There won't be a third time at this carwash. I'll make the drive to Sandy Springs from now on--should've just stuck with my usual spot. My gut always told me not to come here, but the "convenience" of the location fooled me twice. This time I paid $46 for the Titanium Interior and even tipped $8. Nothing about it felt "Titanium." My new trunk lid came back with abrasions, and the inside wasn't even properly cleaned--crumbs still in plain sight, console untouched. On top of that, they're still swiping cards like it's 2005. No Apple Pay, no tap to pay, nothing. And to top it off, a durag I left on the passenger seat was gone when I got my car back. Pretty obvious what happened, but hey--hope they enjoy a used durag. The whole process is disorganized too. Splitting up vacuuming and wiping into three separate steps just slows everything down and makes the place feel like chaos. I would avoid this place. My car was really dirty and went in there on Saturday morning. Apparently the dirt/sand on my car got sucked by the machine and scratched my car all over. For the price ($42) of both inside and outside clean, the value was decent and service was good. My husband recently had his car cleaned here and recommended it, and after weeks of putting it off I finally brought my car. For a Saturday mid morning the speediness was a definite plus since I anticipated it taking longer with the inside cleaning. A few months ago I signed up for the unlimited car wash at the Buckhead location. I went back last weekend and the horror. Now, you drive your car through the car was for the same price. They no longer have drivers to the job. Needles to say it went from bad to worse. Not only was the staff poor my car had trash on the seats when I picked it up. Yes. They actually took the trash, empty gum wrappers etc. from the floor and put it on my backseat. Then they actually asked did it look good. You could tell they did the job with little effort. I contacted the email provided on their website and received a full refund and canceled the membership. If you see this review I wouldn't bother signing up for the membership. They (Manager Will) admittedly broke the wiper on my rear window wiper and refused to pay for it after I sent the quote from the dealership. This happened today 4/9/25 at approx 6pm. I took my car up there this evening to get a wash. Some birds decided to poop on it so it needed it. Well, my car came out of the wash with poop still on the roof. I'm not picky, I'm not going over my car with a fine tooth comb...I just want the nasty stuff knocked off. A missed spot here or there...no biggie...but 3 bird poops left on the roof? Unacceptable. I went to the attendant, and he brought out the manager. This guy decided that he was going to get in my personal space and talk down to me. Most women know the type of guy I'm referring to, the kind who would never act that way towards another man, only towards women. The type that likes to buck up to women and bully them. I don't back down, but I kept my cool, because I figured I would just come home and write a Google review, and share on here, my experience. Mr. Condescending A-Hole said to me "Let me set the expectations for you....in case you dont know how these things work. This is an Express Wash, it's not going to clean stuff like that in one pass. You need to buy our membership package so you can run it through as many times as you want". He then offers for me to pay him to run my car through again. He repeated himself several times, all while taking steps towards me as I stepped back. Are you kidding me? First off, Im not the one to get intimidated by any man. Push me far enough and I promise, I can and will defend myself. Second...Pay for a membership to your wash, that you just admitted wont clean a car in one pass? He finally walks off so I figure I'm going to vacuum my car cause heck, I paid enough for this crappy wash and free vacuum...and dude comes back outside wanting to take pictures of the poop so he can share with his management team. The car wash here was pretty expected. The young man at the check in area made me feel very comfortable after a long day. I'm big on customer service and it merely starts with a greeting and simple engagement. He did that. He knew what his product was to offer and I ended up going for a bigger wash package. The sitting area was well spaced out and decent in appointment of seating. Comfy and bolstered. There is also a seating area outside of doors. The snack machine was well stocked as well - not that I needed in. The car looked pretty good. I left an important sheet of paper on the backseat not realizing it fell out of my bag and they left it on the dash for me which was actually thoughtful rather that just tossing it. I can't necessarily say there was anything stand out worthy but seems to be a solid place for a car cleaning that won't take all day and actually look nice. read more

the management at this place is horrible. fired my husband for receiving a $15 tip and not sharing it with the rest of the crew. he worked on a car and received and tip before he could place tip in shared jar he was accused of stealing and sent home. he then had to call and ask why he was sent home and was giving by a manager that wasnt present day of that he had stolen a tip which is against their policy. this policy was not mention anywhere in offer letter or application. they are now accusing other guys who started with my husband of stealing tips as well. do not tip your detailers the managers jacob and cisco are stealing thw tips from their workers and will fire them if they dont hand over their earned tips. read more

