloves to do facial and massage, that was very strange feeling. I have been many places before but I never see they wear any gloves to do this. Also I was expecting that I can have some face massage but unfortunately it was not included. Also another thing is they did not use the whole hour I paid for! In fact, She left the room for several times during the service and they didn't provide the full service. Walk in with my mom, I booked a microdermabrasion with a European facial and pumpkin peel for her. I get off work pretty late and their latest appointment was at 6, so I got off work and rushed here to make the appointment. Make it here at 6:02 and everything seems good. I purchased a Groupon and paid for the three sessions and just finished my last one. This place is nothing special and the team is fairly new, sounds like they just graduated from beauty college. The skills of each esthetician were very basic and you can tell they do not have years of experience and each time I came in for my session, a new person worked on me and the treatments varied. I'd probably feel more comfortable if one person worked on me so she can familiarize herself with my skin but I guess you get what you pay for. Their products and technique and services were not something I would rave about and I def will not go back or recommend. They place is decorated really cute and the team is friendly and nice, those are the positives. Oh and did I mention my 1st session left me with scars and my face burned from the pumpkin peel?
