    Dent work in progress
    James B.

I recently had a need to repair a dent in my quarter panel, and being fairly new to the city I didn't know exactly where to go.. but after a quick google search and seeing excellent reviews online, I had to check out The Dent Repair guys. It all started with a photo estimate and the scheduling goes from there. The price was under what I had been quoted at other repair facilities, probably due to lack of overhead. It was a few weeks before I could get my car in for the repair, but Nick stuck by his original quote and made this all painless. He made sure to send photos of the progress as he worked to keep me updated and at ease. Nick also went out of his way to fix another issue I had been having, and the result has literally been night and day. I hope I don't run into any additional body shop needs, but if I ever do I know who to check with first! Side note: Don't be wary of the location Nick and team are working out of, the work and consistency speaks for itself!

There was a huge amount of damage that was done. The metal frame of the car itself was also bent out of shape.

Took my car in for paintless dent removal. They did a solid job. Very friendly. Would use them again if the need arose.

I shopped around a few places including the dealer and found Carstar to have the most reasonable price. The service was quick and the work was completed when promised. I will say the tech did make one mistake and somehow forgot to put the actual lock lever back into the door. I did not notice it due to the fact that I had a carseat on that side and never opened the door from the inside. Fast-forward 2 years, the carseats have been moved to the back row, and we realize we cannot unlock the door manually after my wife was trying to exit after sitting in the back. I stopped by and spoke with Reggie not really sure if they would be willing to do anything about it since it had been over 2 years since the work was completed. Even though the mistake was made before Reggie's time, he immediately apologized and told me that he would take care of it. I can honestly say I was a bit surprised as it had been so long before I noticed the issue, and it had taken me even longer to bring it in to have them look at it. Through the entire process Reggie has been awesome and as promised they replaced the missing lever. I can say that for any future repairs Carstar will be my go to repair shop.

The entire process was extremely timely, and Christopher was kind, professional, and communicative from start to finish. The quality of the repair exceeded my expectations, and the experience was completely stress-free. I highly recommend Christopher and the team at Classic Collision. Truly a 10 out of 10 experience.

Very disappointed with the quality of work here. I brought it in late March to replace a dented…read moredoor panel and it came back with a slew of small issues. The bottom trim on the door was cracked, the small garnish in the corner was missing, rivets in my rainguard popped out, and various loose weatherstripping and an incorrect (1 inch shorter) bottom weather strip. That strip was also dangling off a few inches when I picked it up. However, they addressed most of these issues with mostly no problems aside from long waits I will detail below. The only part left, 3 months later, is the missing garnish which I just bought for $1.50 from honda itself and put it back in since CC kept saying it was on backorder. The panel itself and paint looks good, and functionally it seems ok. Another thing was the customer service with Blake. All the above replacement parts were ordered fine, but it took forever for them to come in and I had to hound them every week to see when the parts would arrive. They would say "it will be here by Friday", that day would come and pass with no updates. So I'd reach out the next day and "oh it's not here yet" over and over. That happened consistently for over 2 months. The bottom trim piece took 2 months to come in ("it'll be here next week", "not here yet", "ok next week", etc etc). I had to just tell them after the first month to order another one because it was lost in transit. And the fact that they tried to give it back to me initially with a cracked trim is unacceptable. It was staring the tech in the face while he was putting it back on and he was OK with that. If you do get repairs done here, THOROUGHLY check everything to make sure it was done correctly.