Sent my son there to get a BASIC wash. From the internet prices I knew it was 10, 14, 22, or 26, based on what you wanted or needed. He pulled up to the lady and told her he wanted a "simple car wash" nothing else. The lady said the cheapest wash we have is $26.00. He again asked "for just a wash, nothing else?" She again said $26.00 is the cheapest, so he paid. Called up there and asked for the price of a basic car wash. With a heavy heart I post this review, because I'm so disappointed in some of their more recent policies. Even though I know with all things and this economy, prices must change, I'm sad to say that I must cancel my membership with Mister Car Wash, not due to their rising prices, but because they no longer accommodate people like myself. I suffer from panic and anxiety disorder. Because of this, being in closed spaces with no way to escape pretty much exacerbates my condition. When I first started coming to MCW a couple years ago, they were very accommodating of my health issue and would drive the vehicle in for me. Now they've changed the policy so they won't assist me any longer. With no reason and no alternative, I immediately cancel the membership of my wife's and my car. This location is 2 miles from my home but I prefer to drive to the location on Cobb parkway . My car is not clean after I go through this car wash ( bottom of doors still have dirt / someone needs to do quality control check and not wait for complaints) ) and have to pay extra to have it vacuumed. The car is returned to me with a clean and nice smelling interior. they use a cleaner on the tires that makes them shine long after the car wash has been completed. I just spent $42 on a 15 minute car wash! If you want to call it that! The staff was missing in action and I was the only car there! When they finally appeared, it was the laziest car wash I ever received! Barley touched the wheels and the console. They washed by car like they were afraid of it! I just paid it and left. (my update to this review is at the bottom) I have a premium membership and I come to the car wash 2/3 times a week... There is a consistent habit of the person greeting me to overstate how long my car is going to take to be finished. Today, I was quoted 2 1/2 hours to get my car! Specifically, the attendant stated it was going to take 20 minutes just to get my car into the tunnel and then there were six cars in front of me and each car would take 20 minutes to clean. That is 2 1/2 hours. is the attendant actually being told to say this or is she wanting people to say "forget it" and drive away because she doesn't want to do her job? As a customer, I question why these tactics are being utilized in the greeting area. It's one thing to be 10 or 15 minutes off. It's another thing to quote 2 1/2 hours and the entire process took 25 minutes. if need be, I can reach out to corporate and find out what specific policies are in place to give a reasonable amount of wait time for each customer, including me. If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a whole bunch of gift cards during the pandemic as a way to be supportive. I moved away and came back to use a card while intown. They don't keep records of the gift cards they sell, so no way to use the gift card because "we don't know how much was put on the gift card". I never put a certain dollar amount on the card, it was a basic wash - which of course the prices have changed since the purchase, and I couldn't tell you what your prices were 3 years ago. I would think the company would know that. You get a run around in-person and on the phone they tell you how they can't do anything to help over the phone. I've loved and recommended this place because I thought the care was good, but that was clearly a solid mistake. read more

I have driven past Mister Car Wash in Buckhead probably 100 times but when my car was pretty grimey and needed a wash, I decided to give them a shot! You pull up and (especially if there's a line) leave your keys in the car for staff to drive it through the wash you select. There is a long glass hallway where you can walk along with your car as its getting washed. There is a lounge area with several seats, exterior seats, and during my visit there was free popcorn and coffee. Staff were excellent for my visit and were all very happy to help me. The cleaning crew were equally as great, drying and cleaning every spot....even hopping up into my cargo space to clean the inside of my windows. They got all up in my car! There is a tip jar attached to the exit that sends you to the car drying area (i.e. you don't have to hand staff any money). If you don't have cash, don't worry, they have an atm that will dispense singles up to $5. Ultimately I thought Mister Car wash did a great job with my car. There is a membership (annual) to use their services for exterior washes and if I were living in the area now i'd take them up on that offer. For now, this was a great experience for me and i'd highly recommend them! read more

There were too many to even go right back and have those useless workers to clean because I had an appointment to make. The quality of my wash was not good. The tire shine was spun off the wheel creating black splatter all over the sides of my fresh wash. I canceled my membership in June and the company still bill me for July, August, September, and October. I had even removed my credit card payment and they've still been billing me. I wish there were negative stars. NEVER GO HERE if you value yourself, money, or vehicle. On first ever visit, I drove in and asked for an external only wash. The attendant stated that it was $22 and to drive through the tunnel. I get to the tunnel and there is not an attendant and zero direction. Drive forward and put in neutral. Only to get stuck halfway in. Attendant finally arrives and has to give me hand signals to back up. He gets me into the automated drive chain and folds my mirrors. Halfway through and my side mirror is destroyed. I honk but finish the automated cleaning. I get out and no one is around. I honk my horn again and finally someone arrives, retrieved the missing pieces from my car and haphazardly tried to reattach them to my vehicle with force. I inform him that this isn't going to solve it. There is damage. He said I will have to make a claim through my insurance. I ask for a refund, he directs me back to the young woman who put me through the first time. I reexplained the situation and she deflects and matched my feelings with defensiveness and aggression, to the point that someone had to get between us and she refused a refund and claimed it was my fault for not folding my own mirrors. I explained that it was like going to a barber and being given scissors. She matched my frustration with the rudest attitude and aggression I have ever encountered in service in my entire life. Literally to the point that I was ready to fight and someone had to get between us. The (same) manager finally came out after I pulled off and waited. Best he gave was his bosses card and finally a refund (maybe? Haven't seen it hit my debit card yet.) So here I am left with a damaged mirror and a car that you can't even tell has been washed. I will call corporate tomorrow and file with my insurance. There are too many other options on Piedmont with EXPONENTIALLY better customer service. And also a much better wash for cheaper. I dropped my car off and when I picked it up, it had a huge dent on the spare tire. They denied it happened there and wouldn't let me watch the video until 4 hours later. I am the person who cleans my car before I get to a car wash. I remove access trash and put away all items that the vaccum might catch and just leave as minimal as possible to assist with a swift and easy car cleaning process. Vacuum under the seats, Wipe the windows, slide the vaccum in the seat crease is basic process but none of this was done. At $30 bucks the basics should be covered. My experience was less than pleasant. And I would suggest going out of your way to find a nearby autobell or mr. Clean car wash instead for cheaper prices and better service. read more

Mister bought out another car wash and I wondered why the price was double now but they offer less. The old place had a machine to clean the floor mats and towels to dry your car and sprays to wipe the inside. Now they have less services. They also have paid staff to put your credit card in the machine. That seemed like a waste of money. Then I realized the staff are high pressure salespeople.
