Several quotes were much higher and I would have needed to drop the car off for a few hours. Second, he was knowledgeable about the problem letting me know he'd seen it on the same model car. Third, great communication throughout the day, letting me know where he was and when he might be here. Forth, he pointed out a couple of other areas that were on the verge of tearing.
