I did notice that the 3 times I got my lashes done here, the lashes fell off super fast (within a couple days of getting them placed) which was disappointing because they've lasted longer at other places. They will still charge you the full amount even if they start late and don't provide the service for the full allotted time you paid for. read more

Finally!! Someone cracked the code on how to make lash extension maintenance affordable. Ivana is the best, but they are all so good at their craft. They take their time, listen to what you want, and they do exactly that. I can go on for wispy barely there lashes, or full celeb lashes, or anything in between. I'd been looking for a lash person I could count on, and now that I have, I am never leaving. I used to only get them for special occasions, but now am in the club and never go without lashes. I go here regularly for my lash extensions! I usually book with Zoe who does a great job, asked if I want to keep the same shape/length, and cares about her clients. Ive also booked with Erin, Amaya, and Lexx who also payed attention to detail and ask if there's anything I want to change. I consistently leave here with my lashes looking how I want them to, and they last at least two weeks for my next fill. I don't think there's a person here you can go wrong with, and the salon is clean. read more

Now they've signed me up for calls from local dealerships for quotes, and spam calls. This really speaks to how immature and unhinged these people are. Really disappointed with the service at this facility. I purchased a Groupon and it was redeemed 2 weeks before my appointment. No one explained to me that this was going to happen. I received a request from Groupon to rate my experience so I selected 1 star and stated that I didn't even redeem it yet. A woman from this company emailed me when I was working and asked me to call if I had any questions about the process. I didn't call because at that moment I didn't have any questions. I WAS AT WORK. A few hours later she calls me and asks me if I want to cancel due to my one star review. I explain to her that I rated my experience to Groupon, not her. Side note: Two other times my Groupon has been redeemed prior to using it and one time the business closed and Groupon gave me a hard time when I wanted a refund because Groupon said I redeemed it. So I tell this woman that I'll see what I can do to fix it (I discovered that you can update a review) and she's going on and on about the review that I left (in error), blah, blah, blah, and maybe I just want to cancel with them. She kept on about cancelling so I read between the lines that she didn't want me there. Her badgering has aggravated me so I tell her that I will cancel and she says "Ok. PERFECT". Awful customer service. I'm no longer inclined to update my review and inspired to leave additional reviews. Then this woman starts texting my cell phone. A logical and reasonable person does not act this way. I highly recommend a customer service class or training for appropriate behavior in a professional setting. Who customers like that? Email, call and then starts texting to harass people. read more
